Went in for a transmission flush. ( was told what to bring from their mechanic) they did not flush it just changed fluid and filler. they said the reason they didn t do the flush like I came there for was I didn t bring enough fluid (which again their mechanic told me what to bring)! Got charged for two hours of labor but an hour of that was the mechanic prying on my exhaust instead of dropping it down like it s supposed to do done! You can see in the pictures there are two guys under my truck one is prying down with a bar and the other is pulling in my transmission pan. The bar he used is in the picture as well) So I paid an extra $70 in labor for him not knowing what he was doing! If you want what you ask for and do not what to be change extra for the mechanic not knowing what he is doing DO NOT GO here! Hope this saves someone some time and money.Service: Transmission

This place is fantastic! The perfect alternative to overpriced Stealerships or Chain Mechanics. I was given an accurate estimate of both cost and time and it came in well below the Dealer. Quality work and if you pay in cash or check you save the Credit Card service charge. Also, super friendly to Active Duty military, LEO and First Responders!No better option in the Valley.

Would definitely recommend this place! They are friendly, quick and efficient. Had my radiator replaced and a few other things done at a reasonable price. I had some questions two days later and Jeremiah told me to stop by when I could. Even though they were busy he stopped to check things out and explain them to me. Can't thank him enough. I will definitely only be doing business with them in the future!! 10/10Service: Engine repair

This shop is absolutely my favorite! I will not take my car anywhere else! I just had an alignment done yesterday, and Rob is very helpful! He has always been very upfront, and very straitforward with me. He explains everything (I don't speak car) which means alot to me. Their receptionist is a very patient and down to earth lady, I unfortunately didn't catch her name. I hope they stay there for many years!! You can tell the level of expertise they have, and everyone that I've ever interacted with there, either by phone, or in person has always been very courteous and helpful which is greatly appreciated! A big thank you to them for all of their help!!Services: Wheel alignment, Auto emissions testing, Vehicle safety inspection

This is the second time I have used Frogs Garage. They keep getting better.. they contacted me and explained each problem they found... They are very thorough and offer very honest solutions to any problems they find. During these economic times, I can truly say that compared to all others, my satisfaction and quality of workmanship with them, I would recommend them above any one else. They are real in putting forth the upmost satisfaction to their customers... Why... Because they care. Thank you Frogs Garage.

After living in 5 different states, this is my favorite garage I've ever had. Because they are so great and because we are in small town usa, it's helpful to be able to plan ahead and schedule well in advance. If you can get in their books it's absolutely worth it. They are seriously the best.

Very satisfied. Have not required any major repair but so far, so good. Friendly staff and mechanics, timely, and I feel they are honest, hard working folks. I was impressed that they brought over an extremely dirty filter to another customer and showed him the filter and asked his permission before they changed it. No second guessing that was needed! I'd recommend giving them a try!

This garage is completely unprofessional. My wife took here van in for a/c service. They replaced the a/c compressor for $740. The a/c worked for 2 days then did not work at all. We took the van back, got a call saying the evaporator needed to be replaced for another $760. The mechanic admitted to my wife the compressor probably didn't need to be replaced. So that was a waste of $740, I spoke to a women that claimed to be the owner. She told me that they do not do free diagnostics. I said ok but you did work that didn't need to be done, her reply was we are not mind readers...yea but you are the mechanic!! Needless to say we will not be using this garage again. The sad part is we have used this garage multiple times over the past years and never had a problem. We thought they were a trusted mechanic, wow were we wrong. Being in a small community you don't treat people that way.....sad.

Employees are the best!!! Service is fast and affordable and my car runs better than it ever has. Highly recommend taking your car or truck to Frogs for all your mechanical needs... I'll never go any place else!!!

I have taken 2 PT Cruisers to Frogs in Toms Brook. They have now consolidated to Maurertown. We have been very pleased, great communication, reasonable rates and clean organized work areas. They give me (a woman that knows very little about cars) great information on what our cars need and they do exactly what I request. Both Andrew and Chris have helped us and I have been very pleased. Honest mechanics are hard to come by, I strongly recommend this one!

Stopped by for a motorcycle inspection. Jeremy got in me within minutes, performed a thorough inspection quickly, and got me out of there in time for dinner. Very pleased with the service and quality care.

Very nice people. Great environment for females who are leary of garages and their "upsales". I felt comfortable intrusting my vehicle with very knowledgeable mechanics. I am making Frogs my "go to" garage.

I really like this place. everyone is really polite and easy going. the techs seemingly know their trade well. they can perform a variety of automotive work, including inspections.

I took my Ford Explorer to Frogs to have a front end alignment, I was told they coud not do the work because it needed left control arm and right upper ball joint, I was given a estimate of 503.50. Well that did not seem right to me so we had a second opinion and as we thought it did not need any of that work all it needed was shocks. So I suggest to anyone that is going there whatever they say please have a second opinion. I know they would have charged for work that it did not need..... Please go someplace else. Don't get this place to do work on your car.......

Considering I spent almost $1,000, they had my car for a week and still the problem is not fixed, then when I take it back they try to pull the "It's the domino effect" meaning hey we didn't get it right the first time. Because domino means a new problem not the original. I would highly recommend taking your car, truck, van somewhere, anywhere but to Frog's.Was charged for diagnostic testing (couldn't of been done or they would of known the oxygen sensor he charged for and replaced was not needed and it was in fact the ecm.Again receipt stated he test drove it, again another lie or the original problem would of been recognized. So be smart...DON'T GET FROGERIZED

These guys are great!I had an emergency situation and they were cleaning up for lunch but they stopped what they were doing and fixed my truck while I waited and treated me very fair on the price.Can't say enough good things about Frog's.

I have been going to Froggs since they opened in Maurertown.I have no idea what Pamela and Gypsy are talking about.Chris and Jeremiah take care of ALL of my vehicles. ( 5 so far)I have never been over charged of given the wrong advise on my verticals, as a matter of fact, I cannot ever remember them charging enough for labor.Come on ladies, STOP trying to hurt honest and trusted mechanics.I can not believe a word you have written.Better luck next time. I am willing to let Froggs us me as a reference.Are willing to prove what you are claiming.

Ill never go to another mechanic again. Theyre friendlier and cheaper then any other mech ive been to. Idk what the other women are talking about. Im willing to bet they didnt keep up on their maitenance.
