EDITED: Had a great experience with Alham Osmani during my time at Star Auto. I was treated in a friendly and courteous manner and allowed to perform my inspection on the vehicle uninterrupted and at my own pace. Osmani negotiated with me a great price for the used vehicle and even threw in a new battery AFTER I had already purchased it. Edit: Some people seem to think my review is fake or paid for etc. I did give 5 stars for my experience there and customer service. But I realize that I may have been too generous so I knocked a star off because the building was under renovation and looked poorly maintained. There wasn t enough staff to oversee everyone that came by; I got lucky and was one of like 3 customers at the time. Regardless, the one sales member I did interact with (Osmani) deserves the 5 stars as he was working alone doing EVERYTHING. Man was powerwashing cars, answering my questions, power walking over to answer the other parties questions, jumping car batteries, just THE MOST. With no help. If you can go when that man is working then you ll have a good experience.

I schedule a test drive on a car I wanted to buy and I drove an hour to this place just to find out the car was sold! Even after they had me schedule an appointment to come do the test drive. The person asked me if I had made a deposit on the car I was going to see for them to hold it, but no deposit was ever mentioned. When I was scheduled to come see the vehicle.

The gentleman working here, was awesome. He was really patient with me and let me test drive the car a couple of times. Took the car to our mechanic and it came out in good condition . The salesman even worked out a deal with me. I'm extremely happy with my Toyota Sienna.

Junk cars at a criminal level. After a day of owning the car, our mechanic tore the engine down to find that they added a sealant to a blown engine just to keep it going long enough to sell. Zero stars across the board. The car went straight to the junk yard where it should have been

The guy was friendly and the car has ran good but it s been 30 days and still no title. I need tags and can t get them without it. He Said it was in the mail twice but still nothing.

Was considering 3 cars from there but after looking at the reviews I will not take the chance of loosing my money or getting something that will just break down with my children. There is a bunch of fake profiles that's only leaving a positive review the rest ain't. They have a 2015 on lot for just 8k THAT RAISE A BIG QUESTION TO ME. REALLY GLAD I CHECKED REVIEWS. ALSO BEEN BY 3 TIMES AFTER 10AM AND NO ONE IS THERE THATS MY SIGN TO STAY AWAY. BECAUSE I WOULDN'T STOP because if nothing that is wrong with the car is in their description and a dealer can prove it's been a problem then they are knowingly selling disabled cars under false pretenses which is felony charge.

I bought my car from them a week ago and was told that it had no problems. The car s cosmetics are fine and everything looks great but under the hood is a different story. 1 day after buying the car I noticed the car starting to shaking really badly and found out I had to replace the coil packs and spark plugs. I also have to get the wires rewired as there is a shortage in C3. Also, I have to buy a brand new alternator because my battery and brake lights have come on. However this dealership was able to work with the price on my 2010 Nissan Altima but I wish they would have told me up front about everything that may have needed attention.

If I could id give 0 stars. They completely lie about the health of the car, they patch over and cover stuff up to make it seem nice but in all reality it is far from nice. Got my car maybe 8 or 9 months ago and now the transmission is completely out. They completely LIED AND COVERED UP THE ACTUAL ODOMETER #. When we tried to call back and get a warranty on the car the owner refused to call us back and when we finally did get back in touch with him he told us there was nothing he could do and that a warranty wouldnt have helped anyways so I'd advise NEVER EVER BUYING FROM THESE ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS SAVE YOUR MONEY. I only wish I had saved mine. Now I'm 3,000$ in the hole and no other way to work!

I wouldn t give them any stars! Worst buying experience EVER! Sold me a car they say had a brand new transmission under warranty which did fine during a 20 min test drive however started having issues ON MY WAY HOME! They won t help at all with this and I have a car sitting in my drive way that I can t even drive within 1.5 hrs of buying it! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience and I will be contacting better business as they shouldn t be allowed to sell a car that breaks down within less than 2 hrs for something they swore was brand new and under warranty that they then won t help get fixed!!!

First off, I stopped by to look at a car which looked great on their website. The fenders of the car where rusted out and two of the tires were busted, all of the damage was not shown in the pictures online. Secondly, I was in the lot for about fifteen minutes and was just watched from a window by the staff. No salesman came out to speak with me. My third and final complaint is that the lot was overgrown and poorly cared for, not to mention the empty beer cans thrown out by the entrance of the building.

Muhammad was so very nice and patient with us. I traded a vehicle in and was unpleasantly surprised by things my LAST dealer neglected to inform me of regarding my car. Muhammad took his time, explained the situation and educated me about titles, etc. We ended up purchasing from him. I will absolutely tell others and send them his way!!!!

They sell lemons. Buy at your own risk. One week after purchasing our car, it is in the shop with transmission problem. Biggest regret ever from purchasing a car.

I really can't say enough about Star Wheel Auto Sales. We LOVE the BMW we purchased. It's in excellent condition. The salesman (an owner, I believe) was great!

Sales lemon cars and have no remorse. My car broke down within 24 hours of me paying for it in full for me to need a new transmission!!! horrible place of business and needs to be shut down!

Beware!!! DO Not Buy from these guys. You will get a car that will either break the same day or even on your way home. They are willfully selling cars they know will break and they are hiding it from you. Don't buy!!! You will thank me later!

WORST PLACE EVER THEY TAKE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT OUT OF THE CAR SO U DON'T SEE NUN WRONG WITH IT MY TRANSMISSION IS MESSED UP AND WHOLE LOTTA OTHER STUFF DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
