Great selection, friendly staff. Was able to get a great deal on a vehicle that suited our family needs. He even called before the holiday to check in. I've had the vehicle for about 3 weeks now and so far so good. Would recommend.

The buying experience was good. We test drove a few cars. Never seemed to push us to buy something, like some dealers do.He worked with us on the price. our daughter loves the car! Overall happy with the purchase and the company too.

2 months went by.. and car have all possible issues. I spent more on it already then I paid. GmC told me that all engine have to be replace and probably will cost me 10k-20k !!!!!!!And you tell me that you didn't know about this issues?????Selling car like this is a not the way you suppose to run your business!!You put me and my kids in danger of failing car while I am driving !Buyer be aware ���!!!

Good people to deal with. My son bought his first car from them and has been pleased so far. We did have to replace the water pump, but we knew there may be some issues on a 15yr old car with 207k miles. But the price was right and everything else about the car is almost like new.

Purchased a CLEAN 2012 VW CC... We opted not to purchase a warranty due to low mileage. Car drove great for about 300 miles; then unfortunately there was an issue. Took the vehicle to a VW specialist and they checked out the issue as well as the whole car... Their diagnosis for the issue was painful but they said that it was nothing detectable or foreseeable. As for the vehicle itself; well the owner, manager, and tech all agreed that it was a great purchase and the car is immaculate...

I had a previous review that I deleted explaining the one Star but just wanted to shorten my review to let everyone know it may all seem good but please take my word Rahmanullah is liar and he is working for his best interest and told me the car I purchased only had one issues and was the cracked headlight before buying but found several other issues with one being a major issue a couple days later. Take my advise and find another dealer to do business with. I hope this review make him save the lies and sale better cars.

I bought a 2007 Volvo with 120,000 miles for $4700 and 6 days after I get I find out it needs a new transmission a $2,000 fix ontop of what I already spent with this horrible dealer. He then told me change your fluids as if that s gonna fix a transmission. Ontop of this I was told my tags would be covered I just needed to go pay my taxes and that was a lie too! $2,000 for transmission, $400 for my tags and taxes this is the worst place ever. Now I m stuck with no car if I could take the piece of junk back and have my money I would but he s a horrible person who won t refund. DO NOT EVER go see this place if I could give negative starts I would. Car doesn t even run now and the 30 day tags ain t even expired.

My daughter in law bought a car for a little less than $5000 eight days ago. This past weekend we find that the transmission is bad! . Do Not but a car from these people!! They told her it was a good reliable car!

2012 nissan rogue My vehicle instructor inspect the vehicle and says wheel on the vehicle bolts was loosen I told him we brought the vehicle like it was he say where ever you brought it from mechanic didn't do a good job on the wheel after that accident I had few days back ago

Resonable, worked with me ,until I had the car for two days and he got mad because I was upset about the gas not receiving properly and me being on side of road ,first I thought it was gas but turns out after diagnosing it it was the gas filter/vale said he couldn t fix because he didn t have lift but goes down the rd for espection to laurel park so why can t my car get fixed . So he called the law because I was furious because he said he couldn t fix my car , then said he call me later after calling and texting him prior tht day , he already knew the issues because I provided videos I had the car a week . But it s all good because you get back what you put out ! I tried to be honest and humble but people don t care about that just a dollar explained I had two kids and single mom guess your wife eating good

I purchased a 2013 Chevy Captiva and less than one week later...the engine blew!!! The guy who sold me the car knew that something was wrong with the car and he doctored it up to make it like nothing was wrong just so he could sell it! Dirty...just dirty people

I worked for this crook Rahmallah he s from Afghanistan and I can for sure tell you that he s vehicles are not worth buying they ask cash price with no warranty because when I worked there I saw how he did things saw the prices of each vehicles he purchased from the auctions and he literally only spends about 5k and under for these messed up vehicles then he sells them higher to make his income but when they get the vehicles they do not check to see if it has any issues or anything but if they do have high mileage on them then he has a way to change the system to make it seem like the mileage is lower than what it is. A lot of his vehicles won t even crack up and be needing a whole new battery his dealership the one I was working at because he has two (Rise Motor auto) none of the vehicles up there would start I had customers constantly wanting to test drive and none would start so I started telling people how it actually runs his business and how pretty much 80% of his vehicles are lemon cars. Someone drive from out of town to purchase a bmw that wouldn t start he told me that he told the customer that he would replace the battery so it wouldn t have any issues next day I asked if he replaced it he told me that he was going to use he box to charge the battery so it will be running when they get here so that think that he replaced it for him and that is so wrong for someone to pay 7k for a vehicle thinking that everything is fixed and ok just for them to go home drive it again and see that it has issues and you won t get your money back at all after purchasing it. So beware Ramhan is all about money he got very disrespectful with me once I let him know that I was going to inform people about his dealership.

I bought a 2006 Honda accord we ve had it two days so far no issues we did have to buy a battery for it but he was upfront and honest about it and let us know that before we left the lot. I would buy another car from this man!he worked with me on the price and they got better cars than anybody in Martinsville for the price money talks and BS walks if we have any further trouble we will let you know stay tune but so far excellent service

I bought a 2012 Nissan Juxe , bought new tires. Purchased 4 days ago an today the transmission went out an was quoted 3500 to fix. The salesman said car had no issues an was looked at by mechanics. I thought things woulda been better in this deal, because customer service was good.I called an talked to salesman an he wasn t willing to work with me on fixing it, trading for another vehicle they have that s not junk, instead he said it s good now.Do not buy from this dealership so far they ve proven to be unprofessional an unreliable. I have reported to CarGurus and BBB.I was contacted an business not talking about anything to replace the vehicle or give me back my money. This car was a lemon an now they just giving me the run around about talk to mechanic and so forth an so on. You sale products that people spend hard earned money on, expect these reviews. I felt this business was honest but now I need help it s they got my money an don t care about what s happened but to stress a person out by asking a million questions. Again that s why I ll change this review if I recieve my money or can get a vehicle that actually is going to run.Thank you

Bought a 2014 Jeep patriot, the owner drove it to get the inspection and by the time he brought it back the oil pan was cracked. Tried to tell him and he ignored it and told us to come back the next day. Next day came and he had the nastiest attitude humanly possible and refused to let the mechanic look at it.Do NOT buy a car from here AT ALL.Not worth the money.Decided to fix the oil pan myself but after reading all these reviews I m wondering what other problems my car will have.Owner is rude and extremely distasteful.

We purchased a 2012 Chevy traverse from here in June and a month later exactly we had to get it towed to the mechanic and to come to find out the car needs a new motor!! I d give them zero stars if it was possible!! He was very rude from the start when we went to go look at it before we bought it. Should have known better! We needed this vehicle to work out because we are expecting a baby in a February and this will be #3. I m just heart broken. We don t have that kind of money to put in a new motor after paying too dollar for the car in the first place

If you re looking for a straightforward used car dealer with great prices look no further. All information for the ML 500 I bought was easily available and proved to be 100% accurate. The price that I found it for on the internet was honored and negotiable when I arrived to the store. Processing fees do exist but are a reasonable $199 with no other hidden fees. Test driving was quick and easy and the employees were incredibly polite and easy to talk to. When I came back to pick the car up they had even went ahead and tried to replace one of the tires that seemed to have a very slow leak when I test drove it. I never even asked for it to be replaced as it didn t seem to be bad enough to prevent me from picking car up and because it s generally an as is purchase. Just goes to show the kind of care with which this dealer is run.Definitely coming back the next time I need an ML.All in all good service, good stock and great prices.

I brought a 2006 Lincoln Zephyr for my daughter on oct 28. It's been about 2 weeks & my daughter said she really enjoys the car. The car runs great & drives really smooth. The dealers were super cooperative & very kind. When asked about the cars condition & past owners/incidents they were very straightforward about where the car was from & if it had any major problems or work that had to be done. The transaction to purchase the car went smoothly & I would definitely purchase a car from them again. Thank you Royal City Auto Sales.

Beware!!! My sister and I drove 2.5 hours to see a Kia Sportage that looked great, exterior/interior. Of course, was told that their mechanic had inspected it and repaired everything that needed it, so we made the long trip. I took it to a local mechanic for pre-purchase inspection.As we drove to the mechanic, we were quiteconcerned when the brake pedal had to be pushed to the floor to work. Hoped maybe it was air in the lines, and it was only 5 miles to the mechanic, so we pressed on. Turns out the brake line had such a large leak, we were advised that the car was unsafe to drive back to the lot (so we paid for an UBER to get back to our car on the seller s lot) Beside the serious brake issue, it needed a new ignition switch (and starter, since it had been working too hard due to bad ignition switch). Needed new rotors, which are expensive. The list of items needed went on. Dangerous and costly. Was sooooo disappointed with the dishonesty of Royal City Auto. They wasted an entire day of our time, cost us money, and put us in danger with the vehicle they were hawking. They sure contribute to the shady reputation of used car dealers.

I was interested in the 2006 Jeep Commander. From the start, the vehicle didn t want to start and when it did the check engine light was on. Took it to Advanced to get the check engine light checked, 5 ECM sensors were going off. Before I got the check engine light checked though I needed to get the vehicle jump started bc the battery was dead. There is a big oil leak underneath as well, hardly any engine coolant. Most vehicles including this one were hardly cleaned out and had dried gum in the cup holders. And the air compressor was rattling, so that might need to get fixed too. Be careful buying from this place I do not recommend and had a bad experience with them. I estimated $3k would need to be spent on the Jeep Commander to be road ready they were ready to sell with the check engine light on. Be careful!!

What you would expect from a car lot like this they obviously buy from auctions where the new car dealers take what they don t want on their used lot. Most of the vehicles on the lot are high mileage with dents dings and light body damage some are from the north east and have substantial underbody rust. They would not work with me on price very much finally got them to come down $50.00 on a Ford Taurus x for my niece to drive to and from college. Really look closely at what your buying and defiantly take it for a thorough test drive. The prices are slightly higher than market for the condition of the vehicle they sale. If you need a vehicle fast in and are on a small budget they have a good selection just thoroughly look any vehicle you plan to purchase from here. Out of 6 I test drove I found one without major underbody rust And only slight cosmetic damage and no noticeable power train issues.

One of the worst dealership you can possibly by a vehicle from we bought a vehicle from here didn't know the vehicle had a lot of problems until we took it to a mechanic a few days after we was told the vehicle had problems from the transmission to brakes and everything else causing us to get into almost three wrecks with our child contacting them and they was willing to do nothing about itMy advice would be look someone else

I called about a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, they told me the catalytic converter had been stolen and to call back the middle of next week. I purchased a carfax in preparation to purchase. I emailed them to offering to purchasing it without the catalytic converter installed (I could purchase and install it) - no reply. Called the next week, left a message, called a day later, and another day later - no response.
