I see a lot of cars in and out the shop there , they do regular repair also customizing , i buy propane at this location , they have another location previous to this one with a selection of cars trucks some muscle cars some daily drivers .

The nice counter girl was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in her estimates. The mechanic a nice Hispanic guy was also knowledgeable, thorough, and time efficient in getting my new tires put on and my car inspected. Top notch operation with hard working and experienced staff!! Definitely going back !!

These guys are crooks. I took my car to them to get the door handle replaced and 2 months later they had pulled the entire dashboard out and said I needed a front passenger side air bag clock spring and the computer chip that runs the entire electrical system because according to them the battery would not charge and the windshield wipers would run on their own and none of the lights would work or windows or locks. The car was working perfectly when I dropped it off. They never even told me that they were going to take it apart and they ordered parts without telling me and would not let me pick it up until I paid for their mistake. They were probably going to try to sell it on their used car lot. I can't even get anyone to fix it for me now that they did this. Steer clear from these crooks.

Bought a vehicle from here and a month later it starts having issues misfiring owner says it's under warranty but the shop guys says it's not. They diagnosed it as a bad cat and removed the cat without even asking. The shop guys were extremely rude and short. They would not tell me the codes or prices. Everyone I spoke with was hateful and passing the buck. I do not recommend them at all.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Well, I am a healthcare worker and was told to go and get gas at a discount. So I came, got right in line and filled up. I didnt know what to do, and no one approached me. Sadly no discount for me . But anyway, thanks for doing something very thoughtful for so many that often times than not, dont get thank yous, or acknowledgement for the hard work we do. So bless you.

Everytime I go to PVT Exxon I'm greeted with a smile. They get me in and out in record time, and they do great work. I always feel comfortable at PVT Exxon.

Oil change and inspection - OK,I was told by the mechanic that I needed brake pads. I.told him I would wait for now, so when I started the replacement of the pads I found the pads had only worn about 60% compared to the replacement pads.My rear view mirror fell off on the way to the station so I asked them to reinstall it so the vehicle would pass inspection. I was told they only changed labor, when I got in the vehicle the mirror was laying in the floor board.Sorry I really wanted a place I could trust to take my vehicles I don't believe PVT it.

If I could rate them any lower I would. Took my vehicle up there and was there for 5 days and $150 over what they quoted me and didn't even replace the right part. Don't recommend. Lost a customer to autotech
