Very knowledgeable, stand by their work, and trustworthy. Hands down the all-around best, and you know exactly what you're paying for. My go-to mechanic in Martinsville, where I know things will be done right.

Very disappointed would not even look at my radiator thats all i ask one of those pick an choose garages that think they are all that .But that's fine I found some one that glad to fix it.

Best place in town to bring your vehicle for regular maintenance and oil change, state inspections and tons of other services. Very nice people and they take care of their customers.

Jeff, the owner has a few flaws. #1- he will not simply let you state your problem and ask them to look at what you want done, he only wants to bring your car in and do a complete unnecessary inspection and then give you a list to pick from to do it. (#2-he has a end booking date 2-4weeks out. Probably because he's doing used car dealerships more than the general publics repairs. (#3-whoever the lady is answering the phone has no pleasantries in her voice and communication with you. She sounds like she's really annoyed you even called. Sorry to bother you, but, we don't know your schedule until we call. Jeff , I'm on the fence about you and your integrity and honesty. So, I guess after being scolded for calling to get a quote and a schedule to bring my vehicle in, I'll move on with no recommendations to use your services. Now, be careful about posting complaints about all of these shops because they call each other then target you and refuse you service.

Sharon & Jeff are great people. Honest. I take all my vehicles there for service. They service my Mercedes. Mona is great ! Turn around time is good. Never had any issues. I will never use this place again.I told him to call before repair to let me know the price and he called Wed told me it was gonna be $700 and the next day called me to come pick it up and it costed me$950.? Why..he never said.. Plus he left my covers off my battery and left out the things that hold my underpinning underneath my ride.. All this for a starter to be put on. Don't choose this place

Went in to get an estimate to have an engine swapped out of my truck. Woman behind the counter said "you need to speak with Jeff, but he is busy right now". She took all my info and said they would contact me. Two weeks went by and nothing. Called and asked to speak with Jeff, was told he was busy and would call me back. another week went by, still nothing. So i decided to stop in to speak with Jeff personally, again was told he was too busy, but they still had all my info and would get back to me. Well i am going on 3 months now and still no return phone call. If they didn't want the job of swapping out my engine, should have told me that from the start. Apparently the prefer quick and easy turnaround jobs than in depth ones.

I m happy and relieved to have a mechanic who can work on my VW Bug. Turnaround was quick, communication was in real time to advise what was needed, and prices were reasonable. Also, no in-person contact... so important right now.

Received great service. I called earlier that day to see if they could fit in a car inspection on a used vehicle we were thinking about buying. We waited less than 10 minutes before the mechanic came in to get us to show us problems/possible problems with the car. I'm so glad we got another mechanic to look at it instead of the mechanics at the dealership. We would have over paid for a car that I'm not even sure we want anymore. We are taking his advice and continuing our search for a car.

Pro Automotive went the extra mile to get me back on the road. I travel in an RV for work all over the county and when I broke down in Martinsville they were very helpful to get me in on short notice and also get a hard to find part in for me to be able to get back on the road.They were all very helpful and saved me a lot on money as I was able to get back on the road and get to all my scheduled appointments.I would recommend them to anyone that needs a vehicle repair.Brad and Sharon

Jeff and his technicians took the time to point out why my vehicle needed the work it did and gave me advice on how to avoid the problems in the future. They are extremely competent and charge fair prices for all of their labor.

Ruined a brand new car. Quote from a certified BMW mechanic. Thanks Pro Auto for stripping my drain plug, spilling oil everywhere, and using aftermarket parts reusing disposable parts that caused me a lot of problems. My recommendation: go anywhere else.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Called to get a quote to have repairs done and was told they were not giving any quotes because they were backed up a few weeks so i went elsewhere.

Very clean place don't know anything else just delivered a broke down car an no one was there but they have early an late drop box for keys
