This is the best automotive shop I have ever been to. They were fast and honest. I was ready to junk my car after a Toyota diagnostic of $4800. I took it to Orbens and received a call within two days saying my car was fixed with a total of $95. These guys went above and beyond. They did extra without expecting or excepting anything in return. Best auto service ever! 5 stars does not do justice. Thanks again guys!

Can t say enough good things about this shop. It s amazing. Orben was super nice, he even offered to teach us how to work on our car for the future. We had a hectic day, time got away from us. We have a toddler, didn t pack any snacks and they gave my daughter a hot dog because she was hungry. They also have kids toys that entertained my daughter the whole time we were there. They are all SUPER nice, very humble and kind. They have very good prices and do amazing work. They treat everyone like family. I can t say I ve found a better mechanic than Orben. He is honest as well, most mechanics will run you for your money. Not them though! They are amazing. This will be my mechanic from now on. He is the one person I trust with my car. Amazing!

Went in for radiator service for my mercedes. Experienced & knowledgeable mechanic. Recommended warranty for service. Job fixed & done in timely manner (2 days). Will return if I have to.

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Orben's Automotive for a starter and instrument panel replacement. I must say the service Orben gave was top notch. Same day service, finished in two hours and excellent prices. Not only did Orben complete the replacements in two hours, but they went well and beyond to putting air in my tires and offered preventative maintenance recommendations to insure longevity of my vehicle. I highly recommend Orben's Automotive to anyone in need of reliable, trustworthy automotive services. Orben's exceptional service, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction have earned my trust and loyalty. I now have a new mechanic Orben's Automotive. Got a inspection sticker and they also checked my filters and my plugs w/no charge and guess what I needed,a cabin air filter and some plugs and wires and they ordered my parts and fixed my car the next day in less than 2 hrs and actually it wasn't expensive as I thought it would be!! So I would definitely recommend Orben's Automotive I promise you won't be disappointed

Today was my first time visiting Orben Automotive and it wont be my last. They didnt turn me away even though they have plenty of work on there hands. I needed to get our family vehicle checked out due to brake malfunctions. I explained to Orben what I was experiencing and he diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 2 hours. Same day service and great prices I was very happy. I highly recommend Orben Automotive. I trust them with my vehicles.

My wife and I used this shop to do repairs on our car! The bill was 3 thousand dollars to replace the timing chain and the computer! We also paid for a oil change!!! He forgot to put oil back in the car, motor blow and we had it taking back to his shop and he said there was no oil in it. I have all paper work from him and his wife! Including the oil change card that he stamped! We have been waiting for him to realize he made the mistake, why we had it taking back to his shop. I believe he was on something why working on our family car. And if you look on Facebook they are selling a lot of stuff because there shop isn't doing well at all. Plus he was very rude to my wife. Not a good shop to take your car!

Hands down best mechanic I've been to in Martinsville. I got referred by a friend and he wasn't lying. Very honest and fair and he went above and beyond to help me with a bad battery that advanced auto parts (never going there again, the battery was only 6 months old and they were extremely rude) sold me. You will NOT regret getting your car serviced here and your welcome in advance .

I had went to 2 shops prior to going to orben s place of business, and when I tell ya ll I was rejected by everyone but him to do a simple transmission service, I felt very disappointed? Till orben was kind enough to explain the process and patient enough to help me out no appointment was needed and he didn t try to up sell me , very kind staff as well Megan was helpful through the process of getting to know what I was paying for as well. I highly recommend you visit him for any car needs prices are not outrageous neither

After calling multiple mechanics and being given very vague information, I called Orben's automotive. Not only did he take the time to speak with me on the phone, when I went by to have my car diagnosed, he took the time to explain everything to me. I didn't feel like he was trying to rush me out the door or get me to do things that weren't necessary, like a lot of mechanics do. I also didn't get price shocked, pricing for parts and labor are very fair and reasonable. I have definitely found my new mechanic.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto emissions testing

I gave a 5star rating however, I wish I could give a 10+. I have received nothing less of excellent car care from the first day I was introduced and assisted when my car wouldn't crank at the gas station. I highly recommend Orben's Automotive for excellent car care. They keep my vehicle running at it's best.

I would highly recommend Orben and his team to anyone needing work done in the area. Affordable prices, speedy work, and great friendly people. After a terrible experience at the Nissan dealership up the road, Orben was able to restore my faith in mechanics and get me back on the road for half the cost of the dealership, and in half the time. Super happy with my experience. I'd give them 6 stars if i could.Service: Transmission

Hands down if you want a personal mechanic who is always on point never trying to over charge this is the shop. I m 43 and I ve been to a lot of shops in my time and this by far is the most awesome shop

Probably one of the best mechanics around (we can argue about that) prices are good, service is amazing, and they stayed on contact with me on just about every step and bump in the road, we only did a small job but with their knowledge...they're definitely going to be my go to from here on out

As a woman, it's very hard finding a mechanic that's not creepy or won't take advantage of you. I can't say enough great things about Orben. He's educated, trustworthy, and very fair on pricing. I ditched my long time mechanic for him.

Guys are super nice. But inexperienced , went in to have them check over a vehicle ,I just purchased. That part they did ok. Wanted the ac tested and charged. They vacuumed the freon out. And called and told me the compressor was not working. Asked if they checked the relays/fuses. Said they could not find it. I say ok nevermind the ac. Go ahead with the oil change on the engine.Mechanic was ordering the trans filter instead of the oil filter. Had to show him the oil filter. Picked up vehicle drove it home. Went over it myself. Found ac relay behind seat, replaced bad relay. After putting freon in system compressor kicked in. "Compressor wont kick in under vacuum" its not supposed to. Checked under vehicle today,3 weeks after taking to them" lots of oil under drain plug" pulled it checked it . " No copper washer to seal drain plug". I installed copper washer and fixed it myself. Cost for looking over vehicle,oil/filter change, drain my freon.$185.00

Let me tell you about this guy orben, he's a trip had me laughing the whole time which might not mean much to some but to me thats the best way to make someone comfortable, he knowledgeable and when he explains whats happening he doesn't make you feel dumb about it. Hes all around a fair priced mechanic "first one ive ever seen btw" hes reliable, dertimened, and a hard worker I'll recommend him to each and every person i know forsure!
