This O'Reilly's is awesome. They are always on their game. The parts I need are usually there and in high quality. Even their economy or budget parts are of good quality. It's a convenient location to me and always stays stocked with the parts and things I need for my vehicles. If nobody else has it call O'Reilly's and 9 out of 10 times they'll have what you need and say a decent prices as well.

Came in for a battery replacement. Colin and Bryson helped me out. They were fast and effective. Took the difficult to install as a challenge and had it done in under 5 minutes. Had a good experience and melted away my worries. Thanks.

It's an Auto Parts store! They have auto parts but strategically only stock what competitors don't, so there is no opportunity to price match.

This is the only place I go unless I shop online for automotive part's or something needed for my vehicles. One of the main reasons I enjoy Oriellys is because every time u make a purchase, if u have the Oriellys rewards card that u scan at every purchase or give the employee your telephone number, all of those purchases goes toward your account and in return, Oriellys will send u in the mail 5$ and 10$ Rebate Cards that can in return be used towards anything u buy in the store. It doesn't have to be a certain amount or anything before u can use the card which is nice. Plus another nice thing is, if the cards expire, u can still use them and the Oriellys location that I go to in Martinsville on Greensboro Road, couldn't have better employees. They don't mind helping u one bit and yesterday I seen an older gentleman trying to get some colored paint for his vehicle to cover up some scratches and unfortunately Oriellys didn't carry it and couldn't get it in anything other than the small scratch pens that u can use on scratches around a vehicle. Well the employees didn't mind one bit using their phones to search online at other rival automotive stores to see if they carried what the gentlemen was looking for, now thats customer service plain and simple.

The doors were closed, They have been having electrical power issues.The stores system has been running of generators for a month or so. ( I'm going to need you to get yourself together!)They need a local electrician to help them out. They could also use a UPS ( uninterrupted power supply) I could hook them up!Good luck! It's hard to do business that way!

Really disappointed with this store lately twice I have gone into store.twice there computer system is down and they want to Wright down your card info unless you have cash. One day my wife went in first thing in the morn and they couldn't sell her anything without it until there system came up.until recently liked the store

Came by for parts for my truck passing through town. The manager Kristie went above and beyond by not only getting them ordered, but was a team player by having them sent to the Collinsville store since it was closer to where I lived. Both this and the Collinsville O'Reilly are ALWAYS my first choice for auto parts because of the excellent service I get such as this. Thanks!
