Nelson Honda always shows the upmost care for my Honda Accord, and the friendliest service I ve ever had the pleasure dealing with. They listen well and always provide more feedback than I expect showing that they truly are the best Honda service for me and my family. We feel safe in our Accord and always feel confident when we recommend them for sales and service to friends and family, we won t regret it. We love our Accord and can t wait to see what future services we have with them. If you want the best deal, best service, don t give it a second thought, go to Nelson Honda!

I have always had good experiences at Nelson Honda in Martinsville. The service technicians have been knowledgeable about what my car needed and took care of any repairs in a timely manner. They check my car thoroughly and catch anything that needs repaired before it becomes a problem. The staff is always friendly and considerate. I love having Nelson Honda take care of my vehicle. It is one less thing I have to worry about. I have been a customer ever since I bought my first Honda there in 2003, and I am fully satisfied with the service and care I have received over the years.

The staff are so accomodating and just less than an hour, my car's multi point and seatbelt safety inspections are done. Christie was kind enough to give an advice as to when I will have another service. Satisfied customer here!

Service was good, but tires are not kept in stock for vehicles. I was told it would take two days to get them delivered. Plus, just bought tires under two year warranty and they are not replaceable I was told. I've only had for 14 months. Wondering if I should buy from Nelson again.

Purchased a 2024 Honda CR-V. Billy Marshall was a wonderful sales associate and was very knowledgeable of the inventory and features of the cars. I knew what car I was interested in before arriving at the dealership, but Billy confirmed my interest in the CR-V. The buying process was very straight forward. The sales manager was tough to negotiate with but I was able to negotiate my trade value a little bit past the initial offer.

Beth at Nelson Honda always provides the BEST service experience. When making my appointment, I always try to schedule when she is there. Quick, efficient & thorough - Beth & her team of technicians look over the entire vehicle while it s in the service bay. I always trust that my car is in the best of hands!!

Nelson is always courteous and clean and I think they do a good job with the work. But it seems that for the last few times I've come in for an oil change and tire rotation, I have to return the next day to get them to check my tire pressure sensor, which comes on after I've driven 9 or 10 miles. They always tell me the pressures were "a little low". I just don't understand why they wouldn't check the pressures after rotating the tires. Other than the inconvenience of this, and the waiting time involved, I'm satisfied with Nelson.

I went into this service dept to get a new battery in my key fob. They changed the battery for FREE! I had ordered a replacement key fob from another Honda dealership over a year ago, and they told me they had no idea when they would get it in. I decided to just ask this dealership if they were able to order a replacement key fob and they were able to order it that day, which was a Friday and on Monday they had it in and were able to program the key fob and send me on my way. I'm so glad I happened to stop in there to get my key fob battery changed. Who knows if the other dealership would have ever gotten the key fob in for me. I now have a new go to service department.

I ve been coming to Nelson Honda to get my oil changed since 2018 when I purchased my first Honda. They have the friendliest and most thorough staff! Beth is usually who helps us get our appointments set up and she is a breath of fresh air! She is both friendly and professional. My husband and I highly recommend Nelson Honda.

I enjoyed my visit with the dealership on a recall service. I was greeted and expected on arrival.As a mechanic in the business for 29 years, I do recommend that people shop the dealership for their auto service needs.These are the people who have prioritized information, updated parts and services from the creator of your vehicle!Give them a chance as I do work with the dealership to solve problems.Thanks

Always a great experience when I come to get my car serviced at Nelson Honda. Very informative throughout the entire process and I appreciate the attention to my concerns as well! Thank you Nelson Honda This visit on 1/18/24, the service was as to be expected, which is usually good but when I got home I realized that the service tech didn't even change my sticker in my car to keep record of when my next oil change is and it was a little upsetting to me because I've been getting my car serviced there for about 2yrs and that has never happened.

A very even-handed car dealer. Treated us a intelligent people, not just potential customers. Patty considered our counter-offer seriously, and made the interaction one where we felt we had been heard. We bought a Cadillac, and are happy with the whole experience.

I had an excellent experience today getting our 2020 Civic serviced. They have a very nice waiting area and they had me finished in no time! Beth and the young man that check you in are the nicest people I ve ever dealt with at a dealership service department! My experience with Nelson Honda has been first rate, and I highly recommend Nelson Honda.

Everytimei I schedule a car wash when i do service they always have an excuse they can't do it..They say bring it back tomorrow really I made an appointment for that dayI have bought 4 Hondas from Nelson.

I am extremely disappointed in this business. I took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told afterwards that I needed to replace all my tires when my 2021 CRV had 24,000 miles on it. The technician stated in his paperwork will need all four tires replaced asap. The next day I took the car to another reputable Tire Company. The owner stated the tires did not need to be replaced. I showed him Nelson Honda s report. I was so upset because this same situation happened when I purchased my first CRV at Nelson s. I went directly to Nelson s and spoke with the Service Manager. He checked the tires and confirmed that these did not need to be changed and were a 5 out of 10, indicating about half life for tires! I will no longer take my business to this dishonest establishment and would highly recommend you not either!
