What an awesome body shop. They repaired my Lexus exactly how they explained it to me beforehand. Was ready in 2 weeks like they said. The paint blended beautifully as we discussed. And my car is 10 years old this year. Lifetime warranty on repairs! I will never go anywhere else. I've lived here 30 years and have had body work done at a couple of different places. Martinsville Collision is probably the best if you don't mind waiting because they have about a 6 week waiting list. You get good service because they aren't too big where your just a number and they aren't too small where they may cut corners. If you ask around in the community I bet 6 out of 10 people will recommend them.

We brought our SUV in for a new bumper, ours had been cracked in an accident. Not only was it repaired in a timely manner, customer service was impeccable they were very personable and helpful with all of our questions. Some of which were on another vehicle matter entirely. The owner even held the store open past closing time so I didn t have to wait for my ride outside with two little kids. Overall I highly suggest this repair shop.Service: Body & Trim

My 2005 VW Jetta had an encounter with a deer on a suicide mission and I only had liability coverage. Wesley treated me with dignity and respect. He had my little car up and running in no time without making me go into debt. Couldn't perform task they advertised. Was not impressed. Yet they still charged me. They said they could improve my headlights but looked the same after they finished. The add was $100.00, I complained and they still charged me $75.00. I don't recommend them .

So big shout out to Martinsville Collision! Hit a deer awhile back. Did a lot of damage to the car. ButMartinsville Collision was able to bring the car backto life and is running better than ever. Thanks for thefriendly staff the great communication and the hardwork that they did. I greatly appreciate them!! Areused all factory OEM Honda Parts as well. My 2017 Ford Focus looks good as new! Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of with proper estimates, supplements, and time frames. They communicated every step of the way. My insurance was not the easiest to deal with, but they went above and beyond to work with them anyway and made sure that I was taken care of in every way that I needed to be, including power washing deer guts from my car, which technically they didn't need to do as part of my repairs. As someone who has never made a claim before, they handled my situation and me very well, no matter how minor and were knowledgeable and professional. As much as I hope to never need more repairs, I would come back here in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend! They are the best!

The owner has great customer service along with his staff team of workers. He did such a awesome job on my Toyota Tacoma I was in total shocked when I walked up to it. The entire front end looked like a brand new truck. I am very pleased at their work and I would advise anyone with any vehicle damage to go see them asap for a well done pro job!!! Thank you all at Martinsville Collision Center!!!

These folks are TOP notch!!! And aside from that, they are fast and do a flawless job!!!! Excellent customer service and they are great to work with insurance. As stressful as it was to be without my car, these guys made sure to keep me informed of every step in the process. I would highly recommend Martinsville Collision Center. Richard and the team at Martinsville Collision Center have been patient and so helpful to me. Because I work nights and am often out late, the deer seem to like my car...and every single time I have asked them Richard and his team have made sure that the adjustment was fair, the work was done quickly and yet well. I was in Mexico for a time the first time I had this issue and he kept me informed and up to date.Thier work is top notch, their prices are competitive and they make sure they take care of you and your car. I would highly recommend Martinsville Collision Center to anyone in the area who needs work done.Thanks to you and your team for all you have done!!

I had a very extensive, self-pay repair, where no other shops gave me good news; Richard made the repair possible, and saved my vehicle from the salvage yard. From the beginning, Richard was great to work with. I was immediately sold on the job, and the satisfaction continued throughout the repair. It's not often repair shops keep to their word, nor keep you completely updated along the way. Richard and his team did that all the way through the repair. I received photos of the progress, and status updates. More importantly, they just answer their phones. I would, and will recommend Martinsville Collision Center to anyone. I really can't speak highly enough of their service, nor be happier with the outcome. Thank You again.

I was very impressed with all the work that was done to my car. Another car had hydroplaned into me, the damage was pretty extensive and to look at my car now, it looks so good you would never know it had been wrecked! They matched up the paint to perfection and every thing is working and running smoothly.

Richard and Wesley were very informative and helpful in repairing my vehicle. It was a Mazda CX-9 and getting parts from Mazda to repair the damage was a chore!!! Other parts were there the next day!!!When I picked my car up at 5:00 on a Friday, I noticed on my way hime, 3 lights came on...Check engine light, Airbag light and Power train light.I was a little concerned and confused as to why! I left a message at the shop and first thing Monday AM Richard called. He apologized and told me it was probably something that didn't get hooked back up properly. He called a roll back and had it brought in. That's what it was...Mazda has a double click to reset everything and the technician only clicked it once!!! Problem Solved!!!AND for my inconvenience, Richard did a treatment on my HEADLIGHTS that made them LOOK BRAND NEW!!!I would highly recommend these GUYS because they made things right and went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied!!! So I'm one happy lady to finally have me car back!!!Thanks again!!!~Debbie~

Great people!great work! I would not trust any one else with my vehicles. I had them fix my car 5 times now because of the critters that run in the night and of course the deer,and now the truck because of the ice storm, and all these times they have done a perfect job and I would not trust any one else.Thank you Martinsville Collision!

Excellent experience with this shop!! I hit a deer a few months ago and they went all out with the work brand new door amazing job with the paint blending perfect alignment of my chrome pannels on my doors and even cleaned and detailed the inside of my truck!!! I highly recommend this shop to any one with cosmetic issues on their vehicles

Didn't get my vehicle repaired here but I had some questions about my vehicle and one of the guys took time out of his day to review them with me. I will be taking my car here in the future. As a woman I am cautious of bodyshops as I've been ripped off before but they weren't jumping down my throat trying to get me to spend money.

* just an update i've noticed on the google reviews.... Richard Lata OWNS martinsville collision center. How pathetic is it to leave yourself a FALSE review!!!! My Camaro was hit in the side. I was referred to this business from the roll back operator. I had never been thru this process before and didn't know who to take the car to. So I had it taken up there. The quote was for 4200 and some change. The damages to be repaired were a drivers' side door remove and replace the driver's quarter panel, new rear tire and four wheel alignment. They put a cheap junk tire on the car. I had summer high performance tires. When i questioned it, their response was they had to supply "a tire". They are not concerned with customer satisfaction. Just the bottom dollar. They took a ridiculous amount of time to repair the car. The first time I was called with it being "finished" , I refused to take it due to a massive amount of over spray and paint defects. Then I find out, they subbed the work out to a person that was not an employee to fix the car. That is shady by it's self. The second time the window molding came out of the replacement door and i had to take it back. Then my trunk was filling up with water when it rained. They wouldn't fix that. So i took the car apart and I quickly realized I did not have a new quarter panel. I took it to three shops in Eden NC and they told me i was correct. I was charged for a new quarter panel and got a patch installed. I paid for a four wheel alignment and got a two wheel alignment. Their weight lifting shop manager was rude and condescending and said these were my problems because I accepted the car and signed the paper for approval when i picked up my car. And yes I did consider small claim court, but it would have been a wash being the lawyer bill would have been as much as the claim. I tell people all the time about this experience. buyer beware! and to add to this,**** Recently my acct got hacked and changed to "like to sue, I".... This is a true review. My name is Todd Sowers. Though you were not around when this happened. I dealt with your dad. When I learned about the quarter panel, I asked for a partial refund, because I CAUGHT your shop not doing what I paid for! It was a fair request, not a total refund, but refund me some of the labor hours. There is nothing ALLEGED about this review... I have the car in my driveway and I'll gladly show it to people.(AND I HAVE, AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO) People have messaged me about the car through facebook. I'm easy to find. The paint your company did on the quarter panel started to bubble up last year.... I'll poke holes in your "guarantee that all our repairs are done in house by our employees". When I had one of my issues and the car needed to be brought back. I had to schedule AROUND THE REPAIR MAN'S SCHEDULE, BECAUSE HE WAS AN OUTSIDE LABORER. That came out of your a**hole shop manager's mouth. I have no reason to call you! I wouldn't let you people touch my car again. Hell i wouldn't let you paint my John Deere! You're response is just you trying to save face because this is a public review. If you really wanted to resolve this issue, you would reach out to me personally. I had to pick estimates from last year. To make a short story shorter, I'll never do business with them. I didn't appreciate their demeanor towards me and they won't friendly. I asked a simple question, and i was giving unwanted advice on how to treat the person I'm making the claim against. They gave me the wrong year for my estimate. When i went back another "worker" questioned why did i need it? Which was a dumb question. More than that, it wasn't his business.
