Super nice guys! Polite and friendly! I had a flat tire on my way to work yesterday. They took me in, I asked to replace all 4 of my tires since I needed new tires for quite some time.They did an excellent job!!! I highly recommend Lee's Tire & Wheel for anyone who is looking for a great and fast service and affordable pricing.Thank you Lee's Tire! You hard work is greatly appreciated!

I was recommended to stop here for some wheel spacers, and I was not disappointed! They were kind and courteous, explained to me what I needed and why, had my truck in quickly and total, I spent maybe 45 minutes tops on a walk in. Thats was unexpected, since I didn't even know if they had the parts needed. I would recommend them for any wheel need!

I was driving from Roanoke to North Carolina with a trailer that had some old tires on it and I got nervous and I called Lee s tire and wheel. They had me in and out with two new tires for a good price and excellent service and under 30 minutes. You don t ever see this kind of service anymore from businesses. Five stars to Lee s tire and wheel!! Great people !!!

Of all the places I have done business Lee s Tire and Wheel hits a home run every time. Mike and James are exceptional and the service guys never disappoint. I am happy to make an almost hour drive to go see these guys for anything I need. Give them a try. I promise they will make it worth your while.

The best tire shop in the county! Overall if you want quality and top service then this is the place to be. My experience was handle very professionally, Grayson was my salesman and I highly recommend him he was patient and very knowledgeable about what fit my needs and budget. The owner Mike was there the same day and he will bend his back for his guests. He sure did for me, being a first time customer my luck was not in my favor and they end up not having the tires but Mike save the day and got them wheels in and his other guy I do not know his name put them on my car in less then 30 minutes other places would con you into a more expensive tire or make you reschedule nope that s not how lee s tires work. You are a part of their family! Thank you guys for taking care of me you will forever have me as your guest.

Got there on a saturday mid day, order some tires, by monday morning they where installed on my truck, excellent costumer service, promp attention and a wealth of knoledge, good tire shop!!

Honestly can't say enough about young man James he spent two and a half hours trying to find the correct wheels and tires that I was looking for got it delivered extremely quick to the shop and took care of it perfectly balanced no issue highly recommend

I've been a long standing customer of Lee's Tire and Wheel on both a person and professional level. If either my work or personal vehicle needed tires, wheels or suspension I always bring it to Lee's. Great friendly staff and knowledgeable technicians and a friendly environment and personable service. I can't recommend them enough.

They can get tires nobody else can, and Mike is one of the best people ive ever worked with, he personally coordinated me making a long trip to come get the tires nobody else could, and gave me an amazing deal to fit them within my tight price range.

Great customer service! I got exactly what I wanted and I love my new wheels and tires. Their work is second to none and I didn t have to spend all day waiting on them to install my new tires! I will come back here for any other tire needs I have in the future. I would gladly drive from Roanoke to Martinsville any day for the prices and quality of service they offer at Lee s! I m more than happy. I m a very satisfied customer and I recommend this place above any store in Roanoke.

They can even fix a cracked rim!!!! Thanks you Mike and crew for fixing my cracked Tesla wheel. You guys saved me over 700$. My experience has always been great even in the old location. You can t go wrong going here for your tire and wheel need. Thanks so much.

I had inquired on some wheels and tires originally on FB marketplace, then progressed to text with them sending me photos of various different wheels I was looking for. I had A LOT of questions and they patiently answered them all and worked to make sure I was satisfied. I decided on a wheel and tire set for my 2018 F150 and also had them install my leveling kit. The day of my appointment I had to work in their office, they gave me their wifi password, I was planning on using my hotspot. They offered to let me use their car or drive me to go get lunch. These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and well taken care of. Not to mention, they had the best prices! If you re looking for wheels and tires these are guys you can trust!

Great prices. friendly customer service. They were really busy so it took all day but that's a small inconvenience I'll take for the price and customer service. My car looked great. The only complaint I have is that they didn't ask me what I wanted to do with my old rims, and they just put them in the back seat of my car. Other than that, I'd recommend them to anyone.

The owners and staff were amazing! We were traveling through Martinsville on the way to go skiing and had a flat tire. They were super busy but went out of their way to get us back on the road as they were the only ones in the area to have the size tire we needed. Thank you!

Excellent experience. The service was amazing. Rolled in on a Saturday (no appointment I must add) and they make my 16 year old son the happiest kid on earth today. Thank you guys at Lee's for your professionalism and knowledge. I will definitely be back.

Lee s tires and wheels showed remarkable customer service towards me and my family when we caught a flat tire in Martinsville after 5 PM . We pulled up just asking to borrow a jack to take the wheel off to plug the tire ourselves but the service writer or manager and and a technician both took time to help us after their shift ended and they had closed. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much Lee s tires and wheels.

Lee's Tire and Wheel turned what could have been an inconvenience into a smooth and quick experience. Mike and his staff went above and beyond to get me in an out for something that they usually suggest a 24 hour wait. From the very first phone call to them handing me my keys when they were done was the absolute best experience. I was kept up to date with phone calls throughout the entire process and treated with the utmost respect the entire time. They will always be my go to and I highly recommend them to take care of your wheel and tire needs!
