DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!! They are very unprofessional, bad customer service skills an communication. Will OVER CHARGE for any work being done to your car. An will put used parts on your car an charge you for brand new parts. I will never take my vehicle there again an will yell everyone else do not go there.

The tow truck driver went above and beyond the call of duty in rescuing me and my permanent flat, getting my car back to the shop and getting me home safely. Wonderful experience in such a troubled time.

Lady was Absolutely Rude!!!!! .. argumentative!!!!! Charged $600 in storage fees but NEVER advised of ANY fees!!!.. RUNNN!!!.. They'll rather argue with ya if they aren't making money off you!!...

They are terrible. They only wanna get people money and don t tell them what they are charged for. Broke a nut on the tire and wasn t gone tell me until I saw it. Very unprofessional. Will not be back and won t recommend them for services.

Great really great people to do business with ! I've also had equipment hauled by them, very prompt and professional. I own a towing business and have been here to pick up vehicles for other people and places, they are just as professional and wonderful to work with. Hands down they are the best in the area !

Stole money out of my car. Said to drop it off on mon and they would look at it by tue. Wed they finally called they lost my keys. Found them called back ask about engine smoking i told them it was antifreeze leak. Called me back hour later asking same thing. Again had to correct them. Thurs said they ordered parts would me ready Friday. Mon rolls around I have to call. No one knows what is going on keep telling me something different every time. Wed I call back now they say it's something else. Kept my car for 2 weeks when I was promised a fast fix. Told me 350 and charged me 530. Was supposed to give me discount for trouble and then overcharged me. No one ever apologized to me. Car is still acting strange. Gonna take it somewhere else if they didn't fix it in gonna sue them and get my money back. This place is a joke.

This shop is run like the good old days. The mechanics really care about doing a good job and they are super easy to talk to when it comes to any options that may arise.

My tires were about to blow when I called Jeff! He was very helpful with excellent customer service and assured me quick service since I was traveling for a meeting. When I arrived he promptly greeted me and got right on my tire service. It was done quickly and correctly. He went over and beyond to take care of me by offering me something to drink and a cool area to sit and wait. I would recommend this place over anywhere in this area!!!

Laurel park tire is ok. Friendliness is not all there but they really do their job they just really stay busy. I'm sorry I just had an awful experience here this week. I don't even want to discuss it again but once again I trusted them. They didn't even plug my fuel injection back up. Use more professionals like: Auto tech, Kwik lubes, Louise's on Church street may cost more but you will walk away with No stress. I just want to forget I even went to Laurel Park Tire. I feel sorry for the Owner. And the prices is outrageous for half done work.

I was charged twice for an inspection. I got an inspection that was $20 then they charged me $45 to tell me why the inspection was rejected. I paid $65 for an inspection. Deceitful.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

I ordered a set of tires from them and made my appointment the day ahead and when my husband arrived to have the tires put on they had sold my tires to someone else and tried to sell me a more expensive set and tried to put the blame on me saying I did not call ahead which I did. Very unprofessional and this is not the first time they have lied. I guess it' s my fault though for giving them another chance. I won't make that mistake again.

Needed to get my car towed. Called these guys and within 45 minutes they had a truck to me. Took me to a repair shop 10 minutes away. All of it for $50. Cheapest tow and best service i've ever gotten.

Towed a vehicle on my equipment trailer Friday to Martinsville. Had an issue with a tire on my trailer. Called them up and they had the tires in stock. I showed up 2 min later. 20 minutes later, I had two need tires on my trailer and back on the road. They are priced really well and the service is as good as it gets other than a NASCAR pit stop!

Honestly a good place that sells used and new tires. Kenny and his son both a very reasonable on heavy towing and car towing.

Very poor customer service, car still running rough ever since I've got it back. I needed to get my car towed to a shop. the battery was dead instead of letting us take two minutes to jump it so we could put it in neutral he drug my car. Unprofessional and disrespectful how are you going to drag someone's car.

To tell you the truth I don't even feel that they deserve a one star. My clutch went out on my 03 Mazda 6 so I had them to come tow it to their shop. The next thing I am being told is that my axel is to completely out and barely even in my transmission. Well there was no way possible that it was like that until their tow truck came and hooked to it so I am guessing he hooked to the wrong piece & pulled my axel out then the mechanic told me that my water pump had a crack in it but I had never had to put antifreeze in my car the whole 5 years I had it. Well finally 4 weeks later I finally go & pay them almost $1100 to get my car. It had to be boosted off to even start but it had a new battery in it. I drove from Martinsville to Chatham & Sparks started shooting out of my hood. The man who boosted the car never put the rubber back over the positive post so it burnt a hole thru my hood. Then I went to leave Chatham to come back to Martinsville & it wouldn't even go in gear. The engine would just rev up but no pull in it so I call there tow truck which he did get there really quick so yes I give him a 5 star to the tow truck driver but anyways Kenny told me that it was my axel stabilizer & that with my car being over 10 years old that they don't make the part new so he was getting a used one. As the weeks went by Kenny kept telling me that he would get a used part in but it wasn't working. Finally going into the fourth week of them having my car, he calls & says it's ready so I go pick it up & as I knew it would be he charged me another $150 but I had went to advance Auto to find out that they do make a axel stabilizer new & it was only a little over $30 so why did he charge me $150 for a used one. Ok I have my car finally & the day I pick it up I noticed my check engine light was on & blinking alot, my car was also losing power. It couldn't even barely climb a hill. I would have to drop it down to first gear to get up a hill. So my car is back in the shop but this time it is in a different one & since I put my trust in Laurel Park auto now I am being told that he thinks my car is blew up but how when it went into Laurel Park it was running fine other than the clutch so what happened to my car then after it went to Laurel Park. I give them a rating of the worst place on Earth to take your car. I think it may be lawyer time.

I purchased 2 brand new tires from this place 2 weeks ago. The very next day 1 of the new tires was flat. I took it back and had him replace it with another tire...2 days later that tire went flat. I was told he would NOT replace the 2 tire. Never do business there againService: TiresService: Tires

I work for a company and we always have trucks being sent there and when we get our trucks back they are worse than they went in, also they still owe us a bunch of free repairs due to all the mistakes that were made

I got two used tires the price was good what stumped me was when they asked me if I wanted to keep my old tires or let them have them for a price I thought it was crazy and they took a long time just to change it out the tires

I took my truck there to get a head light changed and door bushings. They burnt my starter up, busted my dash speaker, cut my door, and trashed my truck. They didn't care and they wouldn't fix it. Terrible place. Very rude.
