I have gotten services here as well as state inspections here. Service is always great, and the staff are quick, friendly and knowledgeable.Services here are on the cheaper side, and the facility is clean. I recommend Kwik Lube to everyone I can.

Overall just avoid this Kwik Lube, the one in Ridgeway is better. The employees at this one will lie to you and say things are wrong with your vehicle when it s not. Happened to my mom a couple months ago (her car was perfectly fine after being checked by someone else), and happened to me last time I came. And believe me that was the LAST time because they lied about my car saying my front rotors were bent (they re perfectly fine per another mechanic who s actually reliable) AND didn t even check everything they supposedly check and refill. Came in with no windshield washer fluid, left with no windshield washer fluid ..and the receipt said checked while doing my oil change. Sick of paying an arm and a leg for unreliable and untrustworthy service! Never again.

These people are the best, I'd give them a 10 star if I could. They heard my story and made it super convenient to get my wife's car fixed. They knew I had to pick up my wife and kid an hour away so they personaly drove me back to my house 20 minutes away so I could drive my truck. The job was done by the end of the day and pickup was easy. Special thanks to Justin and Ronnie (sorry if I butchered your name).

Needed a last minute oil change before going on a last minute weekend get away... I was very impressed with excellent customer service I received from the moment I arrived. The mechanic was very polite and professional. Service was very fast! Will definitely return!

Yes, after not getting Good results at the rest. This place has Great service, a Great staff of employee professionals and a nice waiting area to wait for your car too be finish. And now with my Tech Under The Hood there working things just get better. Give Kwik Lube a try. They deserve 6 . Keep up the Great work guys.

Called them to do a repair to my car, and the man told me he was booked for a week, and then told me he was off after that week and didn't know when he would be back. Poor customer service, since they did not want my business I took it another business. I thought this was a poor way to do customers, I will not ever give them any business again. You are confused as why I gave you one star, well when the one mechanic told he he was going to be off he told me he was going to be off "indefinitely " and I asked well we could you do it. He did Not say maybe when I get back, but he said I do not know when I can do it. So yes to someone wanting your service that was poor customer service response.

Those guys are awesome. They're quick and professional. In the past two days I was able to get my vehicles and motorcycle state tested. I send anyone who asks for maintenance to go there.

I stopped by to get my yearly state inspection done on my sedan. The garage was somewhat busy, but I was greeted within a minute of walking in. Staff was courteous and explained what they would need to do and how long it would take to finish. Everything they said was accurate and done in a timely manner. They spoke to me about other services but were not pushy or overbearing. I would highly recommend this establishment for any minor vehicle issues such as oil changes, inspections, alignments, etc. Great job guys.

Very pleasant experience. There were a couple people in front of me and still in and out within 25 to 30 mins. Highly recommended. I have a BMW and my oil change was only $45. Reasonable pricing, fast, and customer service friendly. I will return.

Went there for an a/c repair. Arrived 10 mins before they opened. Was told mechanic was going to be late, should be in about 30 minutes. 1 hour later no mechanic nor communication. Just ignored. I call Auto Tech and they gave me an appointment and recharged my system. I will not be returning to this place. Customer service sucks!

Went by today for a tune up as I was told to do by the other kwik lube in the area. Got told they cant do a tune up because they dont have a mechanic.An edit because the owner is unhelpful by just saying I am not a customer..... well after this interaction I will not nor will anybody I tell about this.I have been a regular customer there for years, as has my family. But being as the owner will try to cover up no mechanic and one location, and the mechanic at this location has "Turned In his notice", as per the fellow that answered the phone and came out to the car.Oh well, I would have left this alone if you didnt respond that way.

Very fast and half the price of Jiffy Lube!! I did not make an appointment but they had me in and out in no time! Polite and professional, and I was not coerced into having any other work done, just the oil change I asked for.

Prompt service and very accommodating. I had the tires rotated and there was a bit of a sound coming from one of the wheels. I took it back the next day and there were no excuses no ,it's not my fault or anything else of that nature. Took it in and they found out the simple fix and I was on my way. Now that's great service.

Fast and courteous. All I did was an inspection, but it wasn't to expensive and they were very efficient with it. I just wish they had WiFi (I've asked but no one knows the password)They don't have a large seating area and it's difficult to turn into and park in their parking lot, but it's not bad!

I always have a good experience whenever I come here. The service is reasonable. The staff here are knowledgeable and polite, and I think they're honest..not out to make a quick dollar off your vehicle.

Went in this morning first thing. The fellow who helped me was very friendly and listened to me when I was specific about the oil I wanted. Got an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection sticker at a great price and in about 30 minutes! Thank you for taking good care of me!
