Had a few issues that were quickly resolved. Chad I'm the front was very helpful and understanding. After an issue was discovered the owner worked very hard to make things right. Because of this I will continue to do business with this company.

It won t be long after they touch your vehicle it s going to have more problems Today makes two cars and both are not running due to what I took it to them for smh I m tired of trusting these mechanics now a days they ALL are out for money trust me

OMG! I cannot say enough good things about these people. Vicky at the front desk was my angel today. She took my information and we thought this was going to be a big expense! No! She Worrell with the mechanic, their very thorough and I'm pushing nearly half. These people are honest and care about their customers. You gotta check them out.

With these folks it's hit and miss for sure and when they do miss and mess up it's big.My car is now so jacked up and throwing ever code under the sun and sound like a 757 boomer taking off from the runway.I am so upset they try to claim they were trying to help me because they know I don't have the money to keep paying for car service, however not fixing what really needs fixing is no favor to me, when clearly it was known by them about a couple of the issues however I was not told until after the fact.This causes more money to be spent in the long run a lot which only helps them. Learned some new information car most likely can't be saved period so folks just been taking my money wow.

I ve been bringing my vehicles to Autotech for years now since 2016, and this last time reminded me why I trust them so much. They stand behind the work they do. I love calling a business and talking to a friendly familiar voice (that would be Jackie) and knowing they keep detailed records of all my service work so they can quickly identify the problem. I appreciate that after the work is done they text me to make sure everything is running perfectly (that would be Eric) I trust them with my truck and SUV and won t ever be taking my vehicles anywhere else! Trust me it s hard to find a mechanic you can trust not to take you over the coals, the folks at Auto tech stand by their price quote and their work. 10/10 I tell all my friends to go to Autotech.Service: Transmission repair

Great experience with this company. Was first time using them. Car was making noise, ended up needing brakes and rotors. Took my car immediately. Very friendly staff. They had to order the part I needed and still had my car done by the next business day. They even stayed after hours to ensure it was finished before the end of day. I went to Auto Tech for a state inspection. When I arrived, I did not have to wait. I asked if I could add an oil change on last minute and they said no problem! I got both the inspection and oil change done for a great price and they were done quite quickly. I was very pleased and impressed with the customer service and professionalism of the staff at Auto Tech. Nothing but great things to say about this place. I think #1 may be that they actually call you and inform you of what is wrong with your vehicle before they do any repairs. That may not seem big to some people, but it's huge when you have to count your pennies. Every issue that I have had has been taken care of in a very timely manner and no issues afterward. We will continue to take our vehicles there for all repairs, great work, and great people!

When I first moved to Martinsville abiut 5 years ago it took a few tries to find the right shop, but I ended up coming by Auto Tech and haven't gone to anyone else since. I always recommend them whenever I have a friend who needs something done. They've seen all 3 of my cars, and always done great work at reasonable prices. Never had a problem they've fixed come back.Whether it's an oil change, inspection, check engine light, or you just noticed your carel acting different, these people will treat you right.

I highly recommend Auto Tech for any auto repair they are courteous and honest they go Way Beyond what is expected to sure you are taking care of. They will point out any issue you may not know about giving you the opportunity to have it fixed before it's too late. Dont take your car there if you are wanting something overlooked.

Auto Tech is our go-to place for mechanical work and inspections on my family's vehicles. I can expect competent service at a fair value. I was surprised that I could replace my tires at a price better than the local tire places. I can be confident that they will inform me of any mechanical issues of concern and present options on how to deal with it. I'm rather particular on who repairs our cars, and Auto Tech checks all the boxes.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

Made an appointment with Jackie to have my AC looked at because it was blowing hot air and to have my wheels aligned. I was able to get an appointment quicker than I thought would happen. When I got there I had a few other things looked at as well. I ended up replacing my rear brakes and control arms and had to have an AC line replaced. Eric did a great job and was very quick getting the work done. Jackie was very quick with getting estimates to me and getting the parts into the store. I feel that they charged a very fair price for the work that was done. Eric even texted a couple of days later to make sure that I was happy with the work that was performed. I have no complaints at all and would definitely recommend Auto Tech to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Auto brake replacement
