This automotive repair shop is absolutely the best. Dealing with Dave and Tina, I feel confident my vehicles are serviced properly. Their prices are extremely reasonable. The work is done in a very timely manner. I don't take my vehicles anywhere else, nor should you.

Going to a new mechanic is always a bit scary. Everyone there was extremely friendly and HONEST! Added bonus, adorable bulldogs greeting you to make the experience even better.

After a minor emergency on the highway where a piece of my car siding was flapping around in the wind, I was extremely lucky to come across this repair shop. Everyone was very kind, and within only a few minutes a mechanic fixed my issue free of cost, which was totally unexpected! If that wasn t already amazing enough, bonus points for the adorable dogs that I got to see in the office which helped me forget about all of my worries. 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!Service: Auto body & trim repair

The people at Marshall Automotive Center are our HEROES!!! This place displays the best customer service I have EVER experienced. This afternoon (a Friday, two hours before closing!) we had a mishap with a company owned diesel trucks. We called and spoke with Tina. She was nothing but reassuring, helpful, and extraordinarily kind. When we arrived everyone was beyond kind and helpful. They were so reassuring about the situation! Not only did they take the truck in on a Friday evening, but they stayed 2+ hours late to completely resolve our issue and get the truck happy, healthy and running again. Not only did they do this for us, but they did it with the most sincerely positive attitudes I ve witnessed just about anywhere. The services were also extremely affordable. We just can t thank them enough!

Great service!I recently had them repair my 2005 6.0 with a blown oil cooler.David and Paul were super helpful over the phone, letting me explain my issue and telling me what they had done to fix it. They even fixed a cold start issue I was having. I would definitely say they went above and beyond. Tina was also super pleasant and great to deal with.I'll definitely be bringing my truck back to them the next time it has a problem.Service: Engine repair

David is wonderful and SO cheerful! He is always clear and honest, LISTENS, and explains everything in layman's terms. His prices are reasonable, he is efficient and competent, and he takes great care of my old truck (28 year old Suburban), keeping it running and safe and on the road and hauling my horse trailer (which I have also taken to him for inspection and repairs.) He is the BEST!, and so is Tina. Exceptional customer service :)Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery, Oil change

We came in frantic, within 15 minutes of this place closing, as we were passing through on a road trip. The latch of our car s hood had come loose and it was not staying shut. With no hesitation, their mechanic came out, looked at our Subaru s hood, and was able to fix the latch issue within less than 5 minutes. They were quick, effective and very friendly. Very highly recommend!

We were traveling thru the area to a dog show, and our tire developed a slow leak. Marshall Automotive fixed it, got us back on the road in record time, and was soooo helpful and friendly! We can't thank them enough!!Service: TiresService: Tires

While travelling in the area, my high pressure oil pump in my F350 stopped working. This shop diagnosed the problem, got parts in, fixed my truck in just 2 days. The price was in line with what I expected and the staff was knowledgeable and professional. They did not take advantage of me while knowing I was from out of town and at a disadvantage. It's been a week and so far I have had no problems with the work they have done. Dave used OEM parts and I am satisfied.

I have been a customer since they opened shop a couple of years ago and I can say without hesitation that Dave and his team have the highest integrity. Their professional manner, fair pricing and excellent service are a winning combination, that's why they deserve five stars.

There is always a long line of trucks to be worked on, so even a small repair can take a good week. If you can afford to be without your truck long enough, though, it's well worth it. Dave is really knowledgeable, trustworthy and fairly reasonable. They charge $85 per hour here. I know a lot of less dependable shops that charge that and won't even touch your diesel. I do almost all my own work, but they've always worked with me willingly. Bottom-line, if you run a diesel, esp a powerstroke, this is the only place I will send you,even with the wait!

Recommended by a freind , finally have a reliable mechanic in the area . You do have to book in advance but the work is done quick with very reasonable prices . Dave and his crew are the best! However that placed couldn't run without Tina! That's right Dave wears the pants, but Tina wears the belt. I don't even live in Marshall but that's where my car gets towed.K. Frank

Would not take my vehicles anywhere else. An top of their good work, they always make sure I make sure my cars and trucks are not only road worthy but also safe. Love these guys!

It's off the beaten path, but the knowledge and experience of the staff are well worth the trip. If it's a diesel, there's no better place in Fauquier County. David & crew are master tech's.
