Great place,I always get great service and everyone there is always nice and helpful,they always explain the work being done on my truck and don t try to sell me things I don t need. I trust them fully and it s the only place I ll take my truck from now on. Thanks again, Andy.

Andy is a great mechanic. There aren't enough nice things to say the work he does.He always does solid maintenance, repairs, and inspections for our cars.Visiting family members from the other coast were very impressed with his troubleshooting of their towing issues on their truck.

Great experience! Very knowledgeable, courteous and thorough staff. Diagnosed a simple transmission problem my mechanic of over 25 years missed and had the transmission lines replaced as soon as parts were available. Andy was very kind. I called him at the last minute to fixed my son's water pump and even though he was closed he was kind enough to work it in and get it repaired. His prices are very reasonable.

Walked in as soon as they opened. Andy himself took me on a test drive to confirm my suspicions of a bad cv shaft. He worked with me on the price, which really helped as I m struggling a bit financially at the moment. They had it ready and waiting soon after. Was gonna do it my self, but Andy made me feel like I wasn t paying for a service, but paying for peace of mind. He has all my future business.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

I had some noise that was loud on my truck. I dont currently have a paved driveway or garage so I'm limited. I took it to Andy's and he personally took me for test drive to figure out. He then put it up and ran at 80. turns out the alignment I had just done 3 months ago was no good from other place. tire were worn on outside. venom thick tread. I'm getting new alignment and tire rotation next week. Today no charge. Love the personal touch and the knowledge. Thanks Andy!!!P.S. I knew I might have exhaust leak which was never mentioned at Classic Nissan Williamsburg. it was maybe 1x2 inch where the hanger was welded...... hmmm.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

We recently relocated to Saint Stephens Church and needed to have our box truck inspected. Andy informed me that the power steering pump had a leak. He gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. Andy and his staff go above and beyond to make sure your car is repaired properly at a very good price! I have been using Andy for close to 20 years. I have tried other places in a pinch and NONE compare. 12-13-19 What a day and it was Andy to the rescue. Car was dead when I left the grocery store. The end of a cold rainy day and I called Andy's and he personally came and got me back to his shop for a quick repair! He charged a more then reasonable price for quickly diagnosed problem. Andy's NEVER takes advantage and they certainly could have in this situation. Andy's to the rescue....THANKS 12-15-2021 Yet again Team Andy surpassed my expectations! I just changed jobs and could not come until 3pm or after and need my car inspected. They did it at 3pm and I was out of there and on my way in no time! I had Andy Look at my fleet truck. Another shop I regrettably had gone to before could not diagnose properly and went to upsell me a trans. Andy, and his staff conduct themselves with admirable humility, timeliness and managed to properly diagnose my trans, understandably some items can be trial and error, in this case diagnostic was complete as quickly as I have ever been accustomed to, and fixed in no time at all. I would reccomend Andy and his staff to anyone. Andy really stays on the ball. I mean that! He was under the weather and working remotely. I received all 3 calls from Andy during this time. Literally the best service I have had in any industry. Did I mention they saved me approximately $4000-$4500. I can't say enough good about Andy, the sweet lady and young man at the desk, and the technician that I had the pleasure of speaking with when all was said and done.Thank you! You've earned a customer for life.

I have been using Andy's for years. They have done everything from oil changes to putting in a new motor in my older vehicle and then I had a transmisson replaced. They are fair in pricing and Andy is a great person. Andy and his crew did a great job repairing the steering mechanism in my car. The car is older, so it took them several days to get the part, but they stayed late on a Friday afternoon to get it done so I'd have my car over the weekend.
