Johan and the VINS team did an outstanding job on my daughter's Honda Accord! I spoke to Johan and he is a gentleman along with Erica in reception they have good sales team. I guess good things ended there. I had a delay in delivery from Friday to Wednesday. When it got delivered they charged me for a part but glued an old broken part that was in bad shape. There were lot of paper clips near back seat with minor problems of bad cleaning job. Trunk Mat was missing. Oil Leak that I thought was part of original fix was not fixed. I had to visit the team multiple times fr fixes. each time with a promise it will be taken care and then some part not being available and me returning home. Bunch of things happened...part they ordered did not fit.. they had to reorder etc., While mistakes do happen, Quality checks I guess are a big disappointment.

Excellent customer service! I scratched the driver s side of my car. Not a lot of damage but unsightly. Johan was so responsive, friendly and got me in right away to buff out the long scratch and touch up the paint. He saved me a ton of money over another estimate I received. I would definitely recommend Vins and count on them for quality work.

Awesome service. Our son had dented our Honda while we were out of town. He took the car to Vin's. Repairs are great. Even did some extra work that wasn't requested. Very reasonable prices from unusually clean shop with honest and friendly staff.I took my car in for an estimate on a couple of small scratches on the back bumper. Had a great conversation with Johan who really knows his stuff and we talked many options. Johan is a muscle car / sports car enthusiast and we chatted for a while about all manner of motor head topics.When you find honesty and intelligence in a business, it makes all the difference. VINS is the 6th and *last* place we stopped. I'm exceptionally particular about my cars and it is really nice to not have to look anymore for a one stop shop (paint and body to brakes and regular maintenance with apparently most everything in between.) I prefer to do my own mechanical work but "draw the line" at paint and body work.VINS came highly recommended by another body shop's paint person (and I'm not mentioning names to get them in trouble :-). We drove up to VINS and saw Porsche, Tesla, Land Rovers, and a newer Mustang along with the host of family cars and SUVs. It is apparent this business has earned the trust of a wide range of customers.See the photos. The shop is nice and clean, shows they care and is a good indication of what you can expect for work and finished services.They have been open for 2 years so it is understandable there are few reviews. Don't let that dissuade you. If you read my other reviews you will see I call it like it is. This place is a gem.

Very honest and trustworthy shop. I had engine issues with my Chevy Malibu and I brought it to Vins. They were very transparent and did a great job of communicating with me in regards to the diagnosis and during the time of repairs as well. Alex did go above and beyond to keep me in the loop and made me aware of every step of the process.I ll be bringing my car back to Vins anytime I have an issue.

after reading the reviews on Google, I went to VINS Auto Care and Collision Center Mr. Johan Ponsen was the Manager who handled my car. Accordingly, I expressed my concern with regard to needing only the original and genuine spare parts to be installed during the maintenance process, Mr. Johan reassured me from his own professional experience that his team is there to protect customer needs and the company name to deliver an exceptional service. Throughout the service time, Mr. Johna was updating me via email and call about the car's status, and by the time I went to pick up my car from the repair shop I was super happy with the repair and customer service that was delivered to me as promised.Finally, I would like to recommend to people in need of car repair, please go see VINS Auto Care & Collision the entire team is friendly and professional and they are there to deliver the customers' needs.

I did the usual thing people do and visited 3 different shops. I have to say VINS was the one that stood out. I was first greeted by the receptionist Febe in a very friendly and welcoming manner. Afterwards, the manager Johan had excellent customer service and truly took his time with helping me and easing my stress. The estimate Johan gave me was very reasonable and I could tell his main concern was making sure I was satisfied. I will be sure to recommend this shop to everyone I know moving forward! I will definitely be back! VINS has earned a life long customer! Thanks again Johan & Febe!!

I have been to many different auto shops in this area and nothing compares to vins They are very cooperative and trustworthy with their knowledge, with nobody has been as reliable and helpful than vins. One of the mechanics, Johan, has been a tremendous help to get my vehicle repaired and would take time out of his day to make sure that I had everything figured out with what could be a problem with my car. He has saved me from a lot of headaches and stress concerning my car. Overall this place has your best interest at heart and would take care of any car problems you may have, This is the place for you.

Johan and his team at Vins Auto Care did a great job on my car! They took it in the same day I called about a large scratch/dent. Dropped off December 27th! Picked up (December 29th)before finishing touches and wash were done due to holiday weekend.Took it in the following week. Car looks better than it did before it was damaged .inside and out! Very nice and professional. Highly recommend!

I am so glad I stopped by there yesterday. The place was already closed when I stopped by, but the owner went above and beyond to fixed the metal in my tire. He used his own tools to fix my tire. I am planning on going back to fix my windshield. Thank you for helping.I will see you soon!

Vins Auto Care & Collision in Manassas, VA brought the showroom shine/looks out of my old 2021 Civic Hatchback again and generated a few great reactions from my friends just a few minutes after I posted it on my FB story. In the past, reputable companies like American Shine and Exotic Vehicles, both in the Northern Virginia Area, did fabulous jobs on this same Civic but Vins Auto Care and Collision took the looks of the wheels of my 2021 Civic to a whole new level and they now sit at the very top of the list of advisors on anything to do with my autos.So, the pedestal previously reserved for American Shine and Exotic Vehicles must now find room for one more: Vins Auto Care & Collision in Manassas, VA. They are quick, professional, responsive, very accommodating and above all, mastersof their craft and I can't recommend them highly enough, so folks check them out and be prepared to be blown away just like I was.I picked the car up from their shop during the rush hour period and because I didn't want any car to come near me I had to take the back roads home in Leesburg also in the Northern Virginia area.

I had some curb rash on 2 of my wheels. Vins got it fixed quickly and affordability. They turned out great! Could not tell it happened. Very happy. Thank you guy's.

Excellent work. Large dent on a crease on the tailgate. Other collision shops said tailgate needed replacing. Vins repaired it perfectly at less than 1/3 the price. Highly recommended

VINS is the only servicer of my Audi A4 vehicle for the past 4 years. VINS mechanics and body care repairers, led and managed by Adolfo, are the only people I trust to take care of my vehicle. To find knowledgeable and experienced professionals outside of the Audi dealership is a challenge that I no longer have. I have received nothing less than impeccable, safe, reliable, reasonably priced and efficient vehicle services EVERY single time I visit VINS. One time, Adolfo facilitated my care repairs by having a crucial part delivered from Audi Tysons via Lyft to make sure I was able to get right back on the road that same day without delays! I trust VINS and Adolfo to be quickly responsive to my car needs and get me safely back on the road, secure in the reliable services they render every time. I cannot thank the staff at vins auto care enough , brought them my car after a pedestrian walked in front of it . They were absolutely amazing from start to finish , Johan and his team are amazing !!! I got my car back today and it is absolutely amazing you can't tell at all it was even wrecked. I highly recommend anyone with an automobile issue come to vins ,I guarantee they will absolutely take care of you from start to finish with amazing customer service at the same time!! I found VINS by luck I had a problem with my wheelchair lift and we put it in after market so wasn t sure where to call. Did a google search and they came up first and said yes, body shops can do bolts. So I took it right over.
