I wanted to give this place a try, as they had great reviews, and they were great. I showed up around 2:10 and was quickly attended to. I wanted an oil and filter change with my own high-quality oil and filter supplied. Carlos was great and took care of it quickly for me. In the end the oil and filter change cost me $37, even with my own materials supplied, which isn't a bad deal for their time and disposal services, all things considered. I had intended to get a VA emissions/inspection done the same day, but for whatever reason, the inspector had to leave early that day. Thinking maybe I had missed an hours chart or calendar online I asked Carlos about that instance, and he said it isn't something that usually happens, and is quite irregular. There was another customer who came into the shop while I was there wanting a VA emissions/inspection too, and left annoyed/disappointed. Hopefully this inspector isn't costing the shop too much in his failure to deliver his services.The shop was small, but comfortable. There's a small bathroom, a few chairs and a bench seat. There is a complimentary charging station, on the front desk. One improvement that the shop could make is their mounting solution for their plaques on the wall as you walk in. The strong winds were blowing their plaques off the wall, because they were only held on by a cork-board push-pin. I would recommend a more permanent and substantial attachment method. I also thought that it was amusing when I noticed they had, not one, not two, but FOUR stickers in the main shop window showing what credit cards they accepted... Hey, I guess as long as they're displayed and honored, right? One positive thing that I saw over other shops in the area was that there was a buzzer built into the desk, for you to ring, so you aren't sitting idle and just hoping that an office staff member or mechanic sees you standing there in the office. They also have a few spots for dedicated customer parking right as you pull into the shops strip.Obviously from what was stated, I didn't have any 'repairs' done, but I am always on the lookout for a good independent shop. I had a good time at this shop and shall be recommending it to other friends and persons in need, in the future.Service: Oil change

Experience was great. I called the night before and was serviced the following morning. Z called me back at noon explaining everything that was going on with my truck and it was very cost efficient. When I went to pick up the vehicle the following day, Z actually took the time and showed me the parts that were bad. The quality and customer service couldn t be any better. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

I will never take my cars anywhere else. These guys are the best in the area, hands down! If you need any work done to your cars give them a call. Great prices, Great customer service, Great timing, Great communication. Great Shop! I m definitely coming back.

I took my Mercedes for a check up and the service was done real quick. When I had additional questions the manager overheard and he personally started looking into checking the car. They checked exactly what I asked for and more! I came in for an oil change and they gave me a complimentary check up.

I showed up at the end of the month for a state inspection, and if anyone else procrastinates like myself you know that usually results in waiting an hour or more since most places are packed.They had my car inspected within 30 minutes and were very professional. I'd recommend this place and will definitely consider it for future needs.

I had a fantastic experience. Came in a clutch on a Sunday when my car was not drivable. Owner even helped with finding a car to drive for the day since I had no other option and had to get around. Very professional, prices are not outlandish like a dealership would charge and good, honest work. Will definitely be back for repairs while living in the area.Service: Auto brake repair

This place is freaking #1 in my book.I brought my Acadia in for A/C issues.Back story. I took my car to a different shop to get the blower motor replaced after 1300$ later my a/c still didn't work.Shop said the wouldnt warranty their work so, I found unique auto care. Met the owner he's cool as can be and up front and fair.They had my A/C working with in 2 hours and it didn't cost me a fortune.Highly recommend. If I could give 10/10 I would

I first came here when I moved to town 7 years ago and needed a state inspection for my car. Back then, they were fast and friendly. For the past several years I've been getting my state inspections done for free from coupons at VA Tire and Auto. I went to VA Tire and Auto this morning and I was #7 in line when they opened. Not wanting to sit there all morning I remembered about this shop and I'm glad I went back. The technician was friendly, told me that it would take about an hour, but 10 minutes later came in and said I was all set. He had some recommendations about my headlights needing restored, and I will be ordering a new set of headlights and bringing them here to be installed. Also will keep them in mind for any other future repair needs. Great business!Service: Vehicle safety inspection

I had sort of an emergency, at my apartment complex they posted a towing sticker for my inspection sticker not being there. Somebody stole it. Anyway this is on a Saturday at 4:30 in the afternoon. They gave me 24 hours to get this fixed. No inspection place was open at all. Sunday I start calling around and found this company, I called and Zee spoke to me and I explained my situation and he did the inspection and sticker for me, and my problem was solved. He was a lifesaver. Very nice, very professional, and I would definitely go there in the future for my automotive needs. Prices are very reasonable, especially these days. I can't say anything critical or bad about this company. Service - exceptional.

10 out of 10 Zee and his mechanic took care of most of my car problems that needed to be done. And they even took the time to do other maintenance work also. Unique's Automobile Care is a great shop that treats their customers like family and friends. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here whether it may be for an oil change, inspection, emissions, or just a shop to keep your vehicle up to date and running correctly. Pricing is reasonable depending on what you need done. They will work with you when it comes to it. I would most definitely have Unique's AutoMobile Care continue to do maintenance on my car again!! I've been going to Unique Automobile Care, for about five years. Mostly for inspections and minor repairs to pass inspection. When the alternator went out in my car in the middle of my hectic small business work day I chose to go to Unique. The work was done when promised and I was glad to be back in my car. A few weeks later my friend looked over the invoice expecting the parts cost to be high. That was not the case, the price was very close to his favored online parts supplier once shipping was considered. A pleasant surprise.The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I feel I'm treated with genuine respect here. As long as I live or work here I'll be a Unique Automobile Care customer.

I was lucky to find this place through my father. It has been a godsend. If you want honest service and honest assessments of your vehicle, then you need to bring your car here. Since I have started bringing my Volkswagen here my repair bills are a tenth of what they were.They tell me the truth about what needs to be done with my car and that is priceless. I had become used to taking my car to my local German repair shop and would walk out with no less than $1000 repair bills every time. Magically my car no longer has the systemic problems it used to.Do yourself and your wallet a favor and come here.
