People please try to understand each other rather than just be mean. All businesses are dealing with staffing problem so as this Shop. Yes, it took us long to get the truck out with a minor issue, but they are professional and trying hard to take care of the customers as much as they can.Overall I was happy with the service and should appreciate the GM for his professionalism. Thank you guys!!

I wish I could give zero star to this busniess my husband took his car in working condition and they screw the truck up. I took my truck for king ping replacement and they told me the problem is not king pin problem they told me the problem in the truck is injection pump problem they give me estimate $7200 I went their and I started they car the car was running I find out there no injection pump problem once they figured out I realized they lied they issued me another invoice $3226 after 3 month they called me they said your truck is ready I went to pick up the truck and I paid them with check. I drove the car and the was still king pump problem I couldn t Turn the wheel it s was some problem I brought it to them they car was dangerous to drive they did not fixe anything instead they removed some part of my truck like rotors, i took my truck to another mechanic and I find out they removed some of my car part and they put bad rotors .this people is scammer and not reliable I don t suggest to anyone to do business with them

Only gave one star because it makes you, this company screwed up an order and then once the part finally came in after three weeks we got it on a schedule, which was scheduled on a Monday and it didn t get looked at until the following Monday, so essentially, I had a vehicle out of service for more than a month, because of their incompetence will not return

Great Place for Parts, Supplies and certain tools for Maintenance and Service on Conventonial, Roll Off, Dump Truck and Tractor Trailers. They Sell and provide parts for: Freightliner, Navistar, Volvo, Mack Kenworth, Peterbilt and Western Star

Great service, fixed an issue regarding a customer's diesel exhaust malfunction. Paul took us in and fixed it promptly and was also very courteous. Will recommend all our customers diesel trucks to them in the future! Thanks Paul!

I came to Truck Enterprises for transmission replacement, the price we agreed on was $7,060. The repair took two weeks to get completed. When I came to pick up the truck, they told me the price changed due to them needing another transmission instead of the one we originally agreed upon, which would cost me $8,600 total. They did not inform me beforehand of the price change, luckily, I managed to negotiate the price down to $7,600. I drove the truck for one week and realized that the transmission was actually leaking fluid. I returned the truck for repairs which took 3 days. Turns out the truck was still not fixed after this time, so I returned it again for another 2 days. Still, the truck was not fixed so I returned it once again for another 5 days. They finally found out this time that the yoke was not good. From here, I took the truck to another company to repair as I was tired of Truck Enterprise's games, the other company fixed the issue within 4 hours. Overall: Do not come to this shop, they will waste your time and up charge you.

If you bring your truck for service here- make sure you bring lube. There s a guy named Troy, he s their service advisor, he likes to bend you over. Bring your truck in with one issue- leave their shop with 3 new ones. Good luck! Great place to buy a truck, but you have to find a different dealer when you need work done. Find out for yourself if you re a gambler.

Came here to get one of my trucks service and I was in a rush. They completed it within about a day and a half. Pretty quick turnaround compared to other local shops. Will definitely come here again for Service. I m happy!

Truly one of the worst Parts experience I've ever had. I called the parts store was put on hold for an extended period and told the part would be there in three days. I showed up in 3 days to get the part and was told the part was never ordered. Quite a waste of time. This seems to be fairly normal for Truck Enterprises Manassas. I hope Amazon gets in the big truck parts business soon.

Very bad parts service a did order a vin number sticker from my truck I pay at front now 6 months waiting for my parts and the guys at the parts department they said let my check with the warehouse and then nothing they just playing with the customer service now more 6 months ago im still waiting for the parts very bad service in parts department and they play toomuch they need a real customer service in parts ...

Took 2 long 2 fix truck. Kept truck from August 3rd to August 25th. Took back the 26th for the same problem the AC. Which cost me $1500. But I did like They fixed it the 2nd time At no cost

I took my kenworth T300 in the get my running lights airhorn fixed and a/c charged also a clutch fan solenoid replaced after 24 hours of labor explain by a service rep by the name of Forest they worked up a bill for $2,290 this place is a joke.theyare pocket chasers. BE AWARE also after handing them cash they continued to say how they have to check my money first to see if it s real. Pretty sure it was a SKIN COLOR PROBLEM they do not show equality here

I own 2019 T880 (solid truck) came in for oil change & greased $565 ridiculous. Go service your kw with Peterbuilt 10min away $430 &better customer service too.

I was broke on highway 495. They sold me exactly what I was looking for on the phone and sent the package with uber. I fixed my truck on the highway myself and saved a lot of money. Thanks guys!

This is the worst place I have ever taking a truck to the light to you the service writer told me for a PM it would be first come first serve I was here at 7 AM when they opened my truck was the first one in I was told 1 to 2 hours my truck would be done my truck has been in there for four hours so far still has not came out they said it takes 4 to 5 hours to do a simple oil change on a truck and then charging $450 this place is a rip off I would not bring a bicycle to them and have them check air pressure in my tire
