Five Stars for Sykes Automotive!!I continue to be very impressed with Sykes Automotive. The depth of their automotive knowledge is amazing and the price is very reasonable. They take the time to explain everything and have on several occasions, figured things out that left the dealership mechanics mystified. With Sykes, I know I'm getting a good deal every time I go there. No matter what you need done to your car, check with Sykes first. They'll give you a straight answer and do a great job.

Sykes Auto Center has been my number one goto for ALL my car repairs and maintenance. I normally just drop my car off the night before and use the key drop in the door and call Sykes the next morning with what I need done. I always go to him for oil changes, but his team is qualified to handle many other things as well.Sykes Auto Center is one of the the most honest business owners in this area! I ve been ripped off many times by other chain establishments who want to make a quick buck, but NOT at Sykes Auto Center.Ive been coming to this establishment for 15 years and I highly recommend using this place!

Honest mechanic that has taken care of my cars for years. Dave is friendly and knowledgeable. He always offers a variety of repair options and charges a lower labor rate than most mechanics in the area.The shop has 2 minor drawbacks to keep in mind. First, Dave does not do state inspections or emissions, although he will take your car to an authorized inspection center. Second, his location isn't great. It's right outside of downtown Manassas and traffic is always bad.

I had some warranty brake parts that needed to be installed on my Surburban. The original mechanic I used was on vacation so Sykes stepped and installed the parts for me in a very timely manner. Without knowing it they fixed soft brake pedal that was due to improperly bleed brakes. I will return and tell my friends

zero stars. This man will "jerry rig" everything possible. I have brought my car there a few times for thousands of dollars just to have everything keep breaking down and failing. I had my clutch REPLACED about 9 months ago and the Nissan Dealership has to replace it today!!! My engine was "replaced" and all the parts used were worn out. My breaks were fixed twice in less than two years and yet they have to be replaced today also. I was driving with MY BABY in the car when my clutch went out and yet it was just completely replaced and my husband paid thousands to this place. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN AND THIS BUSINESS. HE WILL CHEAT YOU AND LIE TO YOU AN DTHEN CHARGE YOU THOUSANDS. He did the same thing to my friend who is now in Afghanistan. He charged her over a thousand dollars ($1500) approximately just for her car to break down literally 6 weeks after the work was done! Her name is Anna! AGAIN, DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN NOR THIS BUSINESS!

The customer service is the best that ive ever received from a mechanic shop junior took the time to explain to my wife exactly what was wrong with her car and make sure she understood the information that he was giving her when i couldnt be there they did very good work and fast didnt hold on to our car for a week to say it was a 20 min fix i would recommend them to anyone a nice family oriented companyService: Engine repair

Sold my car without me knowing. Nobody knows where my car is, what day it was sold. How do you not know where a vehicle went and how can you sell a car if I have the title for the car. They didn t call me to tell me they were selling the car or anything!
