Like so many other reviewers, I have found SCCC to be very accommodating, super-friendly and fairly priced. Mark B. shuttled me down the street and my oil done in 45 min. And NO appt. These folks set the standard for all other small businesses to follow. Many thanks to them!

Did a walk-in state emissions test on a day off during the week and they were very pleasant and friendly and I was in and out in no time. I would definitely bring my vehicle back here if I had days off during the week since they aren't open on the weekends

I have found the people who work here to be very helpful and understanding. They do great work for a fair price and go the extra mile. I wouldn t go anywhere else and I am so grateful that I found them. Such friendly, nice people. Getting an appointment was easy and the service was prompt and efficient. I could tell by watching other customers that they were very satisfied with their service and trust this garage. Price was fair.

I give you all honest opinion. I bring my car and my family s car to this place for any type of maintenance and oil changes or state inspection, they have very friendly customer service I mainly come to this place for the oil changes, because it s decent price also you can bring your own oil and filter. and they ll get it done less than 30 minutes I highly recommend this place for you and especially if you want oil changeServices: Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I moved to the area a few years ago and DREADED finding a new car care place...you never know if you'll find a place that is trying to rip you off! I decided on this place based on some local recommendations and have been very happy with them since! Heck, they have even been able to service my wife's fancy-schmancy Italian car (even if we did have to wait 6 weeks for brakes to come in...but not even the dealer could get them in stock quicker!). The three techs that work the front desk are intelligent and friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommend!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Auto brake replacement, Emissions testing, Oil change

I recently took my car to Suddenly Car Care Center for an air conditioning service and emission testing, and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. From the moment I walked into the facility, I was greeted with a sense of disorganization and lack of professionalism. The staff seemed disinterested in helping me and were not able to answer basic questions about the services they offered.When I dropped off my car, I was given a vague estimate of when it would be ready, and when I returned to pick it up, I was informed that it would be another hour before it was ready. I was not given any explanation for the delay and was not offered any compensation for my inconvenience.When I finally received my car, I noticed that the air conditioning was not working properly and emission test results were not completed. I brought this to the attention of the staff, and they were not able to give me a satisfactory explanation for why this had not been done.Overall, my experience at Suddenly Car Care Center was extremely disappointing. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, the service was poor, and the facility was disorganized. I would not recommend this business to anyone and would give it one star.It's really important to trust a car repair center with your car and have the certainty that they are well trained, professional and certified. Unfortunately, my experience with Suddenly Car Care Center was the opposite, they lacked in all these aspects. The staff seemed to be unmotivated, unorganized and unprofessional. They were not able to provide me with clear and accurate information about the services they offer and they were not able to answer my questions. The customer service was terrible, I felt like they didn't care about my needs and I was just another customer to them.The worst part of my experience was when I received my car back, the air conditioning was not working properly and emission test results were not completed. I was disappointed and frustrated. I had to go to another place to get my car fixed.In conclusion, I would not recommend Suddenly Car Care Center to anyone. The service was poor, the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful and the facility was disorganized. I would give it one star and I hope they improve their service in the future.

They have 3 safety inspectors onsite. There is little to no waiting outside of the end of or beginning of the month. My motorcycle inspection went quick. Thank You Larry.

I recently took my car to Sudley Car Care Center for some much-needed brake and AC repairs, and I can confidently say that this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a car care center. From start to finish, the service was subpar and unprofessional.The technician who worked on my car seemed inexperienced and unqualified. He took hours longer than he estimated to complete the work and when I asked him about it, he was evasive and unresponsive. I also noticed that he had made a mistake during the repair process, which I pointed out to him and he just shrugged it off.The customer service was just as bad. The staff seemed disinterested in helping me and were unwilling to answer any questions I had. When I called to inquire about the status of my repairs, I was put on hold multiple times and then transferred to different departments, only to be told that the person I needed to speak to was unavailable.The worst part of my experience, however, was the condition of my car when I picked it up. Not only had the technician not fixed all of the issues I had brought my car in for, but he had also caused new problems. The brake pads were worn unevenly, the AC was blowing warm air and the oil was leaking. I had to bring it back for them to fix it and even then it was not done to my satisfaction.All in all, I would not recommend Sudley Car Care Center to anyone. They have terrible service and unqualified technicians who will only make your problems worse. I will not be returning to this establishment and will be warning others to stay away as well.

I really like this car spot. Mark, Mike, and Jenna are all awesome. Fair pricing and quality work. They are so efficient during the week that they are not open on the weekends. Def go if you want good and fair work done to your car. They won't steer u wrong.

I recently visited Sudley Car Care Center for a routine maintenance check and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Not only did they take my money without providing any service, but the staff, specifically a guy named Larry, were incredibly unprofessional. Their behavior and language was offensive and made me feel uncomfortable. The whole place was dirty and unorganized, the equipments were old and not well-maintained, it's clear that they don't care about their customer's satisfaction. It was a complete waste of my time and money, and I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. Stay far away from this place, it's a total scam.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Everyone at SCCC is excellent! The team is always pleasant and happy to help, they are honest and up-front about costs and necessity of repairs, and I've never had any complaints about their work. I wanted to put in a good review for them today because they fit me in same-day to assess a warning light I hadn't seen before and had the problem identified and fixed before I was even done working. Amazing team here! I was interested in buying a vehicle from Manassas but I live in the Midwest and I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection before I would fly out there.Jenna and her team did a great job looking it over and being straightforward with what looks good, and what will need some work. The car dealer wanted to pick up the vehicle before they were done inspecting it and Jenna held firm to make sure she had the time to get the inspection done right.Their customer care over the phone was excellent as well. I was probably annoying with how many times I had to call them back and forth and they were always nice and polite.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Did not even attempt to rotate my tires! A service I asked for and was billed for. Did you not think I would notice the curb rash on the left rear tire was still in the left rear?! I've had 3 bad experiences in a row with this place and I don't plan on ever going back.1. Took my car there for a inspection, they told me I needed to replace the alternator for $1,500 because "It sounds bad" I ignored their suggestion and the car ran for 2 more years on the "bad" alternator.2. Took my car back again for another inspection and everything was fine with the car, it should have passed inspection. I had extra marker lights that by law are not required to be repaired unless they are headlights or blinkers. They failed me and charged me $250 to pass it, I got the car back and the lights were still not functional....3. Took my car for the 3rd and last time for another inspection and they failed it for brake pads, rotors, and calipers and the repairs were $1,100. Took it to another mechanic and they passed it no problem.They can get you with the charm of their customer service but in the garage they'll run up the repairs. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business.

Needed to get my state inspection done and after passing three different places with long lines, I stumbled upon Sudley Car Care Center. They got me in right away and were very quick. Staff was super friendly and fun. Will definitely be back and recommending them to others.

I've been going here for a year now, and I absolutely love it. They're quick and very affordable. They also offer shuttle service, and during the pandemic, they're offering car pickup and drop off. They have lots of room in their waiting area, even with a kids section, and a very sweet dog for company, and free bottled water. They always make sure I understand what's wrong with my car and offer the most affordable solution. Jenna is especially communicative and remembers faces well. I highly recommend.

I have been taking my car to Sudley Car Care since 2015 and am always impressed by the amazing customer service. Jenna is my service advisor and she always remembers me whether I call or walk in and I rarely take my car in. She is always knowledgeable and pleasant t work with. The mechanics do excellent work and compare to other places who have quoted me on repairs, Sudley always comes in lower. They are honest and trustworthy which is why they are the only place I take my car to now after other places have tried to tell me I needed things done to my car that weren't needed, just because I am a woman and they feel they can BS me. I recommend Sudley Car Care all the time to people.

We've been doing business with Sudley Car Care for at least sixteen years. You don't go to a place that long unless you feel taken care of. Just got the fastest safety inspection in years. When I asked if I needed any more service it was a quick review of my records to determine there wasn't anything to be done at this time. I like the honesty! They don't just make work for themselves but they do take care or our cars.

I usually come here to get my Mom & Pops vehicle maintenance done, but this was the worst experience to get my car inspections and emissions. They were very unprofessional and did not care about my time. I hate to write bad reviews, but the customer experience I received here made me had to write a 1 star review. We have three cars which all require emissions and safety inspections in the same month. Additionally, one was due for an oil change and tire rotation. Mark and Jenna are always sensitive to our needs and we often feel like we're the only customers they have. So we dropped off the one needing the additional service then rotated the other two through as one was done. They promptly called when it was time for the exchange and finished all three the same day. To sum it up, great prompt service and reasonable prices. Truly quality care.Services: Tires, Oil change

This is my go to place. They always fix it right and treat you fair. I even sent my parents here when they needed emergency help. Prices are mid to middle high but you get what you pay for and they are willing and good at working with you to save money if you are tight. They are friendly with my lifted Jeep and helped me diagnose my death wobble and aligned it for me after I replaced my drag link and tie rod. Death wobble be gone!!! It is so nice to have a place that doesn't try to rip you off, especially as a woman who most people seem to take as an easy mark.

I found Sudley Car Care Center from google reviews, and they did not disappoint. I really appreciated how friendly and knowledgeable every staff member was that I encountered. As a woman, it is always nerve racking to get maintenance done on your car hoping that you will get not ripped off. Not only did they explain what was going on with my car they SHOWED ME! They were not able to get the parts that i ordered on time so they upgraded them and didn't charge me the extra expense. All in all the way they conduct their business is a huge advantage over others and gained my respect and business. Thank you for being amazing! I'll be back.

The folks at Sudley Car Care really take the time to understand my vehicles and make honest assessments about the services I need. I trust their advice and know that they will be honest about what's necessary, what's optional, and what's on the horizon for me to consider. They are timely and they perform quality work. The customer service team is top-notch, always taking the time to say hello and make me feel welcome when I'm in for auto service. I highly recommend Sudley Car Care Center to anyone who has automotive service needs!

My son brought his new to him car car for inspection prior to transferring the title from out of state. The service he received was quick and the tech was friendly and helpful in explaining what he needs to take to the DMV.
