We had the best experience and highly recommend buying your next vehicle here! We had the pleasure of working with Corey who is the absolute best! On our test drive our 8wk old was crying and he calmed him down. I felt so bad but he reassured us that he understood and didn t make us feel bad. When we got to the part of numbers he worked so hard for us to get the best deal. They didn t waste our time giving us the worst offer first. They gave their best offer right out the gate and was close enough we were about to work out a deal and leave with a new van! Upon leaving I noticed our van didn t have mats in it. Come to find out it didn t come with mats. We were upset as was Corey but he went above and beyond and purchased us mats and had them installed. 10/10 recommend this Kia dealership and 100/10 recommend Corey!!

DO NOT GO HERE! GASLIGHTING SMOKE AND MIRRORS GALORE!Specifically do not trust: Gerard Louis (ASSistant Sales Manager), Kevin (least egregious of all but then ultimately ditched us as soon as e-copies were signed), Duval, or Jay (Sales Manager). We just finally received the car we purchased four days ago and it was dropped off with 1/4 tank of gas, no floor mats installed, and somebody's white hair all over the car. Also, although Gerard promised me the car would be delivered with our previous license plates transferred over and with copies of all the paperwork, it showed up with the dealer plates still on and we were given ZERO copies of all of the paperwork we feverishly signed yesterday after three days of "hiccups" with our purchase. Gerard will do or say anything in-person to placate you and to close the deal. He is a smooth talker and will give you his "personal cell number" and promise the sun, the moon and the stars but the moment you walk out of the dealership, he ignores all texts, all calls, all voice messages and whatever he said goes completely out the window. Each representative passed us around like a hot potato and no one would honor what the other may have said/promised so we were constantly going around in circles. It was dizzying, disoriented, and the extent of gaslighting is reprehensible and criminal. This location is the epitome of a sleazy, scheming, TWO-FACED, manipulative car dealership you have been warned about. They do not deserve your hard-earned money. Run away.

The service department is unbeatable, they communicate with you throughout the process, they are true to their word, and the car comes back cleaner and better than when you dropped it off. Ismael went above and beyond getting me answers to my questions, even following up a few days later to see if there was anything else that he could help me with. This level of attention and caring has convinced me to always bring my car here for service

We had the best experience in purchasing our used minivan at this dealership. The purchase process was very smooth and efficient, and we were very satisfied with the price. We had the pleasure of working with DJ, Sales Person, who is the absolute best! He was extremely professional helping us out and getting a very good deal on the used minivan. The staff including Toobah, the finance manager were very courteous and professional throughout the entire process. You can tell that they really care for the customer. Highly recommend buying your next new or used vehicle at this dealership.

I enjoyed my buying experience. I would recommend anyone buy from Safford Brown. I knew I wanted to buy a KIA but had a terrible experience at a closer KIA dealer and went to this location. My experience was so much different from arrival, negotiation, and purchasing. This was also one of the faster experiences I have had. I didn't spend hours waiting to move and sign paperwork. The service guy Joaquin was really good. He followed up promptly and answered all my questions.My issue was with the actual work completed. I was missing 2 lug nuts from the tire. I was told the handle recall wasn t needed however the handle was not closing prior to going and it was now closed so obviously it was corrected. However the window was no longer closing properly and had excessive wind sheer. It was corrected but required me returning back to the shop

The star is only because of Kevin in the finance team, he is not a helpful person, he doesn t tell you what are you buying exactly and then you end up with 2000 dollars more into your loan, he then tells me that for me to cancel that part i need to wait 120 days before submitting a cancellation, well guess what, i just hang up the phone with Kia Finance i just cancel that extra warranty with no problem, so those 120 days he said were a LIE!!Then i needed some info about the car they purchased from me, i texted him several times and still no helpful, then i call him and his answer is, i have no idea, i don't have anything to do with that anymore

DJ was extremely professional helping me out and getting me a deal on the used 2017 Kia Soul Plus I picked up. I can't thank him and the staff there enough for being so patient with us trying to make everything work out.The car was amazingly well cared for, brand new tires, full tank of gas. I've never experienced one of these cars as an adult and they are surprisingly very spacious. I'm 6'4" but had ample leg space and head space when sitting in this car.I highly recommend taking the time and giving this dealership a shot. Everyone was very courteous and you can tell they care for the customer. There's a nice little lounge area with coffee, snacks and water.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a dealership. Their business practices are extremely unethical favoring employees purchasing a vehicle over a customer. Both Khalid Mirzai aka DJ and Danny were very unreasonable to work with and unprofessional. The entire situation was a customer grab with lower sale prices listed online pre-inspection of the vehicle. Which they stated will increase after the inspection if work was needed.I left work early to purchase a vehicle with a preapproval check in hand. Got to the dealership and test drove the car. During the test drive Khalid mentioned he was one of the potential buyers of the vehicle. Once the test drive was over he stated we can not purchase the vehicle until it goes through inspection. We stated we will put a deposit on the car or write up the paperwork until the inspection is completed and take delivery once finished. They both refused to do either one. Khalid was becoming hostile towards us as we continued to attempt the purchase. We left with the promise of a phone call the following day and a sign on the car stating it being sold to us.Come the following day I had to reach out twice as they did not call. First speaking with Khalid with him stating the car has not gone through inspection at 2 PM and he will call once done. 3 hours later I called again this time speaking with Danny the used car manager. He informed me the car sold even though we had an agreement that I d be contacted before 11 AM to purchase the vehicle. These business practices we witnessed are very unethical putting employees first and wasting customers time.

Bought my first new car today at Safford Brown Kia. Try to get DJ as your salesman if you can. DJ wasn t pushy at all and I never felt any pressure during the process. He was a true professional. It was a very smooth and surprisingly quick process. Thank you DJ and Safford Brown Kia for making my first car buying experience a great one.

My Kia experience has been extremely frustrating and eye opening. I will never lease or buy a Kia again. I have a 2022 Telluride and I ve had two warranty issues in under two years. First, it was the battery and the second issue was the shocks. Both had to be replaced under warranty. I ve also needed to replace the front windshield and now the gas tank. I m not blaming Kia for the windshield or gas tank but it s just another issue with the vehicle that I ve never experienced with another company.

Have you ever been in a situation where you want to buy a car with cash, but the dealership declines your request and forces you to go through a financial process with a high interest rate? It can be frustrating and make you question yourself. You may even encounter unhelpful person like Kevin(finance team) , who tell you it's their way or no deal, or managers like German who dismiss your concerns with a "Do you want this car or not!?" attitude. Unfortunately, some dealerships don't prioritize the customer's needs and only care about making a profit.

This was the most comfortable experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Esam did a great job. The entire sales staff was professional, they were very up-front with their pricing which seemed competitive, and they were willing to take their time with me. I've never driven a plug-in hybrid (or any electric car) before, and they were patient with what I'm sure were some sometimes elementary questions - Esam even walked me through the process of charging the car. I've owned the car for a week, and for the first time in my 45-year car-buying history, I haven't felt the slightest bit of buyer's regret after driving out of the dealership. I'd gladly do business with them again, or refer them to anyone interested in a new car.

I purchased a used van from Safford Brown Kia Manassas about a month ago. I noticed before I signed the paperwork that one of the key fobs did not work (I tried new batteries at that point). Their service department was closed, so they wrote me an IOU saying they took responsibility as they pressured me to close the sale. I returned within a week, and they said they could not fix the key in their service department, but they had a third-party key company they work with. I gave my number and followed up several times with Gerard, one of the managers. He finally got me on the phone with the key guy after a couple of weeks of me calling. The key guy misunderstood me and believed the issue was resolved, but I walked away from that one conversation waiting for them to call me back to schedule a date. I then called back a few days later, asking what happened. Gerard said he would call the key guy and then call me back. I heard nothing that day and then called back daily over the next 4 days, but no Gerard. I left a couple of voicemails and front desk messages for Gerard, but he did not return my calls. By the time I got ahold of him, he gave me his number and said he would get the key guy to call me. The key guy did not reach out, and Gerard ignored my calls again for the next couple of weeks until, finally, Gerard pushed me back to the original salesman after the most recent note I left with the front desk. Each call was the same, I would say, my key fob does not work, and I have not heard anything regarding when this is going to get fixed. Gerard and the salesmen would reply that it is weird. The key guy said this was resolved, but they would call the key guy to get an appointment set. After I called back the last two days, I finally got the direct number today to call the key guy from the salesman. I called the key guy, and the misunderstanding was cleared with one quick conversation, and I finally have an appointment scheduled. The problem is that the salesmen told me that Gerard had said he might not cover the cost of the fix at this point because it has been over 30 days. Hopefully, they honor their responsibility, but I don't have high hopes. I at least have the history of my 40+ calls, the emails, the manager-signed IOU, and the text messages to Gerard that I can turn over to my lawyer. In my mind, if the customer keeps calling with the same issue over and over, then maybe you are not doing your due diligence. What a waste of hours of my time at this point.My personal belief is that being calm and collected is the only real way to approach life, and I feel my demeanor over the phone was misunderstood or gave the impression that I could be ignored. I tried different approaches as Gerard was obviously not working for me, but despite my efforts to talk to other managers, they would not intervene because I had "started working" with Gerard. My requests to talk to Gerard's manager were also brushed aside.My 1 star rating reflects the poor customer service they provided in the above story. Do yourself a favor and go with Carmax!!!!

I was a little skeptical at first because I had gone earlier in the day to check out the lot. No one approached me there or even when I went inside. Granted, they were very busy but I was a bit disappointed. I visited another dealership and then came back. The 2nd visit was much better with great customer service and attention to my needs. I think they were just a bit overwhelmed earlier but it turned out to be an excellent experience.

It was the most unprofessional dealership experience I ve ever had. I towed in my 2016 Soul, at 98k with CEL on, difficulties with acceleration, and vibrations. I take care of this car, but we all know that Kia has engine issues. In fact, this dealership already worked on my car last summer, and it was a positive experience.This time around, they kept my car for almost three weeks, with little to no information. My partner and I kept calling, and after long, long time on hold, no one returned our calls. The dealership was feeding us lies such as the car being in assembly (wasn t even diagnosed yet), they emailed/faxed some paperwork (they didn t and they don t have a fax machine at the dealership), an employee named Mary provided incorrect information (there is no Mary there in any department to confirm or deny).We asked, begged, and threatened, and after all, they said that the engine was fine but spark plugs and ignition coil had to be replaced. They wanted to charge us stupid price of $700+ for something as simple. Somehow, we negotiated to $460 and were able to pick up the car late afternoon Dec 29th.To my great surprise, the car exhibited the same issues less than 48h after I picked it up. I barely made it up my driveway that night! My partner and I tried to contact the service advisor and the service department manager without any success until we finally got a hold of a GM of the dealership. They didn t admit their fault but agreed to refund us the cost of the parts but not the one of the labor. After all, I had to tow my car yet again, to another Kia dealership where it was fix within 3 hours for absolutely free.Funny enough, the problem was the exact one I asked Kia Manassas to check, and they assured me that they did. Stay away from this messy, unprofessional establishment that only cares about the money they can get from an oblivious customer.

Johnny Sasso was the reason why we came to Safford Kia in the first place. After calling around and speaking with other dealerships, his friendliness and willingness to work with us over the phone brought us in after speaking to several other Kia dealerships. Great rapport. He made the whole buying experience a good one and we were in and out in no time. Super excited about the purchase of a 2023 Sorento.

My son bought his first car, a 2021 Kia Seltos, here at Safford Brown Kia 2 weeks ago. Duval Cassell was our sales associate and he was so personable, knowledgable and friendly and made my son's first car buying experience such a positive one! Duval really worked with us to get the price point that my son felt comfortable spending without any pressure tactics. Bryant, the sales manager, was also very helpful in working with us, especially with our trade in vehicle, and he and Duval were very transparent with their line item pricing and did not try to oversell us on extras. Overall, my son and I were really pleased with our experience at Safford and would highly recommend Duval Cassel as your "go to" associate for purchasing a car at Safford Brown. My son is super happy with his new Kia Seltos and learned what a top notch car buying experience looks like - Thanks Duval, Bryant and Safford Brown Kia!

Oil change and cleaning of car was satisfactory, but was quoted 41 (we had a coupon), and we showed up it $99 with 55 of it being the oil kit (?). And the shop also quoted us over 2k of optional services for a car with only 33k on it.

I had a five-star experience at Safford Brown Kia. The purchase process was smooth and efficient, and I was very satisfied with the price, vehicle, and service. The staff, including DJ and the manager Michael Hightower, were courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Toobah, the finance manager, was also very helpful and made the transaction a breeze. The dealership building was clean and nice, too. Overall, I m very happy with my purchase and look forward to doing business with this dealership again in the future!Sorento Hybrid has been great :)

I made a mistake of buying pre owned vehicle from them which is 2016 Hyundai Tucson. The sales person Mr. Khalid Mirzai advertised this vehicle as wonderful car with no issues whatsoever, he personally guaranteed I d have no issues with it, and if there s anything he d make sure to take care of it asap and give rentals. Well It s been a little over a month and I already took it back for transmission complaints which they supposedly fixed it but I m still having the same issue, they basically couldn t fix it, and didn t even offer to replace the transmission. I was without a vehicle for almost 10 days for nothing. I also had an issue with the multimedia screen, it decided to die on me for no reason, so I have no radio, no back up camera, nothing working in the car, I m still waiting for them to find a replacement. Finally after having all these issues I was wondering what other problems I m going to face with this car and I took the liberty of checking my oil level in the car and I m NOT surprised to find out there was no oil in the car, it was almost completely dried out. I m surprised the engine didn t blow up on me. So overall worst experience of my life. I tried to contact their manager and haven t heard anything back from him, completely ignored me and didn t return my calls. So if you re going to buy something from the. Do it on your own expense.

We recently had our car serviced at Safford Brown Kia Manassas. Our service advisor was Michele Bolden. Michele has been our service advisor many times in the past and always explains exactly what needs to be done. More importantly, she also tells us if work is not necessary. We usually wait for the work to be complete and the waiting area is always clean and they provide WiFi, water, coffee and snacks. After the service is completed Michele always explains what was done and if any follow-up is needed. We highly recommend the service department at Safford Brown Kia Manassas and Michele Bolden.

Had a great car buying experience. Was able to snag a wolf gray Kia k5. John Sasso, was prompt and was pushing the process through for me over the phone and when I got to the dealership it was quick. Also their financial manager Claudia was great, no high pressure gimmicks and she knows her stuff! The GM was welcoming and very courteous. Definitely wouldn t mind coming back for another great car buying experience

My entire experience was wonderful and smooth. Dave Wishnow was great with communicating what needed to be done to my car and what to expect, keeping me in the loop throughout the process and getting me a rental car in a timely manner. He and everybody else I came in contact with was very friendly and ready to help.
