Yes, I recommend them. I asked them to fix my roof for me for my motorhome and they did just that at a reasonable price. I have attached the before and after photos of my roof resealing job that they did for me. Also installed some vent covers.

The guys at RV Bear were awesome! Our church youth group purchased an old airstream for the purpose of passing out snacks during special events. The inside was entirely gutted out by the previous owner, and the wiring was redone. Good thing we brought it to RV bear, because the wiring looked unsafe, and the AC unit was missing pieces. They helped us rewire everything, create a nice circuit breaker box, put in brand new batteries and rewired it so that it can be continuously recharged, moved the electrical inlet to the back of the trailer so that it would be out of the way from where the crowd would be, installed outlets for us to plug in lamps, and they installed a brand new AC unit to keep us cool in the summer. They were willing to work with our church's budget. And when I told them that the first event we were going to use it for was at the end of that very same week, they put a bunch of guys to get the wiring job done in a day so that we could put the panels back and paint the inside. The guys were very friendly and patient, walking me through and answering all the questions I had. Thank you RV Bear!

My experience with "RV Repair Bear" was Awesome and charges were very reasonable. On my way home from purchasing my little 2018 "Travel Lite" 800X truck camper, a sheet metal panel flew off the front of the camper. This was no one's fault except maybe the manufacturer's. I had a bad experience with another local camper repair company with my old travel trailer, so I shopped around and found "RV Repair Bear". I read good reviews about them and I had to take it someplace, so I took it to "RV Repair Bear"They were friendly and courteous and very insightful in explaining how it was to be repaired. They scheduled me in and took care of the repair and I picked up the camper inexcellent condition and it looked like brand new. They even threw in a free wash as the camper had a lot of road grime on it. My camper looked happy. This fall, after the repair, I went on a cross country trip in the little "Travel Lite". Coming back home, driving across Iowa, the very same panel flew off again. Needless to say, Iwas very disappointed, putting it mildly. For over a thousand miles I had to listen to the remaining sheet metal flapping and flexing in the wind above my head. When I returned home I called "RV Repair Bear" and told them my story. I was fully expecting a runaround and denial, having been in similar situations before with auto repair shops. Talking to Eric and Art back and forth, they told me the shop was full and I could bring it in in a couple of weeks and they would take care of it. They were very apologetic and understanding about the whole deal. There was never an argument about anything.I scheduled it in again and after inspecting it, they called me and said they would like to reinforce the substructure of the damage with more wood and screws and replace thecheap factory sheet metal with, more expensive, diamond plate sheet metal and seal it up tight. This they did. The job that they did, was way beyond my expectations and waybeyond the call of their obligations to guarantee their work. They did all this at no extra charge. My camper not only looked happy again, it looked stronger. The folks at "RV Repair Bear" are truly legitimate professionals who care about their customers. It is refreshing in this day and age to know that there are still people out therewho actually care about customer care. I will highly recommend "RV Repair Bear."Thanks and a salute to the folks at "RV Repair Bear"Howard YService: Body & Trim

Bear RV repair of Manassas, VA - I have gone to this shop for different repairs and all issues were resolved. I feel as if I know them on a personal bases and Art can be somewhat a fast talker at times, due to the work load he may currently have. Eric and Jamie have worked on my unit and always explain what was done and show me anything that they feel maybe a concern. We have had some issues with ordering parts (awning) and we ended up with the correct one and I was pleased. The shop will do their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible, so you may continue on your trip. Thanks guys for all you do.

We bought a vintage Roadtrek RV last year. RV Repair Bear has become our go-to place for service. They winterized it for us and de-winterizing was included in the cost. They are quick and friendly and know what they are doing.

These guys are the best! Just went to them to have our RV automatic steps fixed and a soft start installed. As with past work they have done for us, the repairs were top notch. They are very customer-centric as well. Great outfit.

i called them to do a prepurchase inspection new tires, brake service, hub repair and asked them to make sure a taillight that was popped off worked i was constantly told "we will have it ready in a few days" and it never was. 3 day estimate turned into 4+ weeks with only two phone calls the last week. i had to call every 3 days for them to say " call back in a few days we'll have it ready" and when i call back they wouldn't answer or be on lunch and not return calls. i was charged for a new brake system without ever telling me it needed it. Then they replaced all the lights on the trailer without telling me they all were bad or asked if i wanted them all replaced and EVERY single light either has exposed holes from the old light and or a very visible gap from the light and trailer with exposed wires. they tore out some insulation in the wall and just left it on the floor inside my trailer. the cost to ship my trailer went up 600$ because they kept giving me false completion dates. and then when im having it picked up he feels the need to tell me that they didnt take anything out of the trailer and i should make sure i trust the guy shipping the trailer.. i was told they got on the roof and "there are no signs of leaks" but the last time i talked to him when confirming they were actually done he told me i would need to reseal the roof because it leaks. WEIRD and very unprofessionalServices: Tires, Electrical, Body & Trim, Brakes

I ve been to them twice and have had great service. One was replacing my Roadtrek storage compartment door. Labor intensive. The other was having it winterized today. The cost of the service includes de-winterizing.

drove my RV there to grease the bearings. They provide quick, prompt service. And they help me by back my truck trailer out of their lot.I also learned the difference between greasing the bearing and repacking the bearings.

I am a first time client of Bear RV and have to say - great service! I brought my RV in because I was having issues with my fridge and hot water heater. They were clear up front that they are very busy and parts can be a challenge that it might be a few weeks before it would be completed. I was good with that - dropped it off early as they would not be able to look at it for a couple of days. Once they did the assessment, they were right on it and finished everything in a couple of days!!! Totally under-promised and over delivered.I went to pick my RV up today and realized that the temperatures would drop into the teens tonight. I asked (very last minute) if they could winterize before I picked it up. the answer... ABSOLUTELY - NO PROBLEM. A very refreshing response in a time when people seem to be less than friendly and helpful. Thanks Bear RV. Would highly recommend

These guys are the best. After calling 36+ repair place for our broken motor coach these guys stepped up and helped us. Did what they could on the repair and then had it towed to a big diesel service center to finish it. They picked it up and stored and winterized it for us to pick up. All this was happening while we were back in Texas. Flew out to pick it up and was ready as they said it would be. I can not be happier with this company. There are good people in this world and they are the best. Can t thank them enough. Almost back to Texas and everything is perfect. Thank you again Norm and DianeService: Air & cabin filter replacement

Great customer service, support, and maintenance advice. This is a legitimate repair shop with owners that understand how to work with people and how to properly maintain and repair all types of RVs, from small travel trailers to large diesel-pusher class A rigs. I plan to use RV Repair Bear for my future maintenance and repair work.My RV needed a new appliance to correct a potentially dangerous propane leak. I had tried unsuccessfully to get the work done at two other local shops before bringing it here. I was relieved when I found RV Repair Bear and talked with Art about the work. From the start, he was focused on the problem and offered several reasonable solutions. He worked with the manufacturer to get a new unit and made sure that everything was working and done to my satisfaction before closing out the job. I couldn't ask for more and am very satisfied.Service: Body & Trim

Had our generator serviced and repaired here, fast and efficient, great communication. Later had a battery emergency and they fit us in their schedule as they knew time was critical to get our RV to our buyers out of state by a certain date. They told us what they would do and check, and they did that, verified certain systems, explained cost and time frame, etc. No surprises, but friendly and good service.Service: Battery

I called these folks out of the blue when the valve on our RV propane tank failed. None of the usual places could see me for up to 3 weeks and a leaking tank is definitely a safety issue. Not only did they fit me in, but after the manufacturer shipped the wrong part TWICE, Art got on the phone with them, sorted things out, and came in on a Saturday to get it installed so we could meet our departure date. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and clearly they went above and beyond for what is a relatively small repair and for a person with whom they had no previous relationship. Would highly recommend this company for any work needed.

Incredible customer service! One of the first questions they asked was "When is your next trip?" I had a burned out hydraulic motor on my levelers and they worked with my warranty company and the part manufacturer to ensure I was fixed and ready for my trip. On the morning I brought my rig in to have the part installed, my chassis battery was near dead. They tested my alternator to make sure everything was ok and got me a new battery to make sure I wouldn't have any problems on my trip. Great folks to work with. Highly recommend them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery

Tried to use this business for repairs on my RV, and their customer service was absolutely garbage. They told me to email them pictures and they'd schedule me a time to come in. Nothing heard for a month when I finally called them back only to learn they weren't even taking appointments when I originally contacted them and that most of their appointments for the next month were already being booked up. Cool, guess I was never getting that timeslot scheduled... Needless to say, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. If I can't trust you to be straight with me from the beginning or give me a simple call back, I can't trust you with repairs to my rig!

Amazing! Our RV broke down 300 miles from home while traveling through Manassas, luckily the tow truck company towed us to them. One of the fan blades on our radiator fan broke and put a hole in the radiator. while all other repair places told us it would be weeks before we could get back on the road and finish our 600 mile vacation. RV Repair Bear worked with us and had us up and running again in a week. There level of service was amazing, I have to say I have not dealt with a more reputable company. The price was fair (as there were actually quite a few other issues with the RV) the service was outstanding. Everyone was polite and helpful.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest repair / service shop.Services: Transmission, Exhaust

Great group of people. Quality work.I am in the middle of a Van build out and brought a very unusual problem to this shop which would need a customized solution. I had talked to several shops and dealerships and they all would not touch this. But Bear RV said they could do it. They were able to figure it out and build a perfect solution. All of this during a year of COVID and supply issues.Brian, Harry and Keith were the guys who made my rig sing. Truly a great team.Service: General repairs & modifications

When looking for a repair shop for our RV, I look for three things:1. Are they capable of doing good work?2. Are their rates reasonable?3. Are they honest and trustworthy?I can honestly say that RV Bear exceeded on all three questions and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done to their RV. From the first time I called, to the time I drove my repaired RV off the lot, my experience was top notch. A real old school friendly experience from a family run business! We own an older diesel motorhome that while it is in great condition we started having some strange electrical issues. Art and his team at RV Bear went above and beyond to troubleshoot, found the issue and replaced the inverter and a few outlets. Many less reputable shops might have tried to throw a bunch of un-needed parts at individual issues until they found the core issue to drive your repair bill up. Instead, Art took the time to find the root cause of the issue and repair it correctly the first time.Thank you to RV Bear for getting us back on the road and you ve earned a customer for life!

These guys are great. I called about a headlight issue on our diesel pusher, I dropped our rig off on a Tuesday and they had it all repaired by Friday. They had to trace some wires and found a burnt our diode that I never would have found. They called me multiple times to keep me updated and were more than fair with what they charged. I hope I don't need to go back but I'm sure I will, I am definitely using RV Repair Bear!Service: Electrical

I had an issue with the water heater on my brand new coach. The dealer had a multi-month backlog for an appointment. They suggested I try RV Repair Bear, and I m very happy that I did. They solved my issue in no time. Great company and people!
