Roger s Auto Service/Citgo has the best price for an oil change in the Manassas/Gainesville area. The staff were friendly & professional. I didn t have to wait long. I was curious about how to do an oil change & they explained and showed me. They installed my headlight for $120 less than I would have paid at the Kia dealership! They have a Shop Cat/Greeter, who was once a stray. The crew takes care of her. For all of these reasons, I highly recommend them!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I got into an accident and this company was called to tow the car. I called the next morning to arrange the car to be sent to an inspection place or a scrapyard and they had no interest in helping get that car situated. They were only concerned about getting paid. In the length of a 30 second conversation the bill was brought up 4 times without a direction of what to actually do with the car. Already understanding that there services had to be compensated there was no need to bring it up every 2 seconds. Very unprofessional and rude. And the attitude continued in person when i came to pick up my belongs. They would not let grab anything as if i could drive a totaled car out the lot. Service is in the name and they have none. Would not reccomend even in death.

I don t recommend this place at all. They failed my inspection because they said my brakes were worn out. I took it to my mechanic and he said they were good. He took it back to Roger s himself and confronted the inspectors about it. They quickly passed me after that. Unbelievable. They re lucky I didn t sue. Lied and said I needed back brakes to pass inspection never check my brakes then after they install the brakes refuse to give me a good inspection because the brake was going to the floor. Wanted to charge me an additional hundred dollars to bleed the system but wouldn t give me a guarantee. I never need it back brakes in the first place I either needed the system blade or a master cylinder completely lied to get more money. I went here to get my wife's car inspected for here. After sitting through 4 cars it was my turn. I noticed the other drivers standing at the bay door to wait for their inspection, but I have a severe back problem and thought I might be able to sit through mine. I noted they had no waiting area, but thought I would just sit on the passenger side. Previous owner's had been asked to get in their vehicles during the inspection, so i figured it was OK. The mechanic came out and said I had to get out. I told him i can't stand that long and needed to sit. he said sit on the curb. Now get this, my windshield wipers are on! It's raining. I said "It's raining and with my back I won't be able to get up, if I can even get down there." I was incredulous at this point. He very rudely said, "I can't help ya", got out of the car and walked away. I have a really strong feeling that my condition would have been handled differently by him if I had a different skin color.

I was referred to Rogers by an acquaintance. I dropped my vehicle off and I believe it was Roger that was helping me and everything was fine and was told my car would be done by 2pm..great. I called to check to see if it was ready to pick up at 3:15pm and spoke to Bob or Bobby? This guy was the biggest A hole I have ever dealt with. He was rude and unprofessional and acted like I was wasting his time with questions such as "is my car ready? and what's the total bill?" There is no reason to speak to someone in the manner that he did. Maybe he's angry about a microphallus or maybe he's just angry, I really don't know. I have a mixed review because the work was good and some of the people were professional but Angry Robert?.... If you use them make sure it's Bobs day off IMHO.

Best place in Manassas to get your vehicle Safety and Emissions inspected. They thoroughly inspect your car and don't try to nickel and dime you. If you need any repairs,, their prices are fair for quality, speedy service. I highly recommend this VA safety inspection station.

I love Roger's for their great prices and great work. After only 2 months of going there, I've found they are small, but are very helpful and very fast. They can give you options as to what work you might or might not want or need done (even without asking). They are close to Old Town Manassas, also, so it's 10-15 minutes to walk back to work if you work in that area. I haven't had to leave my car there overnight yet.Warning: It's near Georgetown South. Also, they aren't expensive, so I cannot guarantee quality, but my car drives more smooth after each trip there.

Needed an inspection done and the inspector (Sam I think) was very kind and efficient. It took a while since there was a line but got through. Paid and left. Will be returning for my inspections next year.

Never go here! I was told the they dont have to disclose their hidden fees. And when I asked the manager Bobby why, his response was literally "because I said so". He even suggested that I come down to the shop and "speak with him like a human being" and he could waive some of the fees. Why would I want to speak face to face with a man that speaks to women in that manner? I repeat NEVER go here, and if you must like in my case due to an accident, never deal with BOBBY.

Highly rude i tried to get a transmission job done here both older gentleman told me rudely an like i was a nuisance they don t work on foreign vehicles it was around closing time so he said he had no time to talk an that he was headed home for the day He said so (u should leave little boy)before he d call the police for trespassing after closed hours highly rude do not give the business if your a (minority) as they call us i am 30 years old an was treated like a kid DO NOT GO HERE PLZ

no frills, good mechanic. does solid work, seems to be priced fairly. a little gruff, but hey, who isnt there days? If I wanted a fluff job, I would go somewhere else.

They lied about the price of towing and 1night storage on the lot i was quoted $90.00 for storage and towing was $150.00 when my daughter went to pay they up They took advantage of her. charged her almost $400.00.

They gave me a great price to fix my axel, did it in a few hours and kept me updated letting me know when it was done and when the technicians left but just in case If I couldn't make it then they're open to pick up til 11pm. Totally appreciate all that they have done!

They always give a fair price and do solid work. No frills kind of place, just a straightforward mechanic.They also do inspections and emissions all week and also Saturday mornings.
