I brought in two trucks to get some brand new Continental tires and an alignment. I paid around $2000 per truck. I needed to change the tire because of previous uneven wear due to not being aligned properly. Three months later I found out one of my truck s steer tires were wearing out unevenly. I took it back to them and found out that they never did the alignment on the truck since they didn t have time for it . They never bothered to tell me that at the time, they didn t do the alignment but instead just called to say that my trucks were ready. Now I ended up putting on new tires on the steers which was almost $900 each and then paid for another alignment.

This place is so expensive to do business with, that s what the guy said to me who works here. Replacing one brake chamber just labor 161$ which is very very expensive. I did same work at love gas station for 70$. Make sure doing business with theses people first negotiate the price first otherwise they rip you off. Semi Truck drivers don t come here.

Great place. Took my RV in at the suggestion of RV service people. I had an alignment done and they helped me with new TPMS after failure of two on new tires bought elsewhere. Easy to work with. Make an appointment for quicker service.

When I had a fast leak in my commercial tire while on an RV trip, Rice Tire was only a few miles away. They took care of me quickly and I was whole again. Turned out one of my TPMs scraped a log and damaged the valve.

I needed an inspection on my Travel Trailer and not many places around Woodbridge to get it done. I found Rice Tire and glad I did. They had me in and out in under an hour. My go to place for now on. Will need tires soon and that s where I m going. Thank you

I ve been at rice tire since 8:30am they let 4 trucks get done in front of me that came hours after me. Came in for two drop tires and to plug a front tire. It s 13:30 just got drop tires on and still have to plug front tire. Been here all day this is unacceptable way to treat repeat customers. Employees that do what they want to do instead of doing trucks in order. I will NOT be coming here again for tires. Waste of my whole day. This is pathetic.

Friendly staff decently priced semi tires. Would recommend. Don t bring your trailer kind tight but offsite parking cross the street. Gave me options and pros vs cons.

Rice Tire recently fixed my mum-in-law's car and our family is now convinced we'll be taking all our cars here for service! The employee at the front desk, Kristen, was polite and kind, and in a couple days our car was fixed. Pricing was very reasonable. Professional and competent people!

Very helpful.. RV sales companies don't tell you if you have engine troubles, chassis issues you are out of luck. In fact until this company, I had considered giving up.Taking RV in for service finally.

I visited Rice Tires on a recommendation from an existing customer for my truck and it was the best thing I could have done! Not only was service good the customer service was Outstanding! In a time where that s the missing component of most establishments , Rice Tire has the answer. Provide good customer service and you ll stay in business!!!

Rice tire was fast and professional. Great work and very courteous. Had my oil changed, topped off necessary fluids, tire rotation, and inspection on my work van and reset maintenance monitor in a very reasonable time.

Had my RV serviced by their mobile tech. Large tires- frozen lug nuts. These guys know what they are doing!

I just took my 1974 GMC Motorhome to them for muffler replacement. Very professional. Brett was the mechanic and Dave was the service manager. Brett not only replaced the mufflers but also found every pinhole leak in my exhaust and sealed them. Great job!

Pros. Well equipped to service the alignment of RVs as a truck size. Elias did a great job and made recommendations to improve the alignment of the F53 chassis. Appointment schedule was easy and flexible, they accommodated a next day visit.Cons. Would have given a 5 star. Front desk could use a bit of friendliness, tact and diplomacy. Felt like I was at a shipping yard in NYC. No issues, just a very cold check out without a thank you.

I had a light come on my dash board for about one week and was unable to get off work to have it looked at. I had one scheduled day off for appointment I had arranged prior. I drove by Rice Tire and thought I wonder if this is something they do. So I pulled in , ask and was told yes. I thought I would need to bring my car back at a later date but , the nice employees said , they could take care of it that day. I walked to an appointment then back to Rice Tire. My car wasn t quite ready , so I walked home got my truck and completed some more appointments . Then back to Rice Tire, Just as they were finishing up my car. I ask about new tires for my truck and they was able to do this as well. I am so grateful that I was able to get all this done in one day for it is so hard me to get off from work. Thank you Rice Tire and the super nice front employees. I will come again.

I had to replace all the tires on my 2008 Jeep Wrangler, and bought tires through Goodyear.com. But from no fault of their own the Goodyear website dorked up the order, and I had to cancel. Long story short Rice Tire helped me resolve the issue with Goodyear. So once I finally got new tires I returned, and I cannot speak highly enough of the cheerful attitudes of all employees I encountered along with the courteousness and helpfulness of the entire operation gained them a loyal customer for all future tire needs. I will be recommending them to my family and friends from now on.

Rice Tire is always great. We take our RV there for VA state inspections, but we get such great and friendly service, if I ever need anything more, they'll be my first choice.

I'm giving 2 stars because of past experiences, but today's experience was worth zero stars. I've been using Rice for years and they were always helpful, accommodating, and friendly. I had a scheduled appointment and upon arrival I am told they can't do the work because of a truck taken apart on the rack. Fair enough, but a call would have been nice so I didn't drive there, and the guy was dismissive. I've never seen him before, so he must be fairly new. He might want to learn how to treat customers with respect, and come up with a solution instead of sending me away with nothing. The gentleman who was also helping tried to get it done for later in the day, but the new guy, who must be a manager just said no, and turned his back and went about his business. So I went to the dealer and they took care of me the way a customer should. Guess I've found a new place. Too bad, I really like the work Rice does and their customer service in the past. Bad hires ruin everything .

Very professional, technician arrived ahead of scheduled time, which was excellent. He immediately assessed the work, removed and inspected the flat tire on our 42' Motor Home.John had taken my initial call and explained the options related to replacing the tire and provided an on site replacement in case it was needed. The work was completed promptly and the debris and trash was cleaned up. Would recommend Rice Tire without hesitation.

I have brought my large RV (45 feet) here for several years for the annual inspection. Because of their extensive work with large commercial vehicles they make it an easy experience. I haven't needed tires yet, but will definitely come here when I do and in the meantime recommend them highly for an inspection service.

Rice Tire did great work and completed it as promised and on time. Service manager and mechanics were very polite and helpful. I will return if I need more work done on my F450. I would recommend them.

Was on an across country trip in my RV. Had a wheel bearing problem Called Rice Made an appointment for 7:00 AM the next day. Was told that I would be out by 5:00PM.Was there at 7:00AM. They did there diagnostics.Gave me a quote and said I would be out at 5:00 PM. I needed two front wheel bearings and two tires. Was out at 5:30 PM. Auto parts supplier provided the incorrect bearings.Cost came in below quote.I was in a difficult situation. l had called several offer options. Either they were too busy or my RV was too large.Rice came through for me. My experience good not have better thanks to Rice!

We live in MD, and my son's car was parked in Manassas for 2 weeks while he made long distance truck deliveries. Fearing one of his tires might be flat when he returned in the middle of the night, I called Rice Tire to go to the car, take a before picture of the tire, and check the tire pressure of all 4 tires. Within the hour, the mechanic went to the car, sent me a picture of the tire that lost air, and made sure all 4 tires were inflated to specifications. Excellent responsiveness and customer service.

Great customer service and the work was spot on...took my RV in to have some work done and they got me fixed and on the road in a week...the results were perfect and after driving 1800 miles in the trip not one issue...thank you Rice Tire..!
