I ve been coming here for years. Recently my F150 had an alignment issue from the factory. Tom and Tamara were fantastic at addressing any damage done, along with addressing some recall and maintenance work, getting everything done promptly and professionally. I feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with them to get work done and recommend them highly to anyone.Service: Tires

I dropped off my 2019 Toyota Truck for a oil change , now my truck has roof damage now and noticed Oil leaks in the parking lot every time I pull out a parking spot. Quick lane took no responsibility for the damage. I feel the management and staff are very difficult to deal. Won t be coming to this place !

I called everywhere due to my Honda civics skid plate falling down, and it was scraping really badly. It sounded like my car was falling apart. I finally called them and they said they could do it instantly. The front desk and the mechanics were extremely courteous and helpful. They gave me peace of mind and fixed my skid plate. Any future car problems I ll instantly come back!

When I came into quick lane the staff were super nice. My car had a hard time starting and would die on me. I needed to replace the battery and they also told me I also needed an alignment. I went ahead and proceeded with all recommended services. They got my car in quickly and took care of me. Would highly recommend quicklane Tire & Auto.Services: Wheel alignment, Battery

I had an incredible experience today at Quicklane. No one wants to start their day with car trouble but Brent made the whole process seamless and more bearable. I wasn t there too long before he was able to go over the issues with the vehicle and give me an estimate. I was quoted to have the service done by the end of the day and they delivered on that! Thank you to the techs that worked on my vehicle! I was very impressed with the caliber of service I received and I wouldn t choose anywhere else in Manassas to go for my next service. Thanks guys!!

The worst Quicklane experience I've EVER had. I submitted my F250 and a coupon for "mid winter service" for $69.95. They said they can't do anything with a truck that large and sent it over to the dealership.THEY NEVER TOLD THE DEALERSHIP ABOUT THE COUPON! The dealership (Ted Britt) decided to do whatever they wanted to do and only changed the oil and filter CHARGING ME MORE THAN TWICE THE PRICE AFTER GIVING HALF THE SERVICE!! If I was rich enough to carry a lawyer in my hip pocket, I would have them in court so fast they might lose their license to sell Fords. Bear in mind this was Quicklane in Fairfax. The Quicklane in Manassas has never treated me poorly, so that is where I'm taking my truck from now on. They know how to service an F250 and they treat the customer right.

Sketchy at best. I would have spent thousands and most likely broken down in the near future had i let them do what they wanted. Took my 2000 Lincoln town car in for a trip check. They gave my whole car a clean bill of health( this will be important later) except for a coolant leak . They said they needed to pressure test and dye my system and see where the leak was coming from to the tune of 150$. NEVER PAY FOR A PRESSURE TEST!! auto zone will rent you a pressure test system FREE OF CHARGE. So I went and got an autozone test kit and pressure tested the system. No leaks!! It was my ac compressor that was leaking a bunch of PAG oil. The leak had nothing to do with my coolant at all. A day later my ac compressor completely broke down so that s when I went ahead and replaced my compressor and dryer my self which cost me about 250$, but it can be an extensive job, a shop will charge you well over 600$ for it. If I had been someone who wasn t car savvy and just let them pressure test it to find no leak then charge for ac compressor replacement I d be out a lot of money. The professional technicians should have seen that it was clearly leaking from the compressor, the coolant was not low even a little. Either they were trying to take advantage of me and charge me for a service they know I didn t need and rip me off or they were too incompetent to see that liquid clearly dripping from my ac compressor wasn t coolant. Not sure which is worse. Steer clear.

Awesome service! I brought my car here for a second opinion and the cost was cheaper than the first place. They were kind and made sure I was satisfied with my brake service. The staff was very friendly and quickly serviced my vehicle. In and out. I recommend this place to anyone looking for fast friendly service, done right the first time.

DON'T GO HERE FOR STATE INSPECTIONS. Went for a state inspection, failed me and told me I needed rear tires replaced, quoted me a crazy high price, got it done elsewhere for less than half the price. Came back and they said I actually needed front tires, the rears were fine, and refused to give me even a rejection sticker. Got the car inspected somewhere else without replacing the front tires and it passed no problem.

I used to come here all the time. I went for an oil change and was told I needed a new battery. The car was working fine but I followed the recommendation and had it replace. It is now the third Monday in a row I have left home to go out and the car is completely dead. At first it was the dimmer switch (don't turn it all the way up), they something after factory is draining the battery (paid large sum of money to have all after factory wiring removed), and now...you guessed it came out on Sunday to go out and car is dead. There was absolutely nothing wrong before they changed the battery. They became argumentative when I came back and said it must be the battery. I called the dealership....will no longer bring any cars here.

I have been dealing with Quick Lane in Manassas since I owned my first modern Mustang, 17 years ago. The staff is always friendly, fair, and competent. I've never had any issues with them and they always do good work.

After buying my car from battlefield ford I took it to the main dealer shop and did not have a good experience at all. I decided to give the company a second chance and took my focus to their quicklane location and could not be happier. Anthony was very friendly and up front with what my car needed and whathe could wait until I have more money. Service was done quickly and Anthony kept me updated with the status of my car. Very professional service and I will most definitely be bringing my car back

Super bad customer service. I brought in the car because there was trouble with my car. Been here for 1 week and the car still doesn t work correctly. Now they want me to wait another week so that a transmission technician comes and fixes the car. The workers at this place asked me what is wrong with the car. Which they should ve fixed the entire time. How would I know? Am I the technician or are they? This place is complete garbage and I highly don t recommend anyone to come here at all.

Rarely have I been as impressed with service of any kind like I have been with Battlefield Ford Quicklane. This is why I am writing my first google review. They just do it right. All of it. Professional, courteous, skilled, fair and they really do appreciate customers who thank them for a job well done. This is the way it's supposed to be. Thanks. :)

I am particular when it comes to automotive maintenance and value attention to detail. I took in a lifted 2012 F-150 to this location for an oil change, and rear brakes. The staff was extremely professional, honest, and timely. Carlos, John, and the service technician who worked on the truck do great work.

Aaron and John were fabulous! I went for the Works Package and a State Inspection. They found a leak that was repaired under warranty. Came back the next day with a concern about a noise when I braked. Aaron rose with me and discussed the proper repair. Quick Lane made all the necessary adjustments and I am completely satisfied. Will be back!

Dan and Carlos in the Quick lane are awesome. They always do a great job and are very good at what they do. I always pull up drop keys off and 20mins later its done. Love these guys. The Main shop is where i get the headaches at. Dont know if they need to spend a day in the quick lane to see how to treat people. I also bet there losing you guys tons of business. I'll continue to use the quick lane for all my vehicles. Thankyou again for all the hard work and friendly atmosphere. Thanks again Dan the man and Carlos.

I came in at 5:45 PM told they will close at 6:00 and refused the service and suggested to come the next day before 5:00 PM. I came in today at 2:15 PM the manager said too busy and sent me to the main shop. I got to the main shop and they were busier than Quick Lane. Nobody at the main shop acknowledged me, they were busy in front of their computers. So I left the shop and went to AAA which I had a great service plus awesome coffe.

I found them respectful, professional and skillful of what they do. I had an auto part which had not been to be reused however here they repaired and turned to something everlasting in my car.

Watch out when you get a oil change, the new service advisor will try to rip you off. I take all 3 of my cars here for oil and rotation that is normally 45 plus tax. They tried charging me 77 total. When I asked why it cost way more then normal the new advisor said my car required full synthetic oil ( it doesn't according to the manual) and the previous advisor was giving it to me for free. They are trying to upsale you by saying it is required for there own bouns.

Regarding Anthony Swan, Manager of Quick Lane Battlefield Ford Tire and Auto Center. If you want an honest, fair auto repair shop, then this is the place to go. I ve been a car owner for thirty years, and this past week I ve had the best experience of my life dealing with an auto repair shop. I accidentally put unleaded gas in my VW turbo diesel. A dummy, I know, but I love this car, and after reviewing online procedures for fixing it, I was distraught that I had destroyed the fuel system and was facing up to $6000 in repairs and a void on any warranties. I have little doubt this is what would ve happened had I taken it to the dealership. I just happen to be talking with Lauren Topper at Brown s Kia, and she referred me to Anthony Swan, saying he was an expert on diesel engines. When I spoke with him, Mr. Swan assured me that he could fix this problem. Two days later, I picked up the car, and it was running perfectly, like nothing ever happened. He even fixed one of my brake lights. When he quoted the price for the repairs, I was stunned at how low were the charges. (How many times has THAT ever happened to you?) Probably all of us know that nagging doubt about whether or not our mechanic is telling us the truth. I m just so thankful that I was referred to Mr. Swan and Quick Lane Battlefield Ford Automotive. Scheduled an appointment for 1210 during my lunch and noted online that I will be waiting for the vehicle. I arrive on time and an employee stated that the techs are at a meeting and I would have to wait. Would have been nice if someone would have notifed me before I wasted my time.
