I walked into this business not knowing much about it. Vector (the owner?) is an excellent mechanic and knows exactly what he s doing. He was also so patient with diagnosing my car issues twice without charging me for it. When I finally took my car to get ht fixed, his turnaround was very good and the costs very reasonable. He has excellent work ethics - he even asked me not to spend the additional money on something that I thought was needed. I ll be going back any time. Highly recommended

I took my car to Promise Auto Repair for brakes and headlights restoration and Victor did excellent job. I believe Promise Auto Repair is the most reliable auto shop in the area.
