They took care of my insurance company and did a great job on repairing my car. They kept me informed about what was going on with the details of my car and telling me when it would be ready. I will definitely tell friends and family about them, and if I ever need body work again, I will take it to them.

Had a fender bender and took to Platinum Auto body for repair. When I came to pickup my car I noticed a small scratch and dent on the passenger side wheel well near bumper. I had taken pictures to submit to my insurance company so I know it wasn't there prior. I spoke with the Manager Mike and he ended up replacing the passenger side fender at no additional cost. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were to me. Would highly recommend for any repairs MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES OF THE VEHICLE BEFORE YOU TAKE IT TO HAVE WORK DONE.

They do a great job, but communication and customer service is needs lots of help. Vehicle was not ready by due date and when they did finally finish the job they call at 4pm and say they close at 5pm. There are other shops that would make you much happier.

Platinum was an amazing experience, Mike was above and beyond expectations, communicated, answered any and all questions made sure when the insurance people sent over incorrect info that we got it lined out and quickly. Allen was also involved in our repairs and did amazing! Of course there was a couple hiccups but Mike was efficient and attentive with them.If we hadn t already paid a place before meeting them we would have our first claim handled by Platinum as well and still might and if we can get a refund!We would recommend Platinum!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Sadly I can t remember the name of the employee that helped me with my case, but everyone I talked to was extremely helpful and kind. The shop did an amazing job fixing my bumper, and I really appreciated how trustworthy they all were. They even talked to my insurance for me when they found additional damage from my wreck, settling all matters with them so I didn t have to. They even cleaned my car - inside and out - and took out the garbage bags I had. What surprised me the most was they changed out the headlight that went out. I had the materials at home to do it myself, but the shop went ahead and did it for me. They also got the work done a day early! I m so grateful for this shop and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know who needs body work done on their vehicle. I can see why this shop is USAA certified!

UPDATE: My MIL no longer drives due to Alzheimer s. We purchased her 2017 Subaru Forester last August after moving her here from MO because it only had 6K miles on it. Unfortunately she had done some damage to it and didn t remember where or how. We took it to Platinum and they restored it beautifully. A great job was done once again.My 2020 Hyundai Palisade was rear ended last July. My local dealership recommended Platinum for the repair. I dropped it off to them the same day that it was hit. They repaired it in less time and the initial estimate doubled because of their thoroughness to make sure all damage was addressed. I would highly recommend them and should I need auto body services in the future they will be my go to!

I chose this place based on its reviews but I had the worst body shop experience here. They called me 4 times saying my truck was fixed but it was always missing some pieces. I have the truck back but it isn't aligned well and they damaged one of the shocks and the ride is now bumpy, and they don't want to take responsibility of that. They do not act like professionals. The insurance paid for the repairs but they just like taking money. I do not recommend going here

My body repair was on again/off again due to Covid but the people here were always so helpful, patient and understanding. Once I got my car in there for the repairs, everything was on time and the job they did was perfect! Mike and Ryan very helpful and informative. Estimate was right in the ballpark, too. Did tremendous job on my Kia's 2020 front bumper which sustained a perplexing "meltdown from some type of external high heat source" that neither Kia nor Mike or Ryan had seen before. Still don't know the cause of the damage, but Platinum Auto Body was terrific. Highly recommend them.

Had to get some work done after my car was in the parking lot of my job. They were great though the whole process. I hope nothing happens to my car again but if so I would definitely use these guys!

The management was terrible, called me a liar when one of his guys were there to see the situation. Went off on me when I didn't even care how the srs light got there just said it was crazy because wasn't there the other day. If they get business it's because the guy that answers the phone is very professional and because the people actually doing the work do a decent job, but if you have to deal with the "boss" of the shop go the other way because this guy is ignorant. Didn't get my business to say the least.
