Extremely professional staff, they were honest and accommodating, I had brake and coolant service done on my van. I also thought I had an additional problem but they went the extra mile to confirm that I didn't need even more work. It's been rare for me to find honest folks but I found them here. Took 2 hours for an oil change even when I had an appointment. When I left a review on their own feedback website, I received between 10-15 communications via email, text, phone calls about my review. No one wants to be harassed when leaving feedback.

Service department is garbage. Almost 3 hours waiting for them to balance my tires. Receptionist told me it was $115 because I didn t have the right equipment? The weights you replaced that you charge to replace, $89.95 on labor because of the time spent performing the work. Why was my air conditioning on when y all were only servicing my tires. Woman taking the payment seemed to be the only competent person there. Avoid coming here, it s only a waste of your time.

My experience is the worst there can be in the area. I took my car for something insignificant and they returned it ruined with a bad engine. I do not recommend it for anything in the world. Be careful before you arrive because they will always want to find defects in the cars without me. They have them themselves, they ruin pieces and then they want you to pay and replace the worst of the worst for me. At least 10 stars are of no use, super bad service.

***DISHONEST, GO ELSEWHERE***I ve taken my Ford Fusion to be serviced at this dealership for several years due to location. Service has always been slow but I tolerated it because it s close. I recently brought my car in because the battery is holding less than half the charge it did a year ago. This is actually the second time I brought my car in for this reason. The first time I was told to replace my charging cord. This accomplished nothing and only resulted in me needlessly spending additional money at Ourisman Ford Service Center. The second visit I was told that while the battery function is at less than 50%, all tests indicate it functions properly. It was impossible to speak rationally with the service representative, she only regurgitated preprogrammed talking points tests and policies. I spent thousands of dollars on a warranty for this precise reason and now when my car is obviously not functioning as it should, I m told this isn t covered. The primary selling point of this warranty as it was presented to me was that it would cover the Hybrid battery components, which are costly to replace. Complete dishonesty at both the point of sell and with the service team at Ourisman who refuse to honor a Ford warranty. Additionally, the service team operates with absolute incompetency. When I ordered the charging cord (that was a complete waste of money), I was given a box with the wrong part in it. I had to make another trip to this service center to be given the correct part. It sad think about how shameless these people are in how they do business.

I used to frequent other Ford dealerships, but after bringing my trucks here half a dozen times, they now have my future business! Easy to communicate with, and they ve always done a great job as far as I can tell.

I had my Ford at this dealer for about 9 1/2 months. The Svc advisor lied to me for months. I then went through 3 service mgrs. the last one final told me the truth and somehow was able to get my repair completed in 2 weeks. wrote a letter. to the GM and explained what happened and as unprofessional as it sounds the GM has never even contacted me to apologize about the situation. Thanks to ourisman ford of manassas.. they fix my 2018 ford focus se turbocharger. When the oil pump belt came apart and damaged the engine turbocharger the ourisman ford of manassas. When I towed and dropped off they went right work not the only fix the starter they fix engine and the put new battery too and they did multi point inspection I drop my car off to them at 12/11/23 and got back 12/19/23 and they keep updating me with progress topnotch and well done.. phenomenal service and so friendly and Professional

Beyond grateful for Chris Liquido in the service department for fitting me in on a busy schedule to replace my passenger side mirror and mirror housing. Beyond grateful for Andrew Wazner Parts Director for setting it up to get the parts needed and William Britt for his exceptional work in helping to find me a vehicle to be able to trade in my current one.

I would most definitely recommend going elsewhere for any service. Front staff was not helpful. Service technicians here like to cover your in-car dash cam with oily rags so you can't see the shady work practices they're doing, and they love to talk down to you on the phone and cut you off and talk over you mid-sentence when you're trying to give them the information they asked for... They take so long with the repairs that people are falling asleep in the waiting room! This location needs to trash all its mechanics and hire people who actually want to work, and actually want to make people's days better by fixing their cars.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Pro-The inside staff was amazing. Gave me exactly what I needed with out trying to upsell excessively.Con- I travel for work and it's usually about $140-$150 for oil changes at quick lane. I asked them for a price and was told "About $120, plus shop supplies". The total was $205 when I checked out. To me, this seems deceptive. Shop supplies around 40% of the total and this amount purposely not given when I asked for a price. When I got back in the truck the seat and steering wheel had been moved, not just forward/ back but every adjustment on both in a totally different place. The plastic seat protector and paper floor mat were still in the vehicle, yet just kind of balled up (not safe to drive a vehicle with these on the roads), yet there was oil on the dash.

So hear me out, I tried to get a vehicle I had serviced that had 2 days left under warranty. They said the would call me back in 1 hour and didn't for a full week. I ended up calling 4 times in total. At first, I was upset. however, I finally did end up getting in touch with them after my warranty expired. They still brought me in and fixed more than they were originally going to, reliable, and in a timely manner. Once I got in, I was impressed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have 2018 Lincoln Navigator. I have been with 3 different ford and Lincoln service but this is the only Ford Service in Manassas Virginia who was able to help me with my car main issue. My biggest concern was the Oil leak. Now it s fixed. I thought this will never end but today it feels like a miracle. Thanks to my advisor Jose and his service team for taking care of this. Not to mention, the AC was also fixed. The staffs here were very approachable and listen attentively with my concerns. I highly recommend this ford service located in 8980 Mathis avenue, Manassas Va. They are highly equipped, fast and thorough making sure that you can drive your car safe.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto emissions testing, Air conditioning, Vehicle safety inspection

Don t waste your time coming here for service, you re better off going to another Ford dealer even if it means a longer drive. Only thing you ll be doing here is waiting for your vehicle to be worked on and in reality it s sitting in their parking lot. My truck was worked on for transmission issues and I was told it d be ready to go in the morning and my advisor Jon said he d give me a call in the morning. No call was made to me so I decided to reach out myself, I was then told my warranty information was being wrapped up and would be ready for pick up and that I would receive a call back in 10-15 minutes. Since I was told that I decided to get dropped off and wait for what I thought would be 5 min as this was 10 min after I was told I would receive a call back. Those 5 minutes turned into 2.5 hours, during the entire waiting period I was told my truck would be pulling up shortly, and that it was on a test drive to confirm the issues were fixed. In reality the entire time I was waiting my truck was in the parking lot across the street not having moved the entire time. This service center is worth it if you have time to wait hours, but if you re looking for a professional, reliable, & timely service center I wouldn t bother. Overall, the only people worth dealing with here are the cashiers(Taylor in my case) as they don t waste your time. If I was able to put 0 stars I would.Service: Transmission

Brought my truck (2018 f150 3.5 ecoboost) here to have the cam phasers done for a recall. They were very professional! Reggie the service advisor updated me throughout the week. Other shops were quoting me a few months to have it fixed. Ourisman told me 4 to 5 days, which it did. The mechanic even give me a thorough tour of the truck while It was torn down with the cab lifted up. All of my work was done through a Ford recall, and they did not charge me a dime extra. I even asked them to replace additional parts so they did. my truck is running better than ever before. The mechanic did a fantastic job on my truck, as they seem very knowledgeable. highly recommend these guys!

I currently have a vehicle at the shop and I have been trying to call the service department and get a hold of my rep (Emily) with no luck. I was told, they would transfer me to her voicemail but all I heard was music and no one picked up the phone for over 30 mins. Called back and I was told, she is on the phone helping another customer, do I mind holding. My reply was "No." Another over 30 minute wait so I hung up. I guess they can call me back after this message is reviewed.Poor customer service and I thought they had fixed these issues as I gave them a good review about 8 months ago. Service is declining again.

Where do I start called to make an appointment for an oil change , I get there 4 guys on their phones , nobody acknowledged me, advisor claimed it was gonna take 30 mins and I ended waiting over 2 hours, obviously it s very upsetting and I didn t even get an update once I asked advisor (Tamara )rude!!! Telling me to go back and wait instead of checking in status never going back ! Unless you wanna waste soooooo long for a simple oil change

Service advisor Emily went above and beyond to accommodate my vehicle from Texas. Her and the service team diagnosed and fixed my transmission issue as well as prepped the vehicle for a long road trip. Other Ford service centers in the Northern Va area as well as in Houston quoted me anywhere between 2 and 8 weeks to have a transmission issue diagnosed due to technician shortages. If I could relocate this service center to Houston I would!Service: Transmission

The Ourisman Ford Service Department, under the new managementof Beaver, did an outstanding job of installing a retractable cover for my new F-150 Platinum. He confirmed the type of cover with me before starting, ensured his technicians did a quality job, and kept me informed along the way. The tonneau cover looks and works great! I would recommend Beaver and his team highly to family, friends, and anyone else who asked!

I had an airbag recall and needed to get the airbag replaced. I was trying to make an appt with the Warrenton location, but no one ever answered. This location was quick to make an appt, kept me informed, and gave me a car to use while they worked on it.

Battlefield Ford service continues to disappoint. Took truck in for service no problem found on an intermitten 4x4 problem. Didn't even pop the hood to investigate. Only took it for a 20 mile test drive. I would use a different dealer for service.
