The worst customer service ever. The guy rolled the tires from one story building and almost crashed my car and hurt my hands. This is very dangerous place and unwise people working here. Specially the dude with the beard. Extremely rude and un cautious. I will never do any more business with them again.

These guys are good to work with!!! Even though I had a bad experience it was on the shipper that canceled my load ?????? but when the guys got the temp help in there they really got me unloaded quick and got me gone !!! They do have truck parking and bathroom facilities during the day for the drivers

This company hands down has the worst customer service. They are poor communicators and the whole operation is very unorganized. My company has been dealing with Carroll, now NTW, for years. I have always dreaded having to go and pick tires directly. Changing their name has not improved a damn thing. This the most unprofessional bunch I've seen. They need to go check out American Tire Distributors to see how a real , professional wholesale tire company operates. It's like night and day. Even TCI who they recently acquired and put out of business did a much better job than they do. If we did not have to use the guys, we would not. I bet nothing will improve here because I think they are too big for their britches and really do not give a damn.

NTW, the new drivers they have with the white and red vans have no respect for drivers, they zip pass you with no regards to anything, they would see you and still drive and almost hit people and they don't care. They need to stop that or they will cause a lot of damage.

Not business oriented and poor communication. Our shop is buying tires from them for the last two years now and we always paid cash or check upon delivery. We got a call saying that someone by name Escobar came and picked up 4 tires on behalf of our company and and they want us to pay for it.1. Entire 2 year transactions shows that we never picked up a tire and never bought them for credit.2. The way how our account is set also clearly shows that we always order delivery and pay right there and then to avoid all the misunderstandings.3. Your representative who let the tires go with Escobar should've asked his business card or any ID card so he can keep it for his files.4. Imagine how would you feel if one your vendors would call you and informed about similar case.So basically you are loosing a client who was buying $2000-$3000 tires due to lack of proficiency of your employee and managers. And of course you picked the easiest way jus to blame your client for all what happened there.SAD, Very SAD...

I went to pick up tires but I didn't receive any customer service or any help very bad communication .Manager was not cooperative Overall bad service

Let me start off by saying I purchased tires for numerous years from AKA Carroll tires now NTW and this place sucks you place the order online or you calling the phone and ask him to have them ready for when you come in to pick them up it takes approximately 45 minutes at the counter for them to pull an invoice pull your tires and you sit there and wait for them I have asked to see tires before purchase they said it's too much trouble they're going to pull a tire out and let me look at it to make sure the tread pattern is what a customer once they said it would have to be taken out of inventory that would have to be put back in and then it would have to be restocked on the shelf excuses excuses they don't want to pull tires out for you to look at to purchase you purchase tires and the newest thing they started now is they wait two weeks and then they bill your credit card no phone call on the phone saying we're going to charge no nothing assuming that they charge your credit card that day you called in and gave him permission they decided to charge without permission then you call up and ask them about it and all they have to say it's a long process they are not business-minded they are not people person if my customers was dealt with the way they dealt with me I would have horrible reviews and lose my customers American tire is the same prices tires if not a couple dollars more they deliver tires within an hour and they offer to take you old tires from your business for you very very good personalities very nice people to deal with Carroll tire or NTW or will be losing another customer I don't spend a whole lot but all little bit counts

The lady at the front desk is darn near the rudest person I've met.It's a shame because everyone else is very nice.

Well let me see this place we dealt with 37 years and they are terrible since it turn to ntw and keep send us Bill's saying we haven't payed are bill and my boss sent them a check after he gets the bill so ya this place we dont even deal with no more and they need to get rid of kay she no good for that company and now I deal with Atlantic tire it's been great thank for chasing me away NTW nice job and also wouldn't make up out of round tires up 4 of them
