This was my first time visiting NOVA Speed Shop due to a friend's recommendation and it was an amazing experience. I had a front lip installed on my BMW M4 and they kept me situationally aware and informed throughout the entire process, which I appreciated. In addition, I informed them that I was not happy with the rear spoiler (the adhesive was coming apart and it wasn't perfectly attached to the car) that was initially installed/performed at the BMW service shop and they were able to reinstall and attach it way better than before at a very appropriate price. My car looks fantastic and I will be returning for any other automotive related matters. An added bonus is that their lounge area is cozy and their staff members were friendly and accomodating during my entire stay. I highly recommend NOVA Speed Shop!

Phil and Aria have been taking care of me for so many years! These guys absolutely rock! Got my dream exhaust installed by them and everything went flawless! Keep up the amazing work guys! You've got a customer for life! But y'all already knew that!

NOVA speed shop has been my go to for all my and my family s cars. This has included a m3, gs300, gr86, Mini Cooper, 240sx, and x2. They ve done everything from retrofitting air conditioning to basic wheel and tire mounting. Every time the entire staff is very communicative and realistic about when the car will be complete. They also make sure I m informed about what is going on with the vehicle and the best options if problems do arise, which some time they do - these are 25-30 year old cars sometimes. I trust nova speed shop with all my cars and will continue to do so

Went in today to get UCA s greased. Met a few guys on the team, all super nice. Will be brining my truck here this summer to jump to 35s. Only reputable Toyota 4x4 garage I ve seen in NoVA. Highly recommend.

Update: Brough my 22' GR86 to them for an alignment just recently. Awesome work with a fast turn around time.Great guys and a good environment. Brought them my 18 86 to have some ride height adjustments and alignment dialed in. The guys stayed after hours for roughly 45 minutes to work out a minor issue causing my rear wheel to rub on the inner lip. Got me sent home with the car same night.For sure plan on bringing my car back here.Service: Auto maintenance

I took my car in for an engine swap, was told that it would get done in 2-3 days. Those days went by, I called, and they said another week. A week went by, I called, and was told that there would be another $1000 in labor to make the transmission work with the car. I was promised that my old transmission would get acid washed because the new one wasn't going in, that never happened. Still dirty the same as it was before. Was not told that this would have to happen and I was blamed for not knowing what I was getting myself into. Almost a month later, I got my car back. It ran well, until I got under it to inspect the car. The o2 sensor was not plugged in and just zip tied out of the way, I was missing an exhaust gasket so the car was drone-y and loud, missing flywheel cover bolts, clutch slave cylinder bolts and 2 large bolts holding my engine and transmission together. I was missing my rubber gloves and shop towels out of my trunk, I only assume that the people in this shop used them while working on my car. The coolant overflow did not have a line to put the coolant back into the system, rather it just drained onto the ground so I am slowly loosing coolant every day. Then about a week later the car broke down and I learned that the slave cylinder flexed and broke because of the missing bolt and my clutch release bearing broke because of the missing bolts holding the engine and transmission together. My reverse lights also no longer work, I just had it fixed prior to the engine swap. Overall, I do not recommend this shop to anyone wanting a fast and painless engine swap. Please go somewhere else.

Took my 208K mile 2000 Camaro Z28 to Nova Speed Shop for a problem that several other mechanics could not properly diagnose and has been lingering since 2008. When I dropped off my vehicle, the technician took a lot of time to discuss the history of my vehicle and recommended different solutions he felt would solve the problem. He genuinely seemed to care about my issues and did not steer me in other directions that were not needed. After I picked up my Camaro, it ran better than it has in many years. Although it took a little time to get an appointment, it was well worth the wait. The total cost of the repairs was close to the original estimate and I am satisfied with their work. Nova Speed Shop exceeded my expectations. This is the 3rd time having the truck worked on for different things and after the first time, I knew I was never taking it anywhere else. I went in for a bigger project with my 4runner and everyone was very patient on the details and parts ordering process. Very professional and knowledgeable about what the end result I was looking for. I m new to off-roading and the possibilities of modifications. They walked me thru the process of the what, how and why with the project in a professional, non pretentious manner. These guys love what they do. I learned a lot! I was very comfortable asking questions and got honest answers. Couldn't be happier w the end results. In a couple weeks, we are bringing my wife's truck in for a project and I have the utmost confidence that the boys at Nova Speed Shop will again go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. I would recommend Nova Speed Shop for any project, big or small.Their high standards and professionalism raised the bar.

I took my 08 Highlander there and they hooked me up!!!! Service....top notch....price top notch...workmanship top notch. I highly recommend this company. Do not hesitate on basic service or upgraded services. They have maintained my car A-Z and thus review is long overdue. Excellent work guys!!! your community thanks you too.

The entire experience from the first phone call until my complete repair was done it was top-tier. Friendly environment very understanding people. I had to get my engine block swapped on my genesis coupe. They found a block & replaced it within a week of receiving it; when my local shop was unable to find an engine block. I literally googled a tune shop near me and found these guys! But they do much more than just that. Very trustworthy and i would go back to get more work done

Excellent. Above and beyond. I ve had a lot of work done on my 18 ZL-1 here and I can t say enough about the crew at NOVA speed shop. Phil and Arii (spelling?) always answered the phone and responded quickly THE SAME DAY when I had questions about my car while it was in their care. Above and beyond customer service, you d be surprised at the amount of work Phil did well without racking up labor hours or extra charges. It s professionally done and exactly how I d do it if I was a dang wizard at the car game. I will recommend them too anyone .they save the car and saved me a lot of heartache in the future. Even offered too replace a gauge (that was not ideal) once the parts get replaced from the vendor. These guys really know their business. 1000/10 would recommend.

The engine blew in my 2003 Honda Civic Si on a Tuesday, got it towed to Nova Speed Shop on Wednesday, and they were able to get a JDM engine installed and running by Friday night.That was a month and nearly 3,000 miles ago - engine has been flawless.Great shop - they really came through for me (and at a very reasonable price)Highly recommend!

I was recommended this shop by an old high school friend.I had already visited other performance shops around my area but was not impressed with their fancy showrooms, ridiculous prices, and unnecessary upsells.When arriving at the Speed Shop, there isnt a formal showroom and you basically just walk into the shop area. Which, some people it may turn away, but for me I actually liked because you get a chance to see what is normally hidden away from the customers eye.I was immediately greeted by Aria and explained what I needed to have done. I felt comfortable talking to them about the issue with my car and going over prices and turn around time. The initial labor estimate cost from the end result, out the door price was almost spot on.I got my car back within a timely manor even though they were very busy with other projects.Within two days I had my car back with a brand new clutch installed. Which they had to send out the flywheel elsewhere to get resurfaced, otherwise I may have had my car back the same day.After driving my car the first night, the clutch was engaging way too soon. I came back to the shop the following day and described the issue. They were willing to bring it back in to be adjusted while I waited. But due to already made plans for the day I declined st that time.Turns out the car just needed some "break in time" and I was good to go. Really didn't need an alignment afterwards either which I was expecting.So all in all. Very happy with this shop. Good honest people that have a passion for the cars they work on and seem to take a lot of pride in their work.I also spoke with Phil via email throughout the entire process before the car was even in the shop and he answered any questions I had.If I ever need anything done on my car again that I can't handle at home, this will be my go to place.

They do an amazing job, I had some new tires put on wheels and they took care of quickly. They also informed that one of the wheels had a slight bend to it but that I shouldn't notice it while drivingI also have friends that take their cars to them and have nothing but good things to say about them...needless to say Ill be returning for future needs

Phil and Aria are truthful, helpful guys.Looking at an Evo from a dealership. Brought it over to them to look it over and they called to tell me the headlight wasn't working, but everything else checked out fine. I took this up with the dealer, and when they adjusted the cost but couldn't fix the issue, back to Nova Speed Shop it went.Quick swap of the ballast was needed. They said the old one burned out because of condensation inside the lens. Offered, but never forced me to buy a new headlight. Replaced the ballast as I requested, and down the road I went. Headlight still going strong!

Just rolled in unannounced to check the shop out and ask about welding projects. Showed me some awesome cars and had some valuable info with regard to intercooler piping limitations, wastegates and reaching for more power.
