Routine maintenance, tune, repair or if you want a full race car built these guys are the best around. They are the German car experts. Friendly knowledgeable staff and fair pricing.

Brought in THE M5 for some upgrades and I immediately felt comfortable with New German Performance as a whole. Facility is well equipped, comfortable and everyone is very knowledgeable. This has become my trustworthy go to place for upgrades and diagnostics.

Very happy with my ride height adjustment. I feel very confident in the work. It looks and rides way better than when I attempted to do it myself! Extremely professional with working through guidance and other issues as well.

Had work done on my Golf R and was absolutely blown away by this shop's professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy their customer's needs. I will be recommending this shop to every VW person I talk with. Can't wait to have more work don't there!

The only business in the area that I trust with my Audi B8.5 S4. I have had them work on my S4 not infrequently in the past. Always a good experience.My story: I recently visited to have new rotors and ceramic pads installed. Shortly after checking my car in, I was asked to speak with the mechanic working on the task. He related to me that my existing pads and rotors were 90% and it wasn't critical to replace them. I let him know the new equipment was to lessen the massive amount of brake dust the OEM pads generate. That level of honesty displays a commitment to treating their customers with respect and their belief that a relationship with the customer has a greater value than turning a quick profit.I always correspond with Benji via email. Never a bad experience. I have some more work coming in the early fall. I will actually be asking if they can do basic maintenance as well. Book soon because they are always busy which is a good sign. I highly recommend NGP.

I was referred to NGP by many other Audi owners and I was extremely satisfied with the service they provided on my car. I had oil change, tires and alignment done. Their team is very friendly and professional. Definitely coming back in the future.

If I could give more stars I would. They are very professional and have great rates. These guys know their stuff and I always trust they will do top quality work on my car. I had them install their type 1 coilovers on my GTI along with other suspension goodies and couldn t be happier. Great work NGP! Higly recommended professionals team that goes straight to the point without any doubt on cheat or money waste. They have made a detailed inspection report of my second hand Audi, always kind and available on taking care of any request -bymail, phone or in person-, offers the right time to explain the work ahead, higlighting urgency and postpone what is possible do be done on the near future - a sustainable solution to split costs.Their job is a high standard and you could trust that will last.It's a valuable extra the waiting comfy space for customers for doing your remote work or just enterteiment with beverages, or at 10 mins walk there is a cafe. Just bought a 2016 Golf R private party in NY that was serviced here. They took the time to explain what's been done to the car and were professional even though I can't practically drive the car 500 miles to them. Much appreciated.

Highly recommend NGP! My family has been bringing their VWs to the NGP in Maryland for years, so when I started having issues with BMWs service department, and felt like all they wanted was my money, I switched to NGP. If you are looking for an honest, trust worthy, more affordable place you can take your car, look no further. Plus the staff is always super nice and professional!

The team at NGP is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I'm a return customer but this was my first time at their new location in VA. Their new facility is top notch. Plenty of parking, their garage looks great and their waiting room is nice as well (during the covid-19 pandemic they have a tent with chairs set up outside to observe social distancing which kept me cool and comfortable while I was waiting for my vehicle).Even though their shop is over an hour drive from me NGP's workmanship and customer service will keep me coming back to them.

An awesome experience with a team of people who definitely know their stuff. Look forward to having my vehicles serviced again in the near future. Had a Dinan Stage 1 tune put on my 2016 BMW 640i Gran Coupe xDrive and any questions or concerns were answered by Benji and Mike and the rest of their team.

These guys are just absolutely the best. I had some aftermarket wheels that needed to have tires mounted & balanced and they offered a great price. Despite being completely booked, they offered to squeeze it in when they had time since they were loose. I just dropped them off the same day I spoke with Benji and they were ready the very next day. Correct tire pressure as well because they are that thorough.In the past I had taken my previous GTI to get an APR Stage 1 tune which went smoothly. It was my first venture into modding despite owning many VW's. I asked for suggestions on gradual mods and Mike provided in great detail what he would recommend. I wish they were closer but still worth the drive out there. You can entrust them with your vehicle needs, they seriously know their stuff and bombard you with amazing customer service.

I took my 17" audi s6 for a 1)clancking/rattling suspension noiseI was told it's control arms and will cost around 2K to replace(to be fair to NGP a very reasonable price to replace all of them for the cost)but misdiagnosed and almost cost me 1900$ more than what it actually is.It actually turned out to be a loose break pad(thanks to Deutchwerx in Elrkidge).2) I handed my keys around 9.30am and was out the shop around 11.30am but was charged for 3 hours. I wouldn't mind paying if they actually found the problem.

NGP continues to do amazing work. Skilled techs, knowledgeable staff, and very up front with how they like to proceed to best tackle your vehicles problem. My RS3(86k miles) came in for a ticking noise and they updated me every step of the way. Pretty fast turn around as well. Will continue to go to them like I have for the last 60k miles.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

The name of the game with this shop is consistency. You will get the same level of customer service and professionalism each time you go. If I could give them more stars as a review, I would. They got me in and did exactly as I asked to exacting specifications. If you're looking for a good place to take your car for some work, this is the place. They take pride in their abilities and skill. It's rare to find that. More than less I find places that wow me with their customer service and then deliver subpar. I'm a results kind of person and they did well

Benji and Mike love performance cars, they really know their stuff, and are happy to dispense advice over the phone and in person. I was hearing a worrisome noise in my Golf R and I wasn t trusting the diagnosis from the VW dealer. Mike and Benji took a look and correctly diagnosed a transmission issue, and not rotors or clutch. Armed with their helpful insight, I went back to VW and got the transmission replaced under warranty.

The only thing I don t like about this shop is that it s 40 mins away. Josh does a great job being responsive and accommodating with any ad-hoc requests. They get the job done right

I went to NGP with worn out brakes, Benji and the rest of the staff helped me put the perfect package together for my driving style and budget. After installing it and a slight issue with the brakes (manufacturers fault) they helped me get the setup perfect and we re awesome fitting me into their already busy schedule. First time coming here. Brought my 2012 Audi A4 here for a carbon cleaning and I had an excellent experience. The car was running rough and they made it run like new. I worked with Russ and he did a great job answering any questions that I had. The price for the job was good and I would recommend them to others!

I lost months of my life and hundreds of dollars in transport alone bringing my car here for tuning. The tune absolutely wreaked havoc on my transmission which they were somehow incapable of noticing, doing things like completely cutting the throttle on the highway and randomly shifting gears. Had to make multiple trips down there (which is 45 minutes away) to drive the car with their staff to explain their jobs to them. After literally two months with my car I just gave up. The owner refused to show his face or take any responsibility for his employees which is pretty sad. I would stay away if you want your car given back to you running correctly

Lovely shop. They are very upfront with you & give you all the information you need before taking action on your modifications/maintenance service. They are a bit busy at times so definitely plan to book an appointment a bit out but it all depends on their schedule so give them a call! Only shop I would trust my Audi S3 8.1V! I got the apr stage 1 tune here and they handled everything.They also have a chill dog that is so cute & hangs around the lobby! Looking to go back for some more upgrades very soon!Update: they were busy but still able to fit me in ! Wonderful shop, would trust taking it there for majority of services

Great place. Just bought an audi and looking for a great place to mod and maintain my Audi. They are the real deal. Friendly, Car nerds, very enthusiastic and very professional people. The right time of people that you can trust with your car unlike audi dealership that charge over priced fees, this place is very reasonable and fare, plus the parts are better than stock.
