We just picked up our Entegra Arc 18c class B from NIRVC and are looking forward to beginning our RV adventures. Our salesperson Karen was great during the process. She made sure we got a coach that met our expectations at a fair price. No hard upsells and NIRVC of Virginia did not tack on a bunch of hidden fees like other dealers we were looking at.Our pick-up experience was excellent as Brad spent over 3 hours with us reviewing the operation of the coach and answering all of my questions from a 3 page list I brought. Thanks for your patience with me Brad. We would recommend NIRVC for your next purchase or service.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with NIRVC (D.C. location) that compelled me to share my frustration. My encounter with their online RV Lifestyle Specialist left me uninformed and ignored. I had specifically inquired about a particular unit, expecting to receive detailed information, only to be met with a lack of knowledge and unhelpfulness.Furthermore, I had requested a price for the unit, and the salesperson assured me they would get back to me promptly. However, I never received any follow-up communication on my inquiry, leaving me hanging and wondering. It is unacceptable for a business to promise something and fail to deliver on its commitment. To exacerbate matters, I patiently waited for several days to receive a quote for aftermarket items to be installed, some of which I already had purchased on my own. I couldn't fathom why it would take such an extensive amount of time to provide a simple quote. When the quote finally arrived, I was appalled by the exorbitant prices listed. It seemed they were trying to take advantage of customers by inflating the prices to an extremely high level. What struck me the most was the absence of any incentives or offers to offset the astronomical prices. As a potential customer, I expected some concession or incentive to justify the expense. However, NIRVC showed no regard for customer satisfaction or the value proposition.Overall, my first experience with NIRVC was profoundly disappointing. The salesperson's lack of knowledge and failure to provide adequate information, coupled with the unfulfilled promise of a timely response and the exorbitant pricing for aftermarket items, has left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I would caution anyone considering NIRVC to think twice before engaging with their services, as they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction.

My husband and I recently purchased a Fleetwood Discovery LXE from this location. We could not be more pleased with our experience. All of the staff there were so kind and welcoming. Karen was our sales person. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. She made this a seamless process. We also worked close with the technician, Brad. He was fantastic! He was a complete wealth of knowledge. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything about the motorcoach. We highly recommend this National Indoor RV Center!! Karl & Laila

NIRVC does an excellent job in working with you for scheduling and service. Britney Cleverley (Service Advisor) helped me with a warranty issue and kept me posted throughout the approval process. NIRVC was very good about getting me in the repair cycle quickly. Electrical issues can be difficult but Bradley is a superb diagnostician and is quite excellent at explaining the solution. In short, NIRVC provides peace of mind and excellent customer service.

We purchased our class A from NIRVC - actually drove across the country to pick it up (Phoenix). We were very pleased with the purchase, the service and the entire experience. So when a new location opened near to us, you can imagine how happy we were, until....We call for service .... with no calls returned. Both my husband and I have both called with no calls returned by anyone. I phoned again today and left my name and number with (Brittany). Again, no call has been returned.I am beginning to wonder if this place actually exists.... or if NIRVC has just lost it's mission - to be the best experience in RV sales and service.I will now find it difficult to recommend NIRVC in the future if this continues to be my experience.

I ve taken my 2022 Winnebago Pocket in twice to NIRC in Manassas First experience was awesome (they fixed a warranty issue with my Truma heater). The 2nd experience is ongoing. After Truma circuit board was replaced (the original issue) I drove home (live in Florida but have a condo in Arlington Va too) & noticed my battery wasn t working as well. Then the heater wouldn t work (the error code said not enough power). After a few days on the road I realized the battery wasn t charging while I drove the battery light was Orange or Red and never green. Used the van almost weekly & didn t need the heater until a cold front hit and my battery was obviously not charging & in mid December I took the van all the way back to Virgina where NIRC told me my batteries were dead and needed to be replaced. I asked about the batteries being less than 2 years old & was told it s common. If I wanted my van to work I needed to get the batteries. Then drove back to Florida. The new batteries (cost over 1k) they had enough juice for my heater to run 1 night. Then the battery started acting very similar to the original batteries that came with my 2022 Winnebago (they should ve lasted 4-6 years). I ve been totally frustrated and cold & told Britney (customer service manager) i couldn t drive the 897 miles back to Virginia until March because I have to work. She was initially kind and we re actively working together to resolve the problem. Although my calls aren t answered and after a few ignored emails decided to post this review.Just frustrating that I spent so much money & time to have the same issues. Was actually scolded for sending an update to Britney s cell # Knowing they re the experts and not me I will just be super polite and told them I won t contact them until next week. All I want is the problem I asked to be fixed fixed. Will post an update once my van works. Knowing that RV s are beasts on the road and also RV owners can be beasts too when problems like mine pop up I responded to my unanswered email saying I d wait till Monday to contact them again

I have called. I have emailed. I cannot get anyone in service to communicate w me from Manassas location. Now it s been 2 months since I posted this review and I still have heard zero from NIRVC service in Manassas. I d really like an additional battery added and a dc to dc connection for charging as well as have my stove recall work done. Would someone please reach out to me? UPDATE-I have now been in touch. I have taken my RV in a few times. We are still working on the issues. I hope this next trip down there will be the last of the recalls and service bulletins that need doing. Britney has been east to work with. I hope they find a good location soon to move to that s level with indoor storage, but for now this is fine. I come to them because my local dealers will not service my RV because I didn t buy it from them. Which I think is ridiculous. But that s the RV business for you. Further UPDATE- after a third trip down and 3 days working on my RV and tech calls to Winnebago for recall help and a new inverter/charger I paid for out of pocket for expedience sake, my RV is currently totally functional. Britney and Kyree kept at it until everything worked. I appreciate their help. The waiting room is very nice but sitting for 5-8 hours a day there was no fun. I live 3 hours away so I camped at night in the lot. It s a decent place to camp.

Karen made the purchase process transparent and low stress. This is by far the best vehicle transaction yet. No upselling, and she made sure this was the vehicle for me before any paoerwork.

We recently bought a new Winnebago View Class C motor coach from NIRVC s newest location near Washington, DC (Manassas, Virginia). The general manager there, John Rendo, was truly second to none! NIRVC is lucky to have John - and so were we. We got a great deal, bought an in-stock, perfectly readied RV and were treated so well by each and everyone at the dealership that we felt immediately at home with all of them. They knew the product very well, they had it ready for us to inspect and test drive before we bought it and they made the few adjustments we asked for to allow us to finalize the deal and head home to Michigan within the limited time frame we needed. They assisted us in making motel and dining reservations while we were there and, most important, they made us feel valued and respected as customers. And our dog, Cooper, too!We are six time owners of new Class A Newmar motor homes and John and his staff made our buying experience and delivery of this smaller Class C coach every bit as good as any coach we ve ever bought in the past. When spending this kind of money, we sure love being treated this way. Who wouldn t?These guys at NIRVC Washington have it all dialed in. We would never hesitate to buy or service with them again, especially if John Rendo is in charge.Unfortunately, we dealt with another NIRVC sales rep at one of their other locations before getting to John and we were decidedly unhappy with his treatment. He really did not know the product well, he did not follow up to answer our questions and he took actions that made it clear his motivating interest in us was in being paid a sales commission while neither understanding nor meeting our needs. For that salesperson, it ended up being mainly all about him, very little about us. We got our product questions answered by going directly to Winnebago after the salesperson said he d ask his rep next time he talks to him .Who needs or wants treatment like that? Our money spends very well with other reps who value us as customers, thank you very much. So we were very glad we looked elsewhere after it became clear that our needs were taking a back seat to this salesperson s.Thankfully, John Rendo completely turned that poor experience around for us and we re glad in the end that we stuck with NIRVC, even if we had to go to another of their locations to get our needs taken care of.Our conclusion: It s a first class operation at the NIRVC location in Washington, DC. We can recommend these folks, particularly John Rendo, without reservation.

Justin was able to get my coach in quickly and replace both AC roof units. He dealt with Newmar for the warranty claim since my 2023 New Aire was still covered under warranty. It s great knowing they are also certified to work on Spartan and did service while it was in there. Justin communicated with me the entire process to explain timing as well as how everything were going.

EDITED:NIRVC has some growing pains at this new location. The service dept has struggled with the most basic forms of customer service, e.g. calling a customer back. That seems to be an issue experience not only by me but others that have posted google reviews. This afternoon i posted a more critical review and about 10 minutes later I received a phone call from the GM. I firmly believe staff adjustments need to be made and with some training they should have things ironed out.I now have an appointment to take care of the warranty work for this coach. I'll update this review after that work is completed.

Recently I visited NIRVC to set-up a Service Appointment for my Class A RV. I was impressed by their efficient and welcoming team members. While I was there, I also had the pleasure of checking out their Adventure Vans. I certainly appreciated the education on their products without the normal "Hard Sale" you typically find when visiting an RV Dealership. My hope is that this "High Level of Service" continues since our area is in need of a Quality RV Dealer with customer focus taking priority over profit.

This is just a bunch of really good people who understand what customer service is all about. We had Rettrobands installed on our Bay Star and are going back for work on our solar system. Excellent!

Awesome team @ National Indoor RV Center. in Manassas Va. They got my gulper pump on our EKKO working flawlessly. Ran into a leak at the collar on the pump after completion, but stayed working to tighten the collar to fix the leak even though it was late. Great place to get your RV repaired! Thanks to the whole team!

Marshall and his team sold my coach in 2 weeks after I consigned it. I had tried on my own for 3 months with zero serious offers. They made the transfer super easy and efficient. I am really glad they opened a facility in our area and I look forward working with them on my next coach.

Did not know about this dealership but it was suggested to me by Winnebago because all the local RV dealerships could not see me for months. They are professional, courteous, and responsive. They are quick to get you in for repairs and recalls. Awesome Everyone of the folks are great.

Attempted to contact them during their normal business hours and they did not answer. I wanted to verify they were open and had stock I could look at to purchase. Their voicemail isn't even set up for Virginia yet.
