The worst. Slow and no sense of urgency. 15 minute wait to tell me they do not have a $3 pack of universal clamps when online and in-store system says they have it. They also couldn t locate another customer s order. Terrible.

I work at one of their competitors, and I must say, I needed a part for my personal car that my company would've needed to order and would've taken a week to get to me. Napa had the part on hand and for that, I'm grateful

Poor customer service. Seven customers waiting for one counter person to help them, and no sense of urgency. Is there stock or manager trained to help customers?

Marin and Jorge are the best! Customer service is excellent. Every time I visit they make sure I am fully satisfied and get exactly what I need for my car. Love it when folks go above and beyond for you, quite a drive from my area but only coming to them for my vehicle needs.

The worst costumer services branch , the 2 associates were spending time just by talking, I was waiting for a good 5 minutes and none of them could take care of my order. I m end up leaving the store I will never return.

Had me on hold for almost an hour before I hung up. Absolutely ridiculous, if your employees can't multi-task get rid of them. I work at a dealership and we never have customers holding for that long. Our catalogs are way more complex then aftermarket catalogs. So don't tell me its cause of your system. I know exactly how part catalogs work in aftermarket because thats where I started

I walked into this store when there were five personnel behind the counter.. Four were talking to each other and one was multi-tasking for phone callers as well as running back and forth for arriving end-of-year inventory deliveries and she understandably ignored me. After 15 minutes waiting in front of all of them as the stores only customer I slammed the door and left.I can't speak to their parts knowledge and such because no one even acknowledged me. What kind of business plan does this owner have??

5/22/23 whoever is the manager should be let go. Not even 7pm and the doors are locked and left on hold for more than 20 minutes before closing (6:40).

Love getting my car parts from here. The guys can be gruff sometimes but honestly are so friendly, and they know their stuff. Do recommend

A great little place. They've generally got good selection, but the tools are a but expensive. The inside is a bit dirty and messy looking, but don't let that turn you away. I went in the other day for some rotors and the man at the desk gave a sizeable discount which he didn't have to give. I would've payed full price.

It was an absolute waste of time .. Extremely dirty, and the parts guy was completely rude and just didn't care about me or my car part that I needed.. Don't waste your time!

People there just look at you they pretend they busy not to help you.Don't waste your time going there or just be prepare to wait an hour just to be told they don't have what you are looking for

Great local parts store to Manassas with a knowledgeable staff. They are also very well stocked, and can get what they don't have usually the same day if you get there in the AM.

They rang up my 25$ purchases on Christmas Eve for 170$ and issued a refund for the difference. Hence over-drawing my account and locking my money for and purchases until the refund is applied.
