Came in for a simple front end alignment. Was given the car back with my steering wheel on a slant, my traction control light off, and my PCS system flashing/off. Immediately brought it back for them to fix the alignment and fix the traction control and PCS system. They told me they would redo the alignment correctly and fix the lights. When I got the car back for a second time my alignment was finally better, after two and a half hours, but my traction control and PCS are still turned off. Got a refund and will now have to go to a dealership to correct the systems they turned off.

I ve been here several years and I ve thankfully never had an issue. They re friendly, quick, and professional. Sadly, I needed my wipers replaced this time around and I try to make sure I don t get overcharged as I ve had horrible experiences in other places before. However, Jason was kind and reasonable with the wiper blade replacement and state inspection service. I highly recommend getting in line to get your inspection/emissions and/or services done.

Quality of service was great but not happy with a diagnostic charge for a code I received. The problem was low in oil. I understand the need for a diagnostic check but I had the issue corrected at the business. I did not get a diagnosis and leave without correcting the problem. Turned out to be a 250.00 oil change. Especially since I am a repeat customer that has brought 2 different vehicles in multiple times in January. If other businesses operate the same way I will be back because your service folks do a great job. If I find a business that operates differently probably won t be back.

DO NOT get your safety inspection done here!! Just like the tens of other complaints, they will find something wrong with your vehicle that's not wrong and then nicely provide you with prices so they can fix it. The owner and another employee were talking bad about the guy doing the inspections in the lobby in front of customers, then shockingly he claimed my rotors were bad. Went down the street and I passed with no issues.

These guys are amazing. I needed an inspection fast and although I did had to pay for some repairs I am grateful for their service. They fixed a wiring issue i was unaware of which resulted in my Air conditioning being repaired. A service which would have otherwise cost me over $500

Do NOT bring your vehicle here. You can take your vehicle to any other place surrounding this business. This is a literal scam/joke of an auto shop or whatever they claim to be. I took my vehicle there for a quick 10 min safety inspection. My vehicle is in top shelf prestine condition. I had zero concerns for a failed inspection since I have never failed an inspection and know my baby is in excellent condition. I waited for 35 mins for them to pull my vehicle up with a failed sticker. The reason: License plate lights not being halogen. So my current lights are better with more illumination and more visibility. I have never been rejected for that ever in the 8 years that I've owned my vehicle. I took my vehicle to anothor auto shop literally next door and passed in 10 minutes. Oh yeah while I was waiting a customer brought her vehicle back for repairs that she had done on her car and they completely destroyed her rear defrost They were trying everything they could to get out of their repairs They did not even apologize to this lady for her damaged vehicle this place is a joke Don't ever bring your vehicle here

I was not able to arrive at the inspection station until about 4:40 that evening. The mechanic stayed late and completed the car ahead of me as well as my car. It made me realize that there are still good, kind people in this world. I know that might sound ridiculous, but I appreciated that more than I can say. Thank you Manassas Auto & Tire!!!

DO NOT GO GET SAFETY INSPECTION OR EMISSIONS HERE!! Go see all the bad reviews under Shell since it's the same building. Lots of negative reviews and bad safety inspector.they use a fine toothed comb to find something wrong with your car just to charge you lots of money to fix since they have a repair center and need more business. For example a rear wiper blade that shouldn't even be inspected and my front is brand new. And a lot of money to replace the rear only, which is highway robbery. Unless you have a brand new car that you have done nothing to or want to spend lots of money on your car to pass safety or emissions...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ..and save yourself a headache.I made a mistake coming here since I thought it was only 2 cars ahead of me which was shorter then usual. I normally go somewhere else and has been passing inspection with the same condition for several years now. Again go somewhere else. You can thank me later.

My father and I take our car here. Good communication. I know my car will get fixed no matter what and the cost is always reasonable. If you want experience go here.

I really value this place. They have true pride and honesty in their work. I had to get the belt changed in my 2017. Honda Pilot, they're honest with how long the work was going to take. And when things weren't working smoothly, they really did accommodate and fixed any issues. Even after everything was fixed, they followed up with me to make sure their job was done properly. And you don't have that. Many mechanics that will warrant either work.. Thank you Jason and Mark

This establishment engages in deceptive practices. I ve been a regular customer for oil changes, but each visit, they invent new issues with my car, which I consistently decline to address. Most recently, I went for an inspection on Saturday, and they failed my car due to headlight issues. When I returned on Monday for an oil change, they listed six additional problems that could cause inspection failure and made me wait for precisely two hours. During my wait, I observed that they routinely advise every customer to get additional repairs. I am considering legal action in response to this behavior.

Came in to get my wife s car inspected. Very pleasant gentleman instructed me to drive around the side and where to get in line. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Cheerful Helpful people there, a rarity these days. I ll be coming back!!

Go at your own risk! I bought a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change. When I went to pick up my car the attendant said they flagged a few safety issues while doing the oil change. One of those being that I needed to replace the lower control arms, sway bar links, and another item being the valve cover gasket. Luckily, my friend s uncle is a mechanic and owns his own shop. I took my car in to him and upon a quick inspection he immediately said I did NOT need to shell out $1000 for new lower control arms. The people at Manassas Auto & Tire are the reason why people don t feel like they can trust mechanics. Please go elsewhere.P.S. I m not sure why they thought I d shell out any money considering I used a Groupon.

Very friendly and easy to talk to, quick service and I didn t feel pressured to have unnecessary work completed on my vehicle when they called to tell me it was ready unlike the dealerships who have thousands of dollars in recommendations when I ve gone in for an oil change or inspection.

If I could give you less than zero I would. These guys are scammers, they came highly recommended, I m new to the area. I needed a state inspection, have a sports car, failed my car said I needed new brakes & seat mount. I have to move my seat up as I m only 5 2 , so anyone who gets in behind me must move my seat back. I guess he was a little upset he hit his knees getting in the car, so my car failed inspection. The next day I took my car down the street to a different location it passed with no issues.

I went in for a oil change. I was given fast service, and quickly told of a unknown problem with a gasket. Everything was taken care of. I will be coming back for any other problems.

This is my 3rd time coming here for car repair for different damages. Got my bumper replaced this time. Service was quick and seamless. Never had any problems afterward. They always left my car neat and clean when returned. 10/10 would recommend

I would give zero stars if it were possible.I came in for an oil change and inspection. They failed my inspection due to wiper blades and a warning light for the passenger airbag. I agreed to buy wiper blades and asked them diagnose the airbag problem.The next day they informed me that to fix the airbag issue I would have to pay $3100. This is not possible for me as I am a teacher and we don t get paid in the summer. So I took it elsewhere for a second opinion.Turns out nothing was wrong, that it was simply a wire that had been knocked loose under the passenger seat. It took 20 seconds and zero dollars to fix.Either (A) their diagnostic team is ill trained and didn t actually LOOK where the issue was or (B) they were trying to swindle me.I emailed the store a week ago and asked for a refund on the diagnosis and they haven t even bothered to respond.The icing on the cake is today is the first time we ve had rain since then and the new wiper blades they installed are broken.
