Several weeks ago I was driving through VA, in a light snow, and my wipers weren't working properly. I Googled "Jiffy Lube near me" and was directed to this location.I was assisted immediately. I told the representative that I needed wipers. After checking to see which wipers were in stock to fit my car, I was offered two options.The salesmanship was OUTSTANDING. I'm a retired sales and hospitality trainer. The representative offered me two options 1) "Basic" and 2) "Upgrade"....my terms not his.When describing the basic he told me they would do the job and be better than what I already had on my car. When talking about the upgraded model he said things like "These have a medal strip to keep them flush against the windshield so that the wiper will stay securely against the window even in this bad weather"....then he offered prices....Basic was....X.....the upgrade was only a few dollars more.......I went with the upgrade...and I'm glad I did. I LOVE them....After 4 weeks, three snow storms and numerous rains the wipers are still flush against the windshieldAND.....the representative was polite, conversational, and even allowed me to stay in my car while the transaction was taking place.This was on OUTSTANDING service and sales experience. Reps at most places would have said wipers are X and XX....which one do you want. Not here....them offering a description and benefit of the product was PERFECT.I safely drove home and have told many others about the wipers.....AND the great experience at this Jiffy Lube

Alex was an amazing technician. I inquired about the difference between regular and synthetic oil? Surprisingly, he actually broke down the difference in a clear, intellectual, very professional way... I asked if that was a requirement for "Jiffy Lube" He explained how he has learned a lot there, but went to a trade school in Automotive mechanics... My husband and I were very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism... I see this kid owning his own shop one day very soon! Jiffy Lube you are lucky to have this individual representing your company.... 10-Stars

I would not recommend going to this place for any tire related services, not one week after getting a rotation my tire was blown out while driving home. Much better tire services in the city so skip this one or learn like I did!

I didn t need an oil change. Just needed air in my tires. Not from the area and didn t know if they could help but they were more than willing to give me some free air. Great service. Thanks guys!!

The service had to have been the quickest oil change I ve ever experienced. In and out in about 20 minutes. Also not to mention how nice and professional the staff was. I m not sure what the young lady s name was but huge shout out to her for taking such good care of me.

2 stars only because they did manage to get oil in engine, most of it anyway. Air box missing 1 screw, 1 screw not tightened. Clamp not tightened on intake from air box. I specifically asked them to ensure that they double check this as they had done this previously with the clamp. Never again! Save yourselves and serious engine damage from this malfeasance excuse of a service company.

Waited for 40 minutes for them to open 10 minutes late to say we don't have your oil filter we can't change your oil. In a toyota camry one of the most widely driven vehicles in America.

I went to this location for an oil change, the mechanic seemed very polite and knowledgable.He explained that I needed to purchase a piece to keep my oil-filter tight (I paid an additional $10)- They asked if i needed to change my air filter and I decline. I was on my way in 20 minutes. I left the place and started to smell a strong odor (oil) every time the car stopped, so I rolled the window and kept on driving. Few days later, the odor continued (This is my wife's car, she barely drives), while my wife driving, she called me panicking. She said the car is a "weird noise," then all lights on the dashboard went off then the car stopped. I rushed there, opened the hood and found out the engine Cap was not where it should be, oil started to leak all over the place. I got the car towed, and I just hired a lawyer to look into this matter.Stay away from this place if you can.

1st of all the the technician were on a break and needed to wait 30 min for them. Then I ask to have the fluids topped of as they advertise that they do and they said they couldn't their machines were damaged. Then I received a coupon emailed to me for this specific location and they didn't honor it. Lastly the employees were more concerned with their personal side conversations than helping out the customer. Will not be back to this location.

I've been here about 6 times with my car. I've never had subpar work done. They even offered to empty my catch can and clean it out for me.

I've been to this location 3 times now without any service. 1st time they wouldn't do tire rotation. 2nd time on1/23 at 1pm they told me I would have to wait till they took lunch break 30-45 minutes. Went back today 1/24 and was told they didn't have drain plug for my truck. Which meens I would've waited for nothing. This is the worst Jiffy lube I've been to. I get my oil changed every month. Definitely will not try here again.

Came for an oil change. The guy they had working on my car was new. As soon as I left my latch wasn t working. I went back and they said my car was in a previous accident but it was not. The issue started immediately after I left the shop. I m now stuck with a $1200 repairs for a new latch and hood cable.. will never return

Not that it will make a difference for Jiffy Lube but just want to point something out. I usually do my own oil changes and don t use services outside. The reason I didn t do my own oil change and came to Jiffy Lube this time was a time crunch. I didn t have time to do it myself. I don t think a drive through oil change should take 1 hour. I am in shock. Employees are friendly but what have you been doing for 1 hour? Oil change shouldn t take so long. Not convenient at all. I paid more and spent more time here than I d do so myself

Arrived at 6pm and the open light was off and it didn't look like anyone was here. After a couple minutes I saw someone and asked if they were still doing oil changes, his response was i dont know .I was hoping I could get service before they closed for they evening, but I guess they closed an hour early tonight.I guess Jiffy Lube no longer wants my business.

Go to the location on 28 by the Embassy Car Wash if you prefer to save money and use coupons. They include the cost for the canister oil filter instead of like this location by PepBoys who charged an additional $10. The ten dollar coupon is adjusted off by them charging a $10 fee for something that all other locations include as part of the service. I will never go here again and I suggest you not!! This experience has taught me to READ REVIEWS 1ST. On a good note the crew is friendly.....Service: Oil change

From start to finish My visit today was hassle free and everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant and professional. The lobby waiting area was very clean very nice and comfortable. I will be a customer for a long long time. I was also pleased to see there was a young lady who worked on my vehicle who was very knowledgeable and very kind and informative.

As I sit in the lobby waiting for my oil change to finish, I have to note these guys are great. This experience has been quick and painless. On a Sunday afternoon I ve been able to get in and out is 40 min. The wonderful gentlemen working on my truck suggested additional maintenance services that didn t extend the time.I m so grateful for the service, and feel super secure my car is in good hands

I was very displeased. Several months ago my windshield wipers went out and it was pouring so I went to the Jiffy Lube as it was the closest place to me. They replaced the motor however, the wipers would stop in the middle of the windshield whenever I turned them off. I went back to have them checked when I had family visiting me as I don't have anyone down here to drop me off and pick me up. They told me the motor was bad and I informed them that they were the ones who installed it. They ordered another part and I made an appointment to have them installed. I specifically told the man that I had noone to drop me off and that I was in the process of moving. I made an 8 am appointment and asked how long the service would take and was told 1 hour. I drove a half hour from Fairfax to be told that it would be a while before they could get me in and that there was some special promotion today so they were super busy. What exactly was the point of making an appointment??? When I reminded him of the conversation he said yeah 1 hour once we get started. He told me to be there at 7:20 the following morning. I came back again, it was to take 1 hour. I had an appointment at 11:00 and barely got the car back at 10:35. And guess what?? The wipers still stop in the middle of the windshield when I shut them off. No professionalism and poor service. They don't ever have to worry about me returning again. And I will be writing their corporate office!!

They provided me with efficient service but the good news stops there. Over all extremely disappointed. The customer service was the absolute worse. No one walked over to my car to greet me as I pulled up. Several team members looked over but none of them made an effort to come over. I walked all the way inside before a person came up to me, and he was extremely rude to say the least. He made a sarcastic remark when I asked him a question. I complained to the manager but he wasn't very apologetic about the ordeal. He just kinda shrugged it off and said "I will talk to him". Very appalling customer service! I will not be coming back to this location.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a Jiffy Lube. No one tried to up sell me, i was in and out in about 30 minutes.The team was the best i have ever seen and very professional. I even made a comment to i guess was the manager that this was the greatest time i had.The only negative was there was no regular coffee there. I will be going back

This is the second time I ve tried out this Jiffy Lube location. The first time I had gone here, the staff was slow to complete my oil change, there was a lot of dragging their feet and goofing off talking to eachother instead of focusing on the work. Unprofessional staff. I typically use Jiffy Lube locations to get my oil changed when I do not have the time to do it myself. This was by far the slowest experience I had with a Jiffy Lube; I may have waited 20-30 minutes just to get oil done. Mind you I was the only customer and they had 2 other empty bays. They did not check my tire pressure, clean windows, top off fluids at all on this visit. I ended up going across the street to WaWa to fill my air myself afterwards.I decided to give this location a second chance on 7/6/21 thinking I simply had a bad first experience. Upon this visit, the staff moved quicker and my tire pressure was checked but once again - no window wipe downs, or fluid top offs. I had told two staff members I had a $10 off coupon, but upon checking me out they somehow forgot to apply it and I ended up paying full price. The shop was also not busy at the time, one customer had pulled up as I was leaving. The gentleman (Urkel was the name he gave me when I had asked) explained he could not pull back & apply the coupon since it was already rung through but he was going to go fill out paperwork to send to corporate so they would send me a reimbursement either by mail or email. He said I should hear from corporate in a week or so. Really hoping I was not given a false story as I had read other reviewers also had the same issues with their coupons. Also hoping the name he had given me was legitimate as there was no one named Urkel listed on my paperwork when I did a quick glance. Total bill ended up being around $49. The service I received, combined for both times, do not reflect that value.Unfortunately I do not plan to return to this location for a third try. I feel two bad experiences are enough. I highly recommend better management and training at Jiffy Lube on Sudley Rd.Services: Tires, Auto glass repair, Oil change
