I had a fantastic experience at Jiffy Lube in Centreville Road Manassas, VA. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. They took care of my car quickly and professionally, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in great shape. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube - this location - for anyone looking for excellent service and a hassle-free experience.

Impressed by the honest customer service here. Brought my car in to have brake flush done because the light was on and I was leaving for a long road trip the next day or two.The technician checked it and informed me that the fluid was good (appears to have been topped off recently) and checked other fluids free of charge. He even put air in my tires!

Jiffy lube in Centreville rd.Liberia is the one to go to. Let me tell you why, My husband has been going here before we met, over 10 yrs ago, and we still get the same full customer service. They still vacuum our car clean our windows. I recommend this location for your oil change service and of course they do breaks alignment and others.

A great experience. The staff are attentive, helpful, and friendly. Also, waiting times are relatively short - to put it in perspective, I'm usually able to be immediately admitted for services or I'm one car behind the one being serviced. There is inside and outside seating to meet anyone's personal social distancing preference.Don't hesitate to visit this spot if you're in need of minor repair work.

The staff were very helpful and changed my oil for a reasonable price. They also serviced other parts of my vehicle and gave me recommendations for my next visit. I was treated fairly well and I'll probably come back again.

My wife just returned from there after a $978 bill, most of which was unnecessary work. In addition, they told her to come back soon to have her brakes replaced. Those brakes have less than 5000 miles on them, and they are in good shape. Whatever you do, don't go here.

Just went for topping off fluids which is free if you re a regular customer with a sticker on your windshield from Jiffy Lube. Fast service and very detailed on what he accomplished. Very informative. Thank You!

It was a good and fast service. They explained everything and made you feel welcomed. A little pricey and tried to add more things that the car required. Overall,I would recommended.

Had my Ram truck serviced with an oil change for the first time since moving to Virginia a few months ago Felt like I ve been coming there for years Giancarlo was so kind and friendly , he shared stories with my daughter and I like we were old friends I definitely will go back there if need be professionalism and friendly thank you Giancarlo and staff you get a 10 in my book

After servicing my vehicle, I quickly realized it had an oil leak. I returned to have them fix the problem and I had to wait upwards of an hour to fix the problem they had created.

The manager on duty was super helpful, however for spending a couple hundred dollars after service I'd expect the stuff in my glove compartment to be replaced after a filter change.

I came after 5:00 pm and was greeted immediately as to what I needed done. I was seen shortly after pulling in for a brake inspection and an oil change. They couldn't complete the brake project due to the lateness of the day - but informed me of what was needed to be done and an estimated cost. I had never been to this location before but previously was seen by other Jiffy Lubes so they had my information in the system. I was pleased with the customer service.

Been there a few times now, the BEST service. Super quick, great prices. Recently took my car to another shop that was unable to remove my e-brake for a rear brake pad and rotor change, they got it done in a couple hours with no issues. All under $500, which is hundreds less than the other places I called in the area. Highly recommend!!!!

This is one of the best Jiffy Lube I have been to. The customer service is wonderful here. Very polite and professional crew here. The Jiffy Lube that's on Sudley Rd is so horrible I will never go there again.

They said that they checked the tire pressure, when I got home my husband check the tire pressure and it was 10 lbs low. They obviously did not complete the full inspection.

Worst place ever for service. In the beginning guy said yes we will accept your discount and stuff once the service completed the crazy rude I'll mannered African guy increase price and said I can't di anything you didn't talk to me seems like this place running without any management. I pay double for oil change I normally spend in other branch. I'll never go nor you should save your time and money

The oil change was fine until I started driving home and noticed a scraping underneath my car. I got home and realized that the skid plate was hanging from the bottom of my car. I called the store and told them that the skid plate was hanging and they did not put it back on. Ended up driving back to the store with the skid plate taped up and the tape didn t hold and the skid plate cracked off my brand new car. Picked it up off the side of the road and got back where they screwed the individual broken pieces back on. No sorry, no offer to refund me for the oil change, nothing. Save your car and your money and avoid this place.

Typically have no problem with Jiffy Lubes, first time at this location. Waited 1 hr 40 min for a standard oil change. Not super busy, was in line behind another car that was getting a whole lot of service done. Saw 3 or 4 other customers come and go before they decided to finally move my car to another lane/bay. Could have been handled much better, think I'll stick to other locations instead.

They charge way too much compared to other shops and steal from your car.Don't go here if you don't like stuff being stolen from your car. I know I had it when I left work, definitely was gone by the time I got home. This Jippy Lube was my only stop... but I'm sure these fine boys would never do such a thing...yeah right. They look like they can't even get hired to work a restaurant kitchen...Also went up $20 since the very last oil change at the exact same Jippy Lube. Yeah, I'm dumb for paying 2-3x what other places will do it for (and not steal the stuff out of your car).But wait, I'm sure they're respond and say I have no proof. I guess I should have left a camera on my car at all angles to catch them, but they'd probably steal the camera too.

There is one guy there that was so rude! I wish I knew his name but he should NOT speak to customers. The younger gentleman was wonderful. Of course they are always trying to upsell and sell you things that you don't need. I may be a female but I am not stupid.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
