I could not have had a more frustrating experience with this glass shop. I had go to this shop in order to get my car calibrated with the windshield replacement. The first time I showed up, the new windshield had been sitting in the shop for over a week and when they opened the box it was shattered so they had to re-order it from the dealership. The second time I went out, I tried to work from their waiting area, but it was filled with smoke from the technician that was smoking in the shop. I had to uber to a Starbucks for clean air. They told me it would take an hour to an hour and a half. They called me after 2 1/2 hours to let me know they couldn't get it to calibrate and I needed to take it to the Infiniti dealership to get it calibrated. This ruined the rest of my day. I had to cancel my work meetings and take the car directly to the dealership. When I got back to the glass shop to pickup my car to take it to the dealership, the glass technician had left my car in the parking lot running, unlocked with the keys in it. Anyone could have stolen my car. Stay away from Glass America and especially this shop in Manassas.

Rock and windshield don't go together. Almost week later , Crack across half of windshield. Insurance call put me in touch with Glass America and week later new windshield, calibrated auto. In and out less than 2 hours. Super impressed with "Super Technician and Sherri T who set everything up also offered me coffee.Today I give the Team 6 out of 5 stars.Would recommend to all who has/will need windshield replacements.
