Amazon dispatched him to us because our trailer lights weren t working. Before he even did the proper diagnosis on the trailer he said the problem was with our truck and he won t touch it unless we Zelle him $400. We did and after an hour he said the problem is with the tractor fuse box and he can t fix it. He left and we talked to another Amazon driver to see if our pigtail is working on his trailer, everything worked fine. He s not an honest mechanic and knows that Amazon contractors are on a tight schedule and will pay to get on the road. Drivers beware!!! Btw the issue was in the picture. Shady business!!!!Edit: the problem is fixed and it literally took him 30 minutes. Thank god not all the roadside service mechanics are scammers.

CALLED FOR ROAD SERVICE TO SB DUMFRIES VA WEIGH STATIONTECH ARRIVED TRUCK WAS RUNNING CHANGED FUEL FILTER AND COULD NOT START TRUCK.REPORTED THERE WAS NOTHINGTHEY COULD DO. CHARGED $567.00 AND LEFT HAD TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY TO FIX TRUCK NOT RECOMMENDED

BEWARE!!!! RUDE Operator named Sarah was very unprofessional. I am a disabled veteran owner operator that broke down in an unfamiliar area and found this business located 2 miles away from my location. When I called, Sarah was being very rude and hasty w me about my lack of knowledge about my exact location. She impatiently told me to figure it out then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. When I called again and began to speak she hung up the phone again. Out of desperation I called again only for her to tell me it would b 4-5 hours wait for anyone to service me at my location, and that she could not put in a claim or dispatch anyone until that time, but to call back in 5 hours, then hung up again. I suspect that was out of spite. I feel sorry for the owner of this business if this is how she treats vulnerable potential customers. This kind of service is sure to drive customers right into the direction of other competitors. Beware of this company.

Not gonna lie, I was worried after reading all the reviews. I had issues with my trailer brake lights, Amazon called for road service. They got there when they could. It took awhile to find the issue, since it was something to do with wiring, not the 7 way cable, plug or fuse box. But he fixed the issue within an hour. Wow, got ripped off by these guys. Don t know what they are doing. Charged me but didn t do the work right!!!!!! Broke as soon as I drove out. Didn t pay me back or pick up the phone. Do not hire these guys ever!

RUDE RUDE RUDE. Horrible customer service!!!First off I should have known based off their horrible reviews. I see why they got tons of 1 stars.Called them today 6/3/22 just to ask simply how much do they charge to patch up a tire. Before I even mentioned when or where he yells I can t do that today and hangs up. Be aware of this company and go elsewhere!!!!

Rude customer service. Website and Google states it s 24/7 but when I called at 10:30 they say no on available at this time. Then why advertise 24/7 ? I called another location in MD, Baltimore area, the staff was rude, gave super over priced quote, 200$ just to replace battery , they didn t have to drive or move their vans, my truck was parked near their van at that moment when I called. Overall, had bad experience. Advice for the staff and management: be nice, helpful and fair for pricing. Don t think you guys the only one out here, the competition is endless, people pick who ever gives good service, we are tired of crooks and those who doesn t provide good service.

I was on Rte 202 late Sunday night (May 29,2022) a little after 11pm when one of the trucks forced itself into my lane. THANKFULLY no one was in the other lane so I swerved into the next lane without getting hit (my sparkling white SUV would've most likely been totalled if I didnt) I could only get a smig of the tags (6EG643). The truck sped past me & 2 lights later took three 495 exit. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company. They need to hire better employees.

Very unprofessional. I called them for road service guy hang up and called me back from his cell. First of all, everything was overpriced, and they said we need money via zelle before service. Never seen it before.

Don t even bother to call them.They will either rip you off or deny the service and tell you they re 4hrs out and won t let you book anything. Not to mention rudeness of that lady that s talking to you with some anger issues while you re in need of a help.DONT WORK WITH THIS BUSINESS!

They did give the labor rates up front. While I don t have to deal with issues like this all the time it did seem a bit steep. However, I have nothing to compare it to. Also, I was dead in the water on a Saturday so I had to get someone out to me.Angel said he would be there in 90 minutes. He was here in an hour. Very professional, very polite. Just seems like a good kid.Did some exploring around the wiring, told me his thoughts and then knocked it out.Nobody likes spending this kind of money but, today Angel made it a little easier.Service: Electrical

Very unprofessional!!! Called them on 12/22/2020 around10 AM for mobile service at Costco DC in Monrovia, MD. After an hour waiting for the to arrive, we tried to call them 4-5 times, calls would go straight to voicemail. Then called from office phone they picked up right away(!!!) But when realized who's calling them some rude piece of s...t said they they will not come and just hung up the phone. Left us stranded without any explanation. STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS DISGUSTING PLACE!!Edit: it went to voicemail because you blocked my number. Because when I called from a different number you picked up right away. Such a low lifes....

TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!! I would definitely discourage anyone from ever calling this place. The guy showed up to fix our flat tire being 30 minutes later than he had said he would be. He had me fill out all the paperwork with my credit card information before he filled out the cost for changing the tire.We were totally shocked at the fee, $250 to change a tire with our own spare. OUTRAGEOUS!!!He claimed the boss Had told us the fee prior to his showing up which was not true. My husband had the boss on speakerphone and he never mentioned the cost for the service.The man who came to change the tire claimed several times that his boss had told us the fee. This was clearly not the case. When my husband talked to the boss, Joao Barbosa (we were told was his name) trying to get an explanation, the boss hung up on him.Several of the positive reviews on this website were done by people with the same last name as the boss.The driver refused to deal directly with our insurance company and demanded that we pay immediately. He was preparing to take the tire off, drop our truck on the ground, and drive away if we didn t pay.This company appears to be some sort of a scam. Please do not call these people. It is a total rip off. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Thursday Sept 30th 2021 -DISRESPCTFUL, UNPROFFESIONAL, LACK OF ETHIC, MISLEADING, PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS BIUSINESS.1. Charged for afterhours on normal business hours2. We were pushed to buy a starter that was functioning charging me $1500+3. Requested to jumpstart and the voltage for the batteries when "jumpstarting" never went up.4. Explained to the staff that according to my driver it was the battery, staff replied "Go fix it yourself then..."5. After luckily having one of our trucks near by, told our other driver to jumpstart and guess what? The TRUCK TURNED ON.6. A hose needed to be replace as well, the mechanic intentionally left the damaged hose on the pavement and did not replace with a new one. Mechanic left.7. After not finding anybody else to fix, they reach out again and say that they can change the hose for $400 and then changed to $500+ for us making them waste their time. Gave us a timeframe of 5mins to make the payment otherwise the mechanic was not going to fix any hose.Service: Battery

Was stuck on i95 after being stranded by a competitor. Franco saved me, they showed up when they said, did what they agreed to. Tire guy was professional, and had an amazing attitude. Price was actually less than quoted. They were $800 dollars less than the company that left me hanging. Very thankful to Franco road services. I'd givem 6 stars if possible.

I'm not going to bash the company. I will just say ask for a estimate up front. They charged me a $100 road call and minimum $200 labor fee. $46 for parts. I only needed a $10 fitting to replace broken on on parking brake chamber. The mechanic was on site for 40 mins and was about 10-15 mins from there shop. It was very high!!!!!!!

I had an unpleasant experience with a representative named Sarah. She was rude and unprofessional. It s unfortunate because I was already dealing with truck repair issues and her poor attitude made my day 10x worst. I drive for B.A.H. Express. Today Franco Road Service sent out a mechanic by the name of Ray. He was a no nonsense professional who got out his tools in the broiling sun and did not stop working until my alternator was replaced. The price was very fair. Recommend.

I called because I am stuck in the Dimfries rest area. Dispatch answer asked what s the problem I told him the problem then he says tell your company to call in. I say I m an owner operator and he tells me sorry I have nobody for you and hangs up. Don t use these people they re rude

Waited for the driver 3 hours to come from Manassas to Springfield(20 miles away), got charged for that 60$(supposedly they charge 1$ per mile), I couldn t start my truck because my starter was dead, so I asked him to pull my truck 10ft so I can start it. Got charged for that 200$. For the total of 378$ for 10 minutes work. I would highly NOT recommend this place!

One there vans cut through 3 lanes of traffic and when I honked at him the driver waited for the next turn and started to follow me. I drove into a neighborhood and he kept following so I did 2 full circles around and he kept following me. He followed until I left the neighborhood. Great first impression

Every time I go there its attitude from the manager and overcharges for everything, tries to force batteries on you before he'll work on your truck an extra expense. Also very rude will hang up on you before you finish explaining the problem. Drivers told me to avoid this place now I see why.

John is very rude and bluffer person .i never saw anyperson all my life like himGuys keek out he is very stupid and bad Mechanic in world.He is stolen parts and money.If he installed part have 4 scrow he put just one .the part returns broken again.i want change my radiator he told me just part cost 1250 $ when asking the dealer seed it by 940$ he haerd i askinfythe dealer he adjusted the price after that he installed without any screw in the mount both side when i am return back to fix it he refused

Was ETA for service 60 min. They came after 2.5 h. On phone they says they have Goodyear tire, but when they came, they was with Kelly tire and was arque that its same not in really is not. Ask them for discount, because was long wait for them, they don't care. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS "SERRVICE"!!!!

This is my go to place every time in need anything done to my equipment. They are very quick to respond to road calls and perform the job with a very professional manor.Also another plus from this guys for me is that they work with FLEETNET, so do the maintenance on my FEDEX equipment.

Worst service . they come and told us that dealer does not have hose and that they can not fix problem . They charged $500 just to come for 10 minutes. After they left we called dealer and dealer told us they have parts . We called A1 services they came and fix with no issues .
