I had a bad wheel bearing on the right side and I could not find a shop that would diagnose it properly. I went to Express Tire Auto Care and the Owner personally drove my vehicle and knew what was wrong. This shop got me the road for a third of the price quoted by all the other places I visited. During my very short wait I also learned that ETAC will also be providing hybrid battery services as an addition to their other services such as engine detailing and fine tuning. Joe is the person you want to speak to, very polite knowledgeable, and bilingual. Great service.

Great service, Very nice and helpful young guys. They worked hard and did a fine job replacing my tire. I think they just opened a few months ago they definitely deserve the 5

This place does more than just tires. They do all repairs. They are honest, quick, affordable, and super nice. They charge way less than the other guys who were going to charge me double and they go above and beyond to make sure you are safe and make you aware of future repairs if you ask or if they see something while working on your car which other shops don t necessarily do.Also, they previously came removed and picked up a tire and brought it back and installed it since I lived close. On two separate occasions I talked to Joe about car issue and he gave a date to bring it in so I did both times. Dropped the car of and never received a call. Tried to call him kept getting hung up on. Went to the shop to check the status of the car. No one wanted to talk to me. They just said talk to Joe. I asked them what was going on with my car they wouldn't say anything. Just talk to Joe. My car had been dropped off at 2 am in the morning just as Joe suggested. It sat there a whole day without them looking at the car with no phone call.. Joe finally showed up and acted like he did not want to talk to me. He finally said I ll get to it tomorrow..I told him that I was taking my car. He gave me the keys and kept saying good ridence. Good ridence.This is the second time he has done that.I have referred many people there in the past. I will not any longer. If he didn't want to look at my car he should have just said so. He wasted my time . I'll gladly take my money somewhere else. There is no excuse for being ignorant to a customer that's done nothing to you.Mr. Sanders

This man is honest and awesome. Great prices and service. So very rare in the business. I'd drive from an hour away if I had to. I mean, unless my car was broken down of course

Express Tire and Auto in Manassas is the go-to place for all your automotive needs. They handle everything from tires to transmissions, and Joe and his team are highly knowledgeable. With the best prices in town and top-notch quality work, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Definitely a five-star experience!

I came with a friend to change her car tires. Joe, the owner was very friendly and funny from the moment we set foot in the shop. They have given us very good price on the tires, whereas another shop just opposite of the road was charging almost as double. Good service and very good customer experience!
