Well ordered a part on Thursday around 4pm and I paid extra for 2nd day air cause I need the part. Well here it is Monday and I called about the part and they gave me tracking number and I tracked it and it won't be delivered until Tuesday. 2nd should of been here Saturday not Tuesday. I would of been happy to get it Monday. Don't pay extra for faster shipping cause u won't get it. They tried to say cause I ordered it at 4 then 2 days isn't till Tuesday. Won't order nothing else from them that's for sure.

What a great team they have working together. Everyone knows what is going on no matter their position. I went for the first time interested in buying a plow, we found one and made deal. I look forward to working with them now and in the future.

Professional people willing to assist you for nothing. Great place to go for all of your snow plowing needs. I buy a lot of equipment there and it has a lot to do with very good prices and good quality customer service.

I picked up my salt spreader and it was sold to me by the store manager Joe Newton. The great customer service starts at the top here and the rest all follow. I can not say enough praises of how well I was treated and the knowledge they have.

They are ready to sell you a $5,000 plow but they will not be available when you have an issue with it less than a month later. The manager has been ignoring my call for 7 months (spring and summer). Today I crossed my fingers and called again. He still didn't take my call but delivered a message through one of the sales staff that they will not be able to resolve the problem. I would shop somewhere else that stands behind their products.

Worst custormer service ever!!!! set on hold for 20 mins to finally get answered for them to tell me they were to busy at front counter to help me. That they would have to call me back. To never get a call back. Called shade equipment and they were very helpful and got my order within 10 mins. Shipped and tracking number with in 2 hours expect parts in 2 days. On top of that priced parts 2 days earlier and shade equipment was almost 100 cheaper!!!!!! Thanks for the bad service you saved me 100.00. Terrible Place Will spread the word as much as I can.

I dropped off my Toro lawn mower 18 days ago and yet to have THEM call to update me. I have called several times and received very little information other than the manufacture warranty process is complicated. The staff was pleasant when I met them, but their communications have been terrible. I would strongly advise avoiding this business for any repairs.

I have purchased a few plow's and several parts over the years from Equipment Specialist and I can tell you Joey Newton and his crew make you feel welcome and not mention they know there stuff and always have what I need in stock.

WARNING. This place is the worse decision you can ever made. You been warn stay away, don't know why did I not check the reviews before buying from here. We got recommended here the sale women was nice and everything while we were buying a 25k$ equipment. A few weeks later I need it my equipment to get moved and need it a pice to get install. Upon arrival the girl in the front desk was already having a really bad day. So bada she never said nothing when I stood there for more the. 10 seconds. She was looking at the computer. After I finally said "hi". I explain what had happen and what I need it. She said no we can't help you. I had driving a long way to get to the place. She didn't eve try or see what she could do. Just like any other place if you buy something you can go back and asked for help. Or if you need help the seller will be willing to help. Not this place or the girl on the front desk. The owner or manager Joe is not going to be on your side. Or like they said costumer is always right, well not here. If they don't feel like do it . They won't do it.

These folks have been around forever. I bought my 1st plow from Alan 25 years agoThey know what they are doing hands down. They can fix and install anything.

ESI took great care of us today. We had a minor liftgate repair need, which they fixed promptly. This was critical for us, as we have only one good truck in service at the moment. Thanks, ESI!

The only place to go for your snow plow needs. The largest inventory and the friendliest and most experienced service personnel. Business hours that are flexible when the weather demands.

I had a Transfer Flow Aux fuel tank installed here. Immediate issue with fuel leaking. I finally had to visit TF in Chino, Ca to have issue addressed. TF found installation to be shoddy/improper. GO ELSEWHERE TO THIS SORT OF WORK!
