Remember customer service? These folks sure do! I could write a book on the topic after my experience with Cooper's Corvettes!I took a huge leap of faith and bought a classic car from these folks without ever even going to see it or drive it. Crazy you say? Maybe.But I didn't make it easy for these guys. Countless phone calls texts and emails with both Mr Cooper (a true gentlemen and old school car guy. He gets it!) And Joey on the sales floor. Joey, you are the man. A true asset to that organization. I drove this guy crazy making me videos of this car from every angle, in it, under it, driving it you name it. And he hit the mark everytime with patience and professionalism.After the sale the attention to detail continued. Joey called me to ask how the delivery went (I had the car shipped 400 miles to me) and followed up with all the appropriate paperwork. Jerry Cooper himself also emailed me with some tips and info about my new 51 year old beauty.Thank you both for making my dream car come true!Mike

One word. OUTSTANDING! I called Joey and asked him to locate a Corvette for me. In less than 30 days I get a call the he had pinned one down. It was in excellent shape (much better than I would have expected for the year). Then the process was made damn near seamless from then to the time I took delivery. AWESOME car at a great price....I feel like this is the rule and not the exception. Once purchased, Joey took the time to walk me through the features and accessories of my new (to me) Corvette. He even gave me a few tips on how to drive it! It's unfortunate that all I can do is recommend this dealer....I feel like I should do more!

I secured funding and Dealer took the non-refundable deposit as I was waiting for the check to get cut. Got a call from Bob who said they could not sell me the car because Joey really messed up and upset a customer who had been trying to buy the same corvette for a month and had not yet put a deposit on it. They told me they could no longer sell me the car and refund me since the other customer was upset and he was able to get financed. My credit now has a hard inquiry on it and I have an approved loan on a car I can't even get.I will never look into buying from this dealer again and will never suggest anyone buy from them. I will also be looking into how to submit a complaint to the the state and any dealer associations along with making sure Virginia dealers are allowed to take non-refundable deposits.

I bought a Corvette a few months ago and hands down the best customer service I have ever had. Joey was attentive and very helpful even while I was not able to make it to actually be there in person. He was able to get me the car that I ve always wanted.He we spot on, on any request I had. I would recommend Cooper s Corvettes to anyone.

I bought a used car here and had it shipped to California. The car was as described by the dealer. There was a minor concern I had with the car. The Sales Associate Joey Keenan helped resolve my concern on the spot. Mr. Keenan was super super nice, courteous, professional, and efficient throughout the entire sale and transport transaction. Joey and the few staff I spoke to there were excellent in customer service. I would definitely recommend Cooper Corvettes to my family and friends. Good job Joey!

I was there about two weeks ago to get an oil change and the gentlemen at Coopers were top notch. The manager, Tom, seemed very knowledgeable about all things Corvettes. I was definitely impressed by the quality of care and customer service. Tom also quoted me some prices for future work on my Vette and I must admit, they have a new customer in me for life.I will definitely be using these guys for all of the corvette needs. Just wanted to give some feed back on my recent purchase of a corvette from Joey and Bob at Cooper Corvettes in Manassas Va. Well this was my first Corvette for me and Joey was very thorough on my introduction and getting acquainted to the Vette that I was interested in. And after my test drive and upon returning to the dealership both Bob and Joey were very low key and interested in my response to driving the car. Pretty much laid back and more listening to me than pushing for the sale, very refreshing. Upon my decision to purchase these guys stayed late and continued to provide help and a no haggle return policy if I decided to have buyers remorse. Once again good guys selling quality cars, and for me a bonus, right down the street.I'm sure I'll take them up on this but Joey assured me that any questions I may have they would be more than willing to answer them for me. But of course you see that's what neighbors do.P.s. To the team at Cooper Corvette, a big thank you for enabling an old guy enjoying his second childhood.

Awesome service, no pressure! I came to check out a C6, but they let me test drive a couple of different styles to compare the driving feel (C6 vs C5 Z06). He stayed after hours so I could take my time and really let me open up the throttle on the test drives. I was allowed more free reign on these Corvette test drives than when I test drove a new Toyota.

What's not to love! I sold a car here and bought a car here. I had great experiences all around and I never felt pressured or unwelcomed. The salesman are great, and the service department is the only place I will trust to take my corvette anymore. They do great work and have fair prices. Definitly worth your time!

Took my 89 c4 in to have performance issues investigated. They determined that the fuel injectors needed to be replaced, ok I said fine. The car came back with uneven idling and stalling out. I was told that the idle was like it was because when they removed the battery cable to do the injector replacement and reconnected it, the problem was the ECM needed to settle down and correct itself and that would happen in about 200 miles. I had no choice but to believe them cause the following week I was returning to Florida. Still having problems back in Florida and getting worse, took the vette to Vette Doctor in West Melbourne who told me the ECM settling itself down was BS. Upon further investigation Bob determined they installed injectors for an 86 -87 vette and that the incorrect injectors had also fouled the spark plugs. Worst yet when I asked Cooper Corvette to also check fuel filter and for another issue the differential, they refused saying that those items do not need to be checked in C4's. I feel I was ripped off because of the quality of the service and their apparent disregard for my desire to have engine and drivetrain issues checked. They advertise themselves as C4 experts? NOT!

Don't trust your car at Coopers! Took my Corvette to get looked at and they removed the tires in order to check the brakes & never torqued the lug nuts. The wheel came off and caused $5,000 worth of damage. Don't trust this place...go elsewhere.

Tom & crew stand behind their superlative work, and provide better service by far than that available at any dealership. These guys specialize in and know Corvettes; I don't go anywhere else.

If you like or want to buy a rare/ special Corvette, this is a specialty shop for you. Many rare Corvettes on display & in inventory. Knowledgeable staff.
