My 2003 Camry needed a lot of work. Tim kept me updated on issues found and cost to repair. They were honest and did a good job. Not the cheapest for labor but were highly recommended by my sister and a friend as a trustworthy shop. I found them very transparent and concerned about our vehicle and needs The old Camry is running and handling so much better and it's good knowing my daughter is in a safe reliable vehicle again. Thanks to Tim and our mechanic. Appreciate your hard work.

Service here was great! Top notch customer service from Tim! I'm always skeptical when dealing with vehicle service repairs. Many of the people I dealt with are very rude, lack customer service, and really don't know what their doing. There was instances where things ended up costing me more because of damage caused by some mechanics that don't know what their doing or try to take short cuts. However, working with Tim was very easy and they provided detail information and they were very thorough with their diagnostics. They found errors from a previous service I had done and fixed it. I highly recommend Convenience Car Care for vehicle maintenance and repair! We will be using them for all our vehicle maintenance needs moving forward!

I am new to VA. I Google a mechanic near me. Convenience Tire & Auto came up. I called to get an appointment. It was the owner that answered, very polite. He told me to come right there now. I went and the experience was remarkable. The environment was warm, hospitality was Great. My car was inspected and I was back on the road to work. I now have a new service station to take my car n suv. Very happy with the service!!!

8/9 got rotors and break pads installed for my Ford Expedition. Tim, the owner, is very professional and courteous. The job was done on time. Tim will have you dropped off and picked up when the job is complete. Thank you, Tim!

I got a flat tire, and pulled into the first gas station I could. Coincidentally, Convenience Tire & Auto was right behind the station. Unfamiliar with the neighborhood , I did a quick google search and found that the business had great reviews. My experience was fantastic! The shop owner immediately said that they would be able to help me, and I was in and out of the shop in about 1.5 hours. He made my car a priority since I was waiting and was so friendly. He says they've been in business for 33 years (7 at this location) and I can see why. I have many, many tire shops near my home, but will drive out of my way to frequent this business going forward. Customer service was amazing (like how things used to be years ago) and the owner even offered to walk me to my car since it was about dusk. 100/10 highly recommend!

Fair prices. Friendly and helpful people. Timmy and Tina are so outgoing and make you feel like a special customer. Timmy explains needed repairs and will show you the defects with your car. This was one of the best experiences I've had at a car repair shop. They've made a customer for life.

Easy to make appointment online, reasonable wait time for inspection, emissions, and oil change. Reasonable pricing.What's more, they're straight shooters and it doesn't feel like they are trying to upsell services that aren't necessary. Not treating me like an idiot because I'm a woman also goes far for me.

Great service and fast. We always takes our vehicles here. The knowledge and care that they provide is unmatched. You know you are getting an honest recommendation when working with the men and women at Convenience. Everyone I know has had a bad experience dealing with a dealership service department. Bring your vehicle here and I promise you will be happy. Honesty and integrity is exemplified through every individual at this shop. Also did I mention it is easy to get to because it is right off 28. You won t need to zig and zag to find the shop. I have used Convenience Tire and Auto for my 2019 Dodge Charger which I bought new and had bad tire wear. The shop took the time and worked with the Dodge dealer and found that the factory suspension used the wrong parts but it was out of warranty for suspension items. Timmy the owner worked with Dodge to get the right part and installed them properly. I came back to this business and had a new set of tires installed that I picked out and at a better price than online. The work was done fast, clean, professionally while taking great detail to make sure it was done correctly. All pricing for work performed was equal or better than going to the dealer. All my repairs and maintenance will be done by this business from now on. A trusted BusinessOnce again the service rendered on my 2014 Dodge Charger with rear brake replacement and front wheel bearing replacement resolved the majority of my questions and put me back on the road with a safe and reliable car. As always a great business with guaranteed work and competitive prices. I will use them instead of a dealership.And here we are again using this service facility with another car and were not surprised by the level of service they provided. They explained everything that was incorrect from the dealership and fixed it with no issues and at the agreed price. I have been dealing with Convenience Tire and Auto since 2007. The whole Tyrrell Family is the best. Every time I go there for any type of automotive repair they treat me like family.I also like the fact the "Mini" Timmy Tyrrell is constantly doing events to raise money to fight Childhood Cancer, and has been doing this since he was 8. We were in town from out of state working. To keep a long story short one of our drivers hit a 4x4 post in the highway destroying the driveshaft. Timmy and the guys were on top of everything from parts service and even making sure we had a ride to the job next morning if needed. By far the best shop I have ever had the pleasure of visiting through my years. I even bought a new set of tires while the truck was being repaired. I have used Convenience Tire and Auto for a number of years. Timmy and the staff are always pleasant and keep me informed when they have found issues that I forgot to mention or had been aware of at the time. They have always cared enough to let me decide wether I wanted to have them address their findings now or at later date. This type of service is rare with most businesses these days; however I have never been disappointed with any service they have performed. Servicesreceived have always been efficient, timely, and very reasonable. Whenever I take my auto to Convenience I know it is getting the very best of care.

Convenience Tire and Auto is always a pleasure to work with! They have been servicing our family cars for a while now. They are flexible and efficient with getting our cars back to us in a timely manner. They have frequently offered to bring us back to the house after dropping off the car. Timmy, the owner, is great at communicating service needs as well as educating on the importance. It s nice to have a family owned and operated shop so close that we trust and who make us feel like apart of the family!A few months back, I brought my Honda in for repair. There was a mystery issue that the crew was unable to solve. After a call with Timmy, he asked for permission to take the car to the Honda dealership. At the Honda dealership they determined it was a transmission issue. Timmy worked with the dealership to repair the car and covered costs for us! The most amazing mechanics shop in VA hands down and the only shop I ever take my cars too! All their mechanics are incredibly skilled and the staff are always amazing to work with! This is accentuated by the experienced staff and mechanics involved in the shops own stock cars used in local and regional races!
