Kevin has kept my cars on the road for years. He is ALWAYS honest and straightforward, and the work has consistently been top quality. Not only do they provide great diagnostic / mechanic work, the customer service is always superb! Don't hesitate to take your cars to Complete Auto.

Kevin restored my faith in humanity again. I took my vehicle to RPM Autohaus, Virginia Tire and Auto, and Firestone with all of them trying to gouge me on prices, and add unnecessary work to my vehicle (not to mention the issues they caused on the vehicle with previous "maintenance"). He may be the only honest mechanic left from my experience. I would highly recommend his shop if you are looking for a mechanic who is not just trying to hustle you!

Kevin is the BEST! My Jeep was having an unidentifiable issue that was progressively getting worse and worse. Multiple dealerships and mechanics later, and I was always being brushed off only for another issue to pop up a few months later.That is until we moved to Manassas and I saw Complete Auto Care with 5 stars. Not gonna lie, at the beginning I was kind of skeptical. A mechanic shop with 5 stars? I've never seen it. But after working with Kevin, I can fully say that he deserves the highest rating/praise possible. He not only did not brushed me off, but he went above and beyond to get me the help I needed. He provided me with more information and advice than I received from all previous shops/dealerships combined. Very rarely do you meet someone who genuinely just wants to help and do what he does best. Kevin is not only a great mechanic but a great person.If you're looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and knowledgable place to take your car, look no further!

Kevin gives the best customer service! He is so personable, accommodating, transparent, and does an excellent job at communicating what the issues are and talks you through the whole process. He was able to fit me in the day I called, and even demonstrated to me how to change the bulb in my taillight of my car for future reference! I really appreciated his kindness, and will be back in the future for other car maintenance needs!

I requested a last minute brake service to address some issues with our family commuter vehicle. Kevin and his group of talented mechanics were able to take care of my vehicle at a fair, honest, and reasonable price and even provide some guidance on future issues with the wheels on my vehicle. I will definitely be coming back for other services and spread the word to my family and friends of this positive experience.

My first time at this mechanic shop. The Complete Auto Center, has soon as I walked in, I was greeted and welcomed by the gentleman name Kevin. Surprisingly, he took me and my car for a spin after I told him the issues on my car brakes. He listen to the sounds of my car and realizes the issues. We drove back to the shop, tells me, he'll call me and have the car ready for pickup. Kevin calls me back few hours later with detail information and confirmed with me everything that was a high priority that needed to be done. The people there really show true passion for the quality of their work. When I went to pickup my car Kevin the gentleman that greeted me at the door was the owner.If your reading this and your looking for honest, passionate, quality professional work done to your car. I never met these people before but I trust these guys, they treated me like family and they know there stuff. We have a family doctor that I take my kids to. But now we have a family mechanic that we can trust. Thank you Kevin

Blown away by the service here - I never thought I would write a glowing review for an auto shop but the praise is highly deserved. My car broke down in Manassas and it was towed to this location. I chatted with Kevin who was working behind the counter (who turned out to be the owner) after it had been dropped off and told him what had happened. He was concerned (car overheating, smoking, wouldn't start) and told me he'd keep me posted after he'd have a chance to look at it.He kept my expectations in check and gave me his honest thoughts on what he thought was going on. Once he'd diagnosed the issues he walked me through every piece of what he needed to do and why.I can't exactly explain why, but the way Kevin went through everything with me honestly and transparently gave me confidence that I was getting quality work done. I didn't feel like I was being cheated or sold something I didn't need. One of the reviews below said they felt like this shop went above and beyond with their service and I echo that sentiment. Everything was organized and Kevin insisted on showing me the things he had done and the parts that were replaced even though I know nothing about cars; that was very cool and appreciated. I trust him and his work. This is a great shop and I would highly recommend.

I am so glad I found this car shop! Definitely going to be my new go to any time I have car troubles. Kevin was amazing from the first time I spoke with him. He was very knowledgeable and gives really great prices. I ve called a few shops for estimations on getting a sensor replaced and my brakes fixed. Kevin gave me the best estimate around that wasn t over charged at all like the others. They got my car done really fast. I highly recommend this auto shop if you need to get your car fixed and don t want to be overcharged.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Kevin is an angel and their service here is so friendly and excellent. I hate taking my car in because (as a young woman) I always feel like mechanics talk down to me and try to take advantage, but I really feel like Kevin takes the time to help me make informed decisions about my car without being belittling. The true definition of above and beyond great costumer service. Great work and fair pricing. Very thorough, transparent and honest . ( which is rare in this industry) long story short i had my engine replaced by complete auto center. I was hesitant at first given this was my first time getting service there and it was major. I had Multiple issues with the new engine and the company s warranty department right out the gate . (All There fault) Kevin was there in battle with me throughout it all . I greatly appreciate everyone there who helped get my truck back on the road!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

After my first phone call with Kevin, I was confident that this was a shop I could trust, and damn it feels good to be right!Kevin is very knowledgeable. After a short conversation, he had a pretty good idea what my car's problem was before I even brought it in.I never felt upsold, or pressured into more work than I asked for. Prices were reasonable for the work I had done, and because Kevin very clearly communicated with me throughout the process, I knew almost down to the dollar what the bill was going to be before I ever saw it.A friendly mechanic who does the job quickly, for the price he told you. Updated ReviewThankfully our schedules worked out and I was able to take the truck I was planning on purchasing to the shop to get inspected. We went for a test drive and put the truck through it's paces then took it back to the shop to take a closer look. They identified some minor issues and gave me some ammunition to negotiate a few more things with the dealership.They gave me a no-nonsense and straight forward opinion on the truck. I really appreciate their honesty and weren't alarming over the concerns. Not only did they tell me what to look for, they showed me exactly what to look for.I have ZERO hesitation endorsing them for both inspections and on-going service. They will take care of you and not sell you unnecessary service or parts. I LO E shops like this that treat you like family even if you just met.Original ReviewThey weren't able to fit me in on a used car pre-purchase inspection, but if they treat actual customers like they treated me I would not hesitate to use them and suggest them to others. I called them the morning I was planning on picking up a used car and needed to get a pre-purchase inspection. Because of their work load and only having two bays they only had a limited offering that didn't work with my schedule. They referred me to another shop that might be able to help me and told me what to ask for and what to expect.I'm sad I couldn't give them my business. It's shops like this that know what the can do and when they may or may not be able to fit you in and then still help you that demonstrates they are they type of business that is who you want to work with. I figured the least I could do is leave them a good review for how they were able to help. I hope they continue to have success and can expand to service even more people with this attitude.

Friendly, honest and speedy service. I had called about a leak in my exhaust system. Kevin had me drop by without an appointment to help identify what was wrong, took pictures and recommended me to another shop that could make the repair cheaper - all without any charge! If you are looking for an honest mechanic you found it! Especially love that they are a local family owner company.

Kevin was awesome! He provided me a quote for changing my spark plugs and allowed me to bring my own parts. He was very kind throughout the whole process and didnt talk down to me at any point during all of our interactions. What is even better is they are a small business and appreciate every customer they have. I brought my car in around 3 anticipating it not being done until late the next day. Instead, I got a call the next morning saying they completed the job and price ended up right as he had estimated. I will definitely be taking my car here for any future work as well as my partners car.

Wow, great service from Kevin and his team. First impression: Kevin shook my hand, asked for my name, and took care of my flat tire at a time when we really needed our vehicle. What he didn't know is during the prior weekend we went to several places (to check if we even had a flat/I couldn't locate the leak) and these other places wouldn't even check or help. It is incredibly difficult for us to manage these things during the work week with 3 under 3, and we were able to maintain our pediatrician appointments because of Kevin and his staff. Kevin cares about his customers. We will be coming back to Complete Auto Center for all our vehicles. This is how you create long-term customers.Service: Tires

Kevin was amazing. I needed a pre purchase inspection as I live out of state and really needed his eyes on the car. He made me feel like a VIP and I had complete trust in him. Called me 3x during the inspection to talk specifics and sent me photos. Kevin and his crew did a fantastic job fixing our family van. We needed the steering hose valve replaced, serpentine belt, and spark plugs. Complete Auto Care charged a very good price compared to the surrounding auto repair shops and the customer service was excellent. If I could give more than five stars I would. I highly recommend Complete Auto Care.

Very Happy CustomerWords cannot begin to describe how pleased I was with this service that I received at Complete Auto Center. I had some issues with some other automotive service providers that I actually left with me with no hope finding a honest company in this industry.I can remember praying a prayer Lord help me. I searched on Google and somehow I was talking to Kevin the owner on the phone. I was sort of frantic because of my earlier experiences; Kevin s candid response at quitting time really sold me. He completed all of the work on my car the same day; he exceeded my expectations both from the conversation on the phone and the work that he promised to get done was done in one day early. I am very thankful for him and his business; and now I have a automotive service that I can trust and believe in. Thank you Complete Auto Center.
