I was traveling to Washington DC in my RV. It started sputtering and losing power. Fortunately I was able to pull over into the Dumfries Truck Rest Area where unfortunately I would spend the next three days.I made approximately 50 or more calls trying to find someone who could check my RV out for me. Everyone had either closed for the weekend, out of town on vacation or they didn't do engine work only the coach part.I was eventually referred to Johnson Truck Center that Monday morning and they turned out to be a office of Racial Bigots. They told me they could check my RV out for me, but by the time I got it there they told me they would not be able to see it until 4 weeks later. The manager asked me who referred me to him. He stated he would call that person and make sure they didn't refer anyone else. I took it he was talking about my skin color, he had such a racial undertone.Stuck like Chuck, and not knowing anyone in the area or the area itself I was very careful of how I responded to anything they said or offered. But one thing I knew and that is just as they didn't want to work on my vehicle because I am a black man, I didn't want them to work on it for the same reason.Aaron's Towing Service called Shannon at Colchester Service Center and he said that he would be able to look at it Tuesday morning. The tow drivers tow us to his shop and Tuesday morning they came out diagnose our problem and had us back on the road by 4pm.The guys at Colchester, Tracy, Shannon, and Joe was very professional and knowledgeable. They assured me even before they look at my vehicle that they could get me going and they did.5 starts in my book is only a starting point for these guys. They far exceeds a five start rating. They were welcoming and pleasant to be around. Very accommodating and caring. They made our problem their problem and took the weight off our shoulders.I would recommend these guys to anyone anywhere. I will never forget what they did fir us.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Slow !!!Came to change out thermostat due to overheating on 2016 Freightliner CascadiaTook them 7 hours to do this job.To disconnect hose clamp and remove 4 bolts ?Do not come here you will be ripped offAsk price and how long it will take before letting them start working.

Never been a customer, but would like to address how some of their employees are. Today (8/29/23) one of their employees ran me off the road because he was behind a slow moving semi. He tried to cut me off by swerving into my lane and completely pushed me off the road. As i get back on the road, from laying down on my horn he proceeded to give me the middle finger. I called to file a complaint and the gentleman I talked to on the phone said he would pass it to upper management.

Professional? Mostly. I ll be honest, super professional in my experience always has a trade off of personality. I prefer talking to people, not robots. They respond to people like people. Show respect, get respect. They have always been fair with me. They said we brought your truck into the shop an hour ago I was able to confirm it because my truck told me that it moved an hour ago (technology is great). I have plenty of experience with other shops as well. I ll continue to keep tabs on other shops every once in a while just to make sure this is still my main spot, but yes, this is still my main spot.

I think would give only 1/4 of the star. Totally unprofessional mechanics. To change the radiator for them taking 6 hours job. Half of engine could be repaired at this time. Hourly price is more even that dealer charging . To change the radiator they sent invoice for $3000 .Go away for these kind of mechanics and service

Great group of guys. Helped me out a great deal when my truck broke down. They came picked me up took me to their shop. Had me in and out with a new clutch in under 4 hours. They got the job done when others told me a week.

Took my KW truck to them and they fix all the problems I was having. Definitely recommend this shop.
