I TRUST the team at Coho Automotive. Trust is hard to come by in the world of car repairs, but these folks are SUPER professional, flexible and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I didn t have an appointment, so I began to worry if I would find a place that could service my car before the holidays. Luckily I found Coho! They got my car in, and I was able to make my holiday trip!

Outstanding customer service. Outstanding technicians. COHO finds the problems and gets them fixed. They do what they say they will do for the price quoted. I brought my Z3M into them with a cracked head and scored cams. They took care of every detail from diagnosis to road testing, kept me up to date, were always available and informed, and went to great lengths sourcing hard to find parts and machining. The fellas at Coho Automotive were FANTASTIC!Their experience & communication made a tough situation so much better. We truly appreciated their regular updates, and their estimate was spot-on! It didn't change halfway through the process like other places do. They were great & I will be recommending them to all my friends when I can.

This shop is fantastic! Brought my Cayman in for an Airbag light.Customer service was super professional and my car was done prior to my estimated turnaround time. They had my old part available for me to take back with when I checked out. Will be back here 100% for future service!

I just moved to Manassas and a coworker recommended Coho for some electrical issues I was having with my Honda. I am so grateful for that rec. These guys are honest, services are fairly priced, and Cody at the front desk is thorough in explaining everything to customers. I'll be taking my honda and my husband's toyota here for the foreseeable future!

Intermittent and elusive Compressor issue that couldn t be diagnosed for two years by other mechanics ( seems like it just needs more Freon ) whom I took my car to. Coho was able to diagnose and fix it. Appreciated the candor and the service.

Went in the have my steering pump, and my steering rod repair, and replace my front and rear Strut/Coil Spring. It take longer than I expected but they were nice enough to lend us a decent car to use. The staff members are really friendly. The price is a bit high but they do an excellent job. So it is worth it. Thank you.

We were traveling from CT to FL when our Volvo messaged coolant low we were appx 35 mile from Coho. These guys are amazing. They found and fixed an issue I've had for over a year that two other shops (including the dealership) couldn't figure out. And, for an excellent price! They even found and fixed a minor vibration issue I didn't even know I had without adding anything extra. On top of that, Chris reaches out to you personally to ensure everything is going ok. Definitely going back as well as taking my wife's car there from now on.

I dropped my Mercedes C400 for a sensor change and a regular maintenance service. Everything was great, the greeting and letting know what was wrong and how to fix that. Their quality of work is amazing. Also, they follow up after their work is done. They make you feel like family. A good mechanic is hard to find these days. Good experience with this auto repair shop. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable and provided answers to all my questions before and during repairs. The car was fixed and ready for checkout on time as promised. The car has been running well with no problems. Will return again. Make an appointment and get your car fixed here.

I had to have some work done on my car recently. I was looking for a good place to s service my car, I saw COHO has very good ratings so I thought I would give them a try. I thought I needed brakes but once they inspected, they told me the brakes were good. A lot of places would have told me they needed changing to make a buck but COHO didn't. You have to love an honest company. I had some other work done and I'll have to say they did a great job. I definitely recommend COHO.

These guys provide great honest service. I wanted a second opinion about the source of an oil leak that the dealer was unable to positively identify after an hour of diagnostic their opinion was "somewhere deeper in the engine requiring at least $2-3k of work with no guarantee of finding the problem. After an hour diagnostic Jim from CoHo called to explain they traced the problem to the oil pump but would need another hour to investigate further which may yield a simple fix. After a second call it was clear the oil pump was not repairable and needed replacement. Jim recommended replacing the timing belt and water pump at the same time for no additional labor cost. He asked about a recent recall notice (I had this fixed at the dealer) and even call the dealer to check if the repairs were under manufacturers warranty (they weren't) then I was quoted a price less labor already spent. After authorizing the repair Jim set my expectations that the repair may require a full day plus overnight to allow the engine to cool before final inspection, and that's exactly what occurred. I was even offered a loner vehicle but declined because I work from home. The communication excellent and respectful. The service was top notch and prices was on par with the dealer. I will definitely use them again.Service: Engine repair

A great experience with a very knowledgeable team. They provide a range of options with top-notch service at reasonable pricing. Their customer service is also fantastic as they keep you apprised each step of the way.I've trusted them with my late model SUV (2005) and with my sedan. They are able to get the needed parts and repairs done in reasonable time no matter how complicated the work is. Know you can trust this team and that they will keep you posted each step of the way.

It is so difficult to find an honest, fair-priced mechanic until you do business with Coho. Chris and his team (Jim & Cody) treat you like family. They never pressure you to have a specific service completed but give you options and sincere recommendations. I have consistently utilized Coho for over 6 years and will not use any other company. Couldn't be happier with the service provided. It was nice working with Cody as I get almost daily update on the progress, even though I mentioned that I'm in no rush, he was always on top of things. Thorough explanation was given along the way while the car was having old parts refreshed, and even more details during collection. Options were laid out and not at all pushy.I can trust my Porsche Boxster, Mazda Miata and even my Camaro SS when it comes to repair works, with Coho.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Recently dropped off my wife's jeep for inspection ended up needing some work coho really took care of us they stayed in contact right up till the work was done. AWESOME GUYS I'll definitely be using them again

I walked away a month or so ago so pleased, but I forgot to post this review.Simply put, they are amazing. I took to them an older Porsche being much maintenance. I could not be happier with the result. It's like a new car. I would drive great distances to take the car to them again.
