I had an incident where a driver with Traveler's insurance hit my car and I was instructed by Traveler's to get my car repaired at this Caliber location in Manassas. The communication that I received while my car was being worked on was poor since they had me confused with another customer's repair. I was given text messages saying my car was ready when it wasn't. I then came to get my car back from Caliber on a Friday and my fender was not repaired correctly. (Apparently the inside fender lining wasn't put back together correctly.) There was no technician available that day and the manager wanted me to pay for the repair even though I was going through Traveler's insurance. I refused and was then told not to pick up the car and to come back on Monday (While the manager sorts out the payment with Traveler's). Their technician was not available on Monday. I had to come back on Tuesday and while the fender lining was fixed, a wide panel gap had formed where the bumper met the front driver's side fender. The pictures can show you how bad these gaps are. When I tried to tell the manager he had the technician tell me: "That's within the manufacturer's panel gap measurements". He never tried to show me what that meant. Another employee then tried saying how they would have to order aftermarket bumper mounting brackets and that the panel gap would get even worse because of that. If my mounting brackets are already from Ford then why can't they fix the panel gap that's there in the first place? I wish there was someone I could bring up these issues with but the management here doesn't really care about customer service so that's why I had to give this place a 1 star review.

We had our 2020 Toyota Sienna towed there after a deer decided to play in traffic.Initially, I would have recommended Caliber. As I go through the vehicle, which I got back just before Christmas and before the scheduled time, I notice more and more small things.A few small things were missed... like the windshield fluid jets were not put in the new hood. the line is there, but no sprayers exist. the holes are there for them.The passenger side front headlight has condensation in it. I told the service advisor at pickup. The condensation will cause the vehicle to not pass VA inspection, as it alters the beam.I called to schedule an appt to get it fixed before Jan 1. Today is Jan 21. the lack of communication is getting rather annoying.

Caliber Collision did a wonderful job repairing front end damage on our 2013 Toyota Corolla. When I saw the completed repair I had check the license plate to make sure that it was my car because it looked brand new! The office staff were courteous and professional. They made rental car pick up and drop off hassle free. Caliber's service is superior in all respects and I heartily recommend them!

I was sent on a quest to get a lamp that was not working since I received the car back. When I returned from my quest, the manager (who I talked to originally) then told me that they had no technicians available. Why I would be sent on a meaningless quest knowing there would be no technicians I am still unsure. The first time I received the car I also got it back with a check engine light, nice. Totally lack of any concern for the customer here. Avoid this place like the plague.

Everyone at caliber greeted me and gave great customer service. They called the rental place right after I arrived, they kept me informed on my vehicles progress the whole time and was ready early. The car looked like new and was cleaned inside and out

Caliber collision completed my body work within the quoted time frame. When inspecting the work, I was instructed on best maintenance and continued care. They were also so convinced that the work was good that they told me to come back no charge if anything was not to my satisfaction. I used USAA insurance to initiate repair. Excellent service and quality work.

I have used this shop multiple times now (people really need to stop hitting me!) And I will not go anywhere else! Recently I moved 25 minutes farther away and when I needed a body shop for my truck, the insurance co said there were 2 calibur collisions closer. I visited one and got a quote, but 3 calls later I could not get them to return my call to schedule. Fed up I called this caliber collision because I was pleased with my prior visit. Of course they immediately scheduled me and I was set. My truck was repaired and returned in no time. Once again, super happy with this shop! They're very communicative, friendly and knowledgeable. I don't care how far they are, they're the only body shop I will use.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Never bring your car here. During pickup noticed my front grill was loose which they fixed. But why was it loose? Brought my car shortly thereafter to tbe dealership for an oil change and a rattling in the front end and dealership noted many issues due to the repair. Improper installation, poor installation, missing items, loose and or stripped bolts and so forth. Will now need a second shop to fix all the poor work that caliber did. I also have noticed addtional marks on both sides of my car that werent there before. Looks like someone beat up my car and dragged stuff against it. They did an awesome job on fender damage to my Ford Escape. Dropped it off on a Sunday night and my vehicle was ready Friday afternoon. They kept me updated everyday on the process of repairs. Highly recommend and we would go back for any body damage and repairs.

The first time I brought my car it a few months ago, the experience wasn't great. Melissa, who used to work there, never ordered the part I needed to finish my car up. They kept on changing the finishing time. So, they had my car over a month. The paint job was great! Now my car is completely done. I would bring it back if the same people who handled me the second time are still there.

This Caliber location cancelled my Enterprise rental prior to picking up my car. When I went to get my car, it was not complete and had to keep my rental for additional days. They never contacted enterprise to extend my rental and after multiple attempts to extend my rental through myself, my insurance adjuster and Enterprise, I was charged for keeping my rental because Caliber did not follow through. Note that I spoke to their team multiple times and was assured that they would take care of it and had received the request from Enterprise.The quality of the work was fine but the lack of communication and inability and irresponsibility to fix the rental car error was an nightmare. I would not suggest working with this Caliber Collison team.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

First off the the damage was caused in the back bumper and car trunk wouldn t close. Car trunk wasn t aligned it s fixed now. When the guy called he seemed he did want to fix it. Missing screws, extremely poor paint job(like they put the cheapest paint) they even got paint on my rear window, and etc show in photos. Also, it seems that the bumper it s holding right and the bumper seems cheap as well. Amount of almost $8,000 to fix. To be done extremely poor. My rating 0/10. Just extremely extremely poor job!Service: Painting
