Shop techs are friendly and they offer you rides back to your home and drop your car off when it's done. Service was great. Originally there was some confusion in the price that was quoted but Darrin came through on a major service for probably at cost for him. Honest and easy to work with! Definitely a return customer.

My Honda broke down & I had it towed to this shop. This is the place you want to fix your car. Accommodating, fair prices and awesome customer service. I really lucked out being broken down in the middle of no where. Thanks!

The service exceeded my expectations. My car needed a full tune up, Browns picked up and delivered my car at my convenience. The communication was excellent I was continuously updated with detailed information and pictures. I know nothing about cars LOL but they were very informative. Definitely my go to if I have any other issues. I have already recommended Browns to friends and family. LOL

Had went in to do some warranty work found out warranty wasn t going to cover it. Darrin was very helpful and understanding helped me out the best way he could and we got my car up and running at a reasonable price. Highly recommend and the staff is very knowledgeable if they deem something unfit for use they will let it be known allow you to make the call. Most shops won t even let you know till its time for a repair/fix after leaving a previous work done.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

I recommend Bronw AutoCare. They were very professional, listen to my problems and said what they thought it was and they were 100% right. I will take my vehicle back to them. The price was good and the service was excellent.

Darrin and his team have excellent service. When I went in for my oil change and tune up he explained to me in detail about getting my coolant flush out and what that meant. I appreciated that a lot. I found the shop because they accepted my auto warranty, and I am so thankful I did! I'm gearing up for a big move, and Brown's made the whole process so smooth and quick to get my repairs done. I have been coming to this shop for a couple of years. The service is always quicker than I expected. This time got 4 tires and got my brake system fixed. Mr Darrin is a very humble and easy going person. BEWARE! Negative a million stars!So many issues with this shop, so I'll highlight the worst. They were paid thousands$ by my warranty company and the same items are broken again just a few months later. They won't return my many calls. My Porsche is back at a DIFFERENT LEGIT shop to fix what Brown's was paid to fix. Now I have to pay out of pocket cuz the warranty co says this needs to be fixed by the original shop (ummm Brown s won t respond and anyway NO WAY I m taking it back there)! Also, they sprayed "gunk" engine cleaner all over my Porsche engine and now months later I cannot even put it in the garage because it smells so bad. I've detailed it, Simple Greened it, Dawn-soaped it. I can't drive with the air flow on or the smell gets inside! They will tell you they are honest veterans, I totally bought into it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR HIGH END CAR THERE! I was totally fooled. They have no idea what they're doing. I wasn't even going to review, but now I have to get their mess fixed! Will be reporting to bbb!

I've been receiving car care through Brown's Auto care for a few years now. What I noticed is that Darrin and his staff provides excellent car care, sound advice and outstanding professionalism. I was really impressed with the mobile service. Had my harmonic balancer go which threw off my crankshaft. Brown's Auto Care was extremely easy to work with and reasonably priced. I've looked for a mechanic I felt I could trust with work in unable to do on my own and I found one here!

Mr. Brown did an absolutely amazing job servicing my vehicles. I highly recommend everyone to get their vehicle serviced here. Brown s Auto Care provides mobile services to pick up and drop off vehicles at customers residences as a courtesy. This is the best place with good friendly people. Did exactly what they said would be done at the estimate they gave me with very fast service.I did the oil change and Wheel alignment to VW Passat TDI I got excellent service I found my place to car service. Everyone who works there is licensed and has worked in the car service for a long time. They will let you out from there with a fixed car and satisfaction. I usually don't write reviews but I just had to for this one. Mr. Brown and his staff are beyond professional. This is the most caring and HONEST mechanic shop I ever been to in the whole DMV. I tried to be Ms. Fix it and give myself a oil change and put to much oil in my car. It was smoking EVERYWHERE. I called Mr. Browns shop scared to drive any further with my little kids in the car. He sent someone so fast to me to drain some oil and let me mention his name was Lee and was amazing, patient, professional, friendly, and even told me to I could follow him to the shop because I was still scared to drive my vehicle. I caught a red light and he pulled over waited for me. Got to the shop and EVERYONE was so friendly and such a welcoming environment. I believe that was Brown wife at the front if im wrong sorry but she was soooo sweet, welcoming, and caring as well offered drinks. It was hot outside. They even put on tv for my little ones to be entertained. Service was fast! Next minute you know my car was done. I appreciate everyone here and will be my new go to if im having car issues.
