I had a great experience on 27 Oct 2023 with Carlos Benitez my Service Advisor. He went far out of his way during a personal emergency I was having with my Tahoe. He didn t have to go the extra mile to urgently assist me but he did. He was super helpful and amazing to work with. Body Shop Review (cannot rate any other part of the dealer)Recently if not unfortunately needed some body work done. I called/showed up without any kind of warning to have a fender replaced and door fixed. From start to finish Julia in the Body Shop kept me completely up to date on what was going on. Especially when the timeline given was skewed when things didn't go as planned. I was impressed with her customer service and hope if you need body work in the future (Hopefully you don't!), you go see her.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Sam Noori asked that I provide a review, after purchasing a used vehicle I have not been able to get a hold of him. I reached out every day for 3 days about questions. He would not respond to text messages or emails. When I called he was never available or whoever answered said he wasn't there. This is 2 weeks later now on Tuesday 2/20. On Monday I was told he was coming in at 1pm, then later was told he was off. I called today and was told "He said" to say he wasn't there, lol. I kept getting asked to call back instead of just being transferred to someone who could help. Still no response to multiple messages and voicemails. Very weak customer service all around. That is my honest review. Maybe I'll get a response now but doubt it. Just want to get my tags or have information of what I need to do to get them.

This dealership is a joke. I have brought several trucks over the years but I am really disappointed in Chevy dealers overall.I drove 2 hours to get there on a Friday. I was really interested in a truck they had for sale. Only to find out that there was some hidden fees that were not told to me over the phone so I overlooked the fees. I spent 4 hours on a Friday only to find out that at 9:45, they could not get an approval for me because the banks was closed. I keep being told 10 min the finance team would be with me. During my visit I keep asking about an estimate payment and salesman Jerome said that they do things different here and only the finance people go over everything once you get in the back. As long as you re good with the total price that all that they do. So once I got to the financeI was told they need $500 to hold the vehicle. I told him no. And he said would contact me the next day. never did. The salesman called me for proof of income on the next day. Which I sent. And now it s Sunday I have not heard anything from them. What a joke of a place. Don t waste your time there.

Had an appointment for an oil change and it took just over 2 hours to complete, I also asked the service advisor if they can refill my coolant overflow tank because it was empty and he said OK and after waiting two hours, they only did the oil change, coolant was left untouched. I really was trying to give this service department a chance because I bought my car from this dealership, but based on the reviews and negative experiences other customers have had with this service department, I am really considering taking my vehicle to a different dealership now

My experiences this dealership have been nothing less than disappointing. From my time and interactions with Roger Rueda, who is the most unscrupulous individual I've dealt with since moving to the area. The fact that many of the other employees at the dealership all spoke to how he lies and manipulates what is discussed with customers is also a red flag that this dealership is as culpable in shady behavior as they allow Roger to constantly get away with falsifying transactions. As Virginia is not a 2 party state, I would advise everyone to have a recorded conversation with anyone in the service department at this dealership. As time has passed since my interactions with Roger in-person and over the phone, I have listened to my recording so many times that now I feel like legal actions should be taken given he noted incorrect consent under my name. Moving forward, I will continue to take my car to Pohanka Chevrolet.

Avoid this dealership if you can, I was sold a used car that was vibraring at highway speeds and leaking engine oil. I noticed the problem and took it to them right away and mentioned I couldn't identify those problems because I never went at highway speeds during the test drive. They said they cannot do anything and told me I should have gotten a warranty with them. So be prepared to get screwed over. You are on got own after you sign. I should have gone with CarMax instead. Terrible mistake.

I usually don t write review but it bought my attention that the salesman Jerome was very helpful but his sales manger who says his name is Amir is very unprofessional and snake oil salesman. Please if possible avoid his service to buy a car in this place.

Customer service is key! Let me start by saying I was communicating with a sales rep. Via text about a vehicle in their website. I sent him the link to the vehicle and one other asking that he pull them and have them ready for our appointment at 4:30. When I arrived at 4:30, the sales person was busy and I was assigned a new rep. No problem. I was told the vehicle I wanted was not available, that s okay too. I had a back up and was willing to check that out. I saw the vehicle, liked it and wanted to move forward. The manager and I spoke since I was not going to pay for freight charges. He was great about this and waived this. He then proceeded to tell me, my husband and the sales person Derrell that the car was certified and I was getting this extra stuff ...fast forward to financing, I decline the extra warranties, and all of the sudden the manager is not in the building and the certification on the vehicle is not available. They don t honor this!! Shady business I tell them!I still purchase the car, it s a 2020 and for my son plus has a warranty.I don t get to take the car on date of purchase because the find a small issue. I then come back in the next day AFTER I am told the car is ready at service. I also speak with my sales person via phone AND text, I tell him it will take me an hour to get there and he assures me the car will be ready. Guess what?? It s not readyCan you believe that? This place has a lot that could be improved if they want repeat customers since the customer is key!I would not return here.

Full disclosure- I have family that works here and thought they would treat me right, help me and at the very least communicate if the deal couldn t be made. I filled out credit app, waited. Saw alerts my credit was hit, continued to wait. I was interested in a specific vehicle and the ones I expressed interest in kept being sold. Not wanting to waste anyones time, I asked if they could plug in the amount of the vehicle I was interested in to see the numbers and see if I should continue pursuing. After I gave my paystubs for them to work the deal in finance, I was ghosted. This literally was over a 3 week period I heard nothing. Getting irritated, I contacted the salesman who told me he thought finance had spoken to me because yet again the car was sold I was interested in. I again asked could we just talk numbers so I could see if I wanted to continue. I was told finance would call me. Low and behold hours later finance called and said yea, you need $2000 down. I said okay and what else, oh your payment would be $900ish. When I expressed frustration for dragging this out, I was told I was the hang up for getting the paystubs to them late (I was asked on a Thursday and they were provided on the following Saturday, 2 weeks after the initial contact starting the credit application). First, no one said I could or couldn t afford $2000 down, but he assumed I couldn t and brushed me off. Second, the payment was the deal breaker, but as I asked, you knew that payment long ago IF you had been working the deal as I thought you were. So 3 weeks of waiting to end in a brush off, no deal.Low and behold not even a week later I walked in and out of another Chevy dealer with the exact car I wanted with a much better down payment and monthly payment in less than 5 hours ON A HOLIDAY SUNDAY!Also this was my second attempt to purchase a vehicle from them, the first time I was brushed off by finance as well and stupidly thought this time would be different.Seems like if you aren t the perfect customer with perfect credit and don t flaunt you have a ton of money to put down, you are wasting their time.

This establishment is not professional. First and foremost, on 5/22/21, I came in to purchase a used 2020 suburban. After calling the bank two months later, I discovered that they had not completed the finance paperwork and that I needed to re-run my credit and re-file paperwork. They dropped the ball and cynically told me that I had been riding around in the car for free. Keep in mind that they would not have discovered this error if I hadn't called to check on my monthly payment it would ve cost me a lot of problems in the long run. Then, via text, one of the salespeople requested that I text him a picture of my debit card or check/routing information in order to make a payment to the business, without explaining the larger issue at hand. They made a grave error and somehow blamed it on me, even though I was the one who started looking into why I hadn't gotten a monthly car charge. They gave no compensation for my troubles and essentially instructed me to "live with it" and that businesses had to lose clients from time to time. They were arrogant the entire time and attempting to conceal the situation.Ivan, the manager, was one of the guys that helped me. Ahmed, who didn't finish my paperwork, and Ulises, the salesman. My shopping experience was tarnished as a result of this.

I had been searching for a few months for the perfect used vehicle. My needs were specific, low mileage, newer model, good to great condition. When I found my Jeep Compass on Bomnin Chevrolet in Manassas website, my husband I went straight away. We were met by Alex Sanchez. He was polite, genuine and the epitome of professionalism. I could not have asked for a better salesman to work with. Alex answered every question knowledgeably and was completely upfront and honest when it came time to negotiate. No hidden charges/fees. No price mark ups because we were paying cash. He is a straight shooter! I highly recommend Alex for any future vehicle purchases. You will be in the best hands!

Had a great quick experience. I did not want to spend a ton of time at the dealership. I knew what I wanted and explained that to Kevin and he was able to show me right to the vehicles I wanted to see and give me their bottom dollar price. Once the papers were signed Kevin went out of his way to deliver the vehicle to me since I drove to the lot. There was not a lot of pressure to buy additional things and overall Kevin s help was attentive and top notch. Thanks again!

I went to buy a car, drove 2.5 hours. Was told I could make a down payment over the phone if I wanted the deal and car. Called next day to make down payment and set up sale. Was jersey around 2 more days , then told car was sold. After being told I could not make a deposit by the finance manager over the phone . Then after moving on and buying a car the next day from a different dealer, got a text saying car was available, when could I come in? When I called to settle the deal, phone was answered unprofessional, laughing in background so loud I couldn't understand what sales guy was saying. I know deposit can be taken over phone with debit or credit, because the dealer I bought car from did it without a problem! This place needs BBB and investigation into its professional and financial practices. I will never recommend them to anyone! Stay away from this place!

I ve been coming here for a few years now and I ve never had any issues with the service or the car I bought. However I was there earlier today 12/13 and there was a man in the service area who acted extremely inappropriate. He hovered while I was checked in and then kept staring at me while I was talking to the other employees. He then looked me up and down and told me how much he loved my pants on me (they were plain black leggings) and then kept saying more but I walked away. It was WAY more than customer service friendliness and it made me feel really uncomfortable leaving my car there as a woman by herself. He also acted really strangely towards the female employees. I asked one of the women there if he worked there and she said yes.Overall I felt very uncomfortable so I don t know if I ll come back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

A young man by the name of Talon helped me out 3 days ago. He was soo friendly and I told him I d probably pass on buying a car today. He was understanding, compassionate and was not overly pushy whatsoever. Which is something more salesman should learn from. He wasn t just focused on shoving me into a car and pushing me out the door. He sat there and had small talk with me for a bit. He is the only reason why I won hundred percent well be returning in a month or two after my car is paid off to upgrade. I can tell Talon has been doing this for a while the way he handles himself is nothing less than professional. When I first walked in other sales people turn their heads because I wasn t the most presentable. But Talon did not care. I can t say enough about this guy.

Absolute worst experience in buying a car i have ever had! My son wanted the car, only reason I stuck with them. I called on a Monday, advised them I wouldn't be able to come to dealership until Saturday due to work schedules and 3 hour drive. I told.them I was very interested and if I could get financing we want the vehicle. So I give them all the details to get financed. I get a call back, we got approved. Ok good, we will be down Saturday to purchase vehicle. On Wednesday, I get a text from salesman if we still have vehicle we will see you Saturday! Wait, what? IF YOU STILL HAVE VEHICLE? I immediately called.them and they advised me they can't hold the vehicle, ok so you "dinged" my credit report and I am approved and told.you we couldn't come into Saturday. I was furious and told the sales manager where they could stick the car. It wasn't 5 minutes later, the financial manager calls me and says if they could get the car un-stuck out of sales manager would we still take the car. Of course, my words back then were not as nice as this review. Anyways, they still didn't agree to hold the car so will just see what happens until Saturday. Also, I learned that they are charging $1799 on top of vehicle for an inspection, 2 fobs and floor mats. What? Doesn't most cars come with 2 keys? Floor mats, who cares? Inspection, we aren't from Virginia and needed to pay for our own state anyways. Something we couldn't opt out of! Ok so we make the 3 hour -one way trip on Saturday, not knowing if the vehicle is still going to be there or not. We get there, and vehicle is still on lot. So we tell them who we are and wanted to sign and leave with vehicle. We wait 3 hours before signing paperwork. This place is ridiculous! I will be contacting Chevy headquarters and giving my feedback to them as well.

I purchased my car here in January and since purchasing my car here I had nothing but problems with it. Some, of those problems include bad tires, broken battery etc. Every single time that I have called the dealership in regards to those problems I have been met with nothing but rudeness by the service department and the repair/maintenance department. When, I first called about my battery having issues all those issues were dismissed and the service department lady questioned if my car might just be in auto-stop mode after I had literary told her it was fully shutting off and after being dismissed sure enough I had to get my car towed 2-3 days later and now I m waiting to find out if my alternator might be bad too. To make it even worse there overcharge in every way possible at their repair/maintenance department and not just by a little bit. For example a rim for $350 that doesn t include the installation, Autozone had the same rim for $199 and other places had it even cheaper. On top of that since I can t drive my car currently they can t even provide me a rental car even though that is covered under my warranty and upon asking them for further suggestions I was just met with more rudeness and no help. If you are looking for a car dealership that is not just trying to make a sale of you then this is isn t the right place.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Battery

My vehicle purchase experience at Bomnin Chevrolet was exceptional. From the start I was treated with patience and respect. My sales associate Kevin Whetzel is knowledgeable about what he has on the lot and answered every single question I threw at him. The dealership was very clean and everyone practiced safety. Not to mention I got the best deal possible and actually saved some money in the process. Overall I will definitely recommend Bomnin for their professionalism and incredible deals

Kevin did a great job. I let him know the vehicle we liked and we were able to make a quick deal. My wife and I didnt want to be hanging out at the dealership all day and he made the process quick. Coordinated with the finance department to get us in and out. They have the most in stock Tahoes around and prices beat everyone. We shopped and got the best deal from Kevin.

I found a car i was interested in on their website. I submitted a "contact me" for the car i was looking at. After a few days of no contact i decided to call in myself. The sales guy was very dry i guess you could say. He didnt seem to know much about the specific car i was lookin at. Being i was out of the state, i was trying to get as much info as possible. I was the one asking all the questions etc. I basically sold myself the vehicle. I asked him to sent me some pictures, which he did do. I put down a $1000 deposit and told the sales guy i would be making the 9hr drive the coming weekend. I had all the financing done here locally, so they didnt even have to do that. When arriving the car was in good condition. There were a few spots/scratch's i wasnt told about as i had asked for on the phone, but not enough to make me turn away. Basically what i deemed if there was something i DIDNT ask about, the sales guy wasnt informing me. Car only had 1 key fob, which i requested i wanted another. They said they'd get me one. Fast forward to about 2-3 weeks after the deal has been completed. Ive tried messaging the sales guy/calling ect to find out where my second keyfob is at. It was very difficult to get an answer, then i was lied to about it a few times. I then called and talked to a manager, was told the same thing, hed follow up ect. He did for that day, after that he disappeared just like the sales guy. Took about 3 weeks to get the additional fob. It also took them almost 3 months to get me my title/plate. Took multiple calls, hearing the lie of its the title transfers fault they are behind. When i called the tile company, i was informed the dealership never submitted the paperwork! I would not recommend this dealership.

I would give Bonmin a three out of five stars as I believed that the dealership attempted to meet my request and make things right . Clean dealership with an assortment of vehicles. Randy Green, (the initial rep) was nice, He did everything in his power to sell the vehicle and to ease my family s mind. I wasn t overly impressed with the business acumen. The dealership wanted to recoup on a package that they had installed on the vehicle although their website failed to show this installation in the picture that was posted. I wasn t comfortable with this as I believed that the dealership was unwilling to accept their mistake and ensure that I as their customer was satisfied.

I do give this dealership credit for giving us the low advertised price on a vehicle. But that's where it ends. We waited for over an hour after looking at the vehicle just to see what the numbers would be in deciding on payment. The finance manager outright lied to us about which options were the best for us. When I tried to call the dealership with a question about the vehicle two days after buying it, they said they'd call back but never did. Do not shop here!

Terrible experience at this dealer. I was looking into leasing a vehicle, and they clearly were not interested in helping me with the details. They wouldn t give me any leasing pricing unless I drove the car and had them run a credit check. I just wanted to know pricing prior to driving a vehicle. The finance manager John was rude and stuck up and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone in the future. Awful customer service and both Honda and Toyota dealers in the area had much better service.

Just got off the phone with a sales rep. The rep called 10 minutes after I did my inquiry online, only reason why this review gets two stars. Was looking into buying a new Camaro. She was not helpful and I could barely understand her. She didn't even talk about different options that I could have available... I told her that I might look else where and she said "hmm okay"... I was looking on the Bomnin website and love the verbiage that they use "The Price you see is the price you will pay. NOT A PENNY MORE." Until they add on a destination charge (1K).. dealer processing fee (1K)...plus the taxes, which I know comes with the vehicle.. The price looked great until you see all the underling fees included. Customer service was very poor.
