Great family owned business. Usually go here for oil changes and tires but recently had some major work done to my wife's car. Prices were fair, work was quick and professional.I could care less what they charge because the owner Mo, is the funniest man I've ever met. I sometimes stop by just to say hello and be amused by his humor.Services: Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Avoid this place at all costs! Unprofessional...I trusted the company to brakes...he lied to me about it was completed. This was back in August 2021. Wreck my car and have the honesty to tell me. I had to get the front repainted. I contacted them he he told me to contact tomorrow...and tomorrow never came. It's now Feb 2022...and I still haven't heard from since. Do yourself a favor and avoid the company...and you'll be glad you did.Service: Brakes

This man had my Truck for three months and cost me over $ 12k in repairs always charging for additional repairs. By his own admission he had a corrupt mechanic that claimed he had put in new parts but never did . My truck basically had every engine part replaced but never ran correctly and broke down a day after leaving his shop . I m now in the process of taking him to to court . I would not recommend this shop or owner to my worst enemy. Very poor mechanical work and horrible at communicating with the customer. A terrible mechanic and dishonest individual.Why do you guarantee your work when you don t honor this? Me and fianc� have given your shop over 20k in the past 2 years and we are very , very disappointed at the poor work and Poor communication or there lack of !!!!!!Service: Engine repair

Automo s is the best place to have your car fixed. This place is privately owned and operated, opened during hours to meet you schedule! I moved down here from NY, worried that I wouldn t be able to find a good and trustworthy mechanic, after having my brother taking care of my car for years. I can easily say that Automo s has done that for me. The owner knows us by name after going in a total of four times. He gives you the best quote, with the option of using his parts or providing your own. You ll go to Automo s once and never go anywhere else again!

Brought my Honda in today to replace all four brake pads and rotors. On top of having the lowest price in town they were able to get my car in and out same day even with me dropping off at noon. I expected to pick my car and be told I needed more repairs done. I was pleasantly surprised when they didn't try to upsell... everyone I spoke to was very polite and honest. I will be going back whenever I need more work done.

Mo is an exceptionally fair mechanic and businessman. He and his staff provide exceptional and informative work. I have been a repeat customer at Auto Mo's for six years now. Continually, I have received exemplary hands-on overviews of my vehicle's problems and a fair price for repair. New customers should be aware that most parts will be locally ordered if they are not in stock, so there might be a little wait (which is pretty normal for the Manassas area of auto repair). Regardless, Mo will have coffee and some hilarious stories to tell you while you wait, so the time will pass quickly. 5 stars .. .the best auto repair shop in town.

I took my Mini there because it felt and sounded like I was driving a '72 VW Beetle. It did take a little bit of time but this was an extended warranty job and those folks aren't always the quickest to get back to the shops. I am very happy to report that my car is fixed, runs good and gets even better gas mileage than it did before it broke. There were some little hiccups after I picked the car up but Mo was extremely professional and gracious and handled everything immediately and with no extra charges!I am taking my '97 4Runner to him next and will continue to use this shop as my ONLY mechanic as long as their doors stay open.It is really very hard to find a shop where you feel you can trust the folks not to try and put one over on you and not to jack the bill way up! I was referred to this shop and you will not regret trying them out for yourself!!!!

TL,DR; honest and cordial service, great rates comparing to others in the area, great labor efficiency, repairs working great so far.One of my coworkers hit a pothole that destroyed his transmission carter. He was in urgent need of a repair ASAP. Found this guys in Yelp with great reviews and gave them a try. The diagnostic was quick and great value. His car was repaired the next day.I needed new CV joints. I had already purchased the parts at rockauto and planed to do the job myself but, with temperatures in the 90+ I decided to give them a try.their estimate was fast and fair. I mentioned I already had the parts and they were ok using them. I called other shops from From Gainesville to Manassas park and most were way more expensive, tool hours to get back to me with estimate, and did not accepted my parts. It would not be a problem to use their parts but they were marking up everything 2x or 3X from what I could get online (even OEM).Repair was prompt, and I have not had any issues with their labor.. I am Super happy with their service.One last note, their receptionist is super sweet, kind and professional.

Amazing Experience, Moh is a great mechanic, extremely knowledgeable. I had a great time just listening to some of his funny stories, while waiting for my car to be serviced. Anyways, its a must go for anyone who wants great service at a low price. You better believe I'll be back.

In my experience, Mo has been a really down to Earth and friendly guy. It's important for me because I try not to give rude and condescending types my money. The work done was usually good but the bad thing is that you vehicle may not even be looked at until a couple of hours after you've arrived. Also, his mechanics were usually fine but one did act really hot-tempered towards me one time (for being late on a maintenance item). It was very odd and unprofessional. If you are on a tight budget, I suggest Walmart for your most basic things, and checking out these guys for all else. Their prices are the same as or slightly cheaper than places like Meineke.

Changed my exhaust pipe with them. Very upfront, trustworthy and on-time service provided by them. They gave me info I did not know about my car, and good advice too. Will definitely go back to them.

Got my brakes done here yesterday $500 for everything including parts. Dealer wanted $1200, there fair and honest I will be back for sure!! Highly recommend them

Automos is an honest and very good auto shop.I've done bussiness there a few times I recently had my ASTRO VAN towed there because it wouldn't start and cut off on me on Centerville rd.mo's found my problem gave me a price to fix and got me back on the road.I recommend if you have auto problems have MO'S check it out

I've had multiple situations where I needed emergency help with my vehicle and the mechanics at automos were not only extremely knowledgeable but they were extremely fair in their pricing. I would definitely go back to automos for any future work.
