I was having an issue with my tire. It kept loosing air. I took my car to the dealership and was told I needed a new tire. I then took my car to Aragon Auto and they found two (2) nails in that tire! They repaired the tire for a very reasonable price. The Aragon Auto Team were respectful and interested in solving the issue. I would recommend them highly. Take your vehicle to Aragon Auto and don t get taken to the cleaners!Service: Tires

Great family run business that cares about their customers. They help me keep my sprinter campervan in tip top shape so it doesn't give us problems during our long travels. Highly recommend this shop for any sprinter owners out there, and anyone looking for highly trained and knowledgeable mechanics.

Lucky find! I was looking for someone to change my break pads, calipers, serpentine belt and oil change. My go to place was Roger s on Grant Ave, but they changed management and their customer service is below average so I needed to find a new shop.I talked to Junior and he was able to get me in same day and was able to be honest with cost and repairs. They do all type of repairs so please consider them for your next car repair, you won t be disappointed!

First, let me thank Junior, Elmer, Lil Junior and the team for repairing my truck and getting me back on the road. My truck was in desperate need of being repaired and I wasn't sure what was wrong with it but I did not have faith in the local Dealership and their incompetent technicians from past experiences. So, Aragon Auto was mentioned to me "Highly Recommended" and as soon as I pulled up to the shop, I received great customer service. There were 2 major highlights that stood out to me. One is that this Auto shop works on an array of different vehicle from Foreign to American made, Elmer is a natural (mechanically). Second, when I was trying to take a cost effective approach (be cheap) they explained the importance of using certain parts over others and how it benefits the customer in the long run and the longevity of the vehicle repair.Lastly, I will definitely recommend ARAGON AUTO LLC to anyone in the area that is in need of getting work on their vehicle. They are honest, down to earth and also accepts extended vehicle warranties which was very helpful for me. They even mentioned that when my warranty lapses they would still work with me to assure my vehicle repair and back on the road. I had a good experience at Aragon body LLC. My vehicle needed brakes and rotor change and Alex went over the details of the repair, he was upfront about the cost and provided estimates in a timely manner. He maintains constant communication and provides updates, costs, scheduling in a timely manner during the repair. He follows up after the service and listens to any concerns and provides guidance on how to proceed. I CANNOT say enough praises to this auto shop. I have taken my car to a few different mechanics and they could not figure out why my car couldn't start. I was recommended Aragon Auto from a friend. They arranged a tow truck to my residence which made everything so easy. In 2 days they diagnosed the problem (bad starter) and replaced it at an extremely reasonable rate. On top of all of that, Junior was SO kind and just made everything stress free. I now have my car back and it's running amazing! By far the best mechanic shop in Prince William county. They have done work on my 2013 Infiniti JX35 on 3 separate occasions. My vehicle is at the stage where its parts are aging and needing to be replaced. Every time I take it in it s been a super smooth informative process. My last visit to them, I swear it s driving better than it did when I brought it home from the dealership. Very professional trust worthy shop. Super upfront and reliable when it comes diagnosing and fixing the problems. They did my oil change, tire rotation, brakes & rotors. Brought back another truck and they fixed an exhaust leak it had. One of the mechanics there Alex (i think was his name) was flirting with me and asked for my number to get to know me So unprofessional of this shop. I come here to get my car for a simple maintenance. Not to look for men or get hit on. I came here because my friend recommended.

Highly recommend Aragon! They took my 2011 VW Jetta in and replaced my windshield, changed the wheel bearing, and inspected the vehicle as well. They are always looking to give you the best price and want to make sure their quality is the best it can be! I won t take my car anywhere else!
